Billing is so damn confusing! I pre-ordered a poncho in July got a receipt that I thought they had raN my card and it was ordered. Weeks later I look at my account and it says 1 item pending. Finally figured it out but it was more than my original order so now I reordered because I wanted it. But as I said more money and can't get anyone to email me back after about 5 emails. Today I will call them!

Cute clothes. Enjoyed the stuff I DID receive. My first order took a month to get to me and am still missing an item that was supposed to be with it and still have not received it. Both times I’ve purchased they do not send a confirmation email, they do not process your order within 48 hrs like the site says. For my second order I had to call two weeks later to get them to process my order. I then received my order finally, only to find out that everything that said was still in stock actually is not and they discontinued it. I am a mommy and me boutique so I have random dresses that do not have a match as they were supposed to. They Say it’s on back order and will never tell you when your item will actually ship. So im still waiting for an item from my very first order back in May.

Got a dress at a local market from this brand and the size/wash/brand tag is falling off and the dress has many rips and holes as well as broken loops for the sash. Stitching is incredibly sloppy and overall super disgusted the company sold this for $52. I feel scammed and extremely disappointed. Can’t even wear this once the rips are so awful (black dress so it wasn’t noticeable when I made the purchase- Covid restrictions didn’t allow me to try on).

Scam artist business. Stay away. They have a lady there named dora that will steal from you..stay away!
