Hip, modern coffee bar in central La Paz that I visited several times. Decor and service are wonderful. They speak English here. Food is excellent and they really care about the sourcing of their ingredients, which are all Bolivian. This place caters toward western standards and prices. They even sell wine!

Really tasty sandwiches and thick, crispy chips (fries) with good sauces for dipping. Some of the best food I've had in South America. A bit more expensive than most places, but worth treating yourself every once in a while I think. Cash only.

Perfect coffee, service, atmosphere! I’m satisfied with everything here. I ordered lemonade, which tasted like a mojito. It was awesome! My friend ordered iced coffee and I had a sip of it. It was one of the best black coffee I’ve ever had!! I highly recommend this place❤️ Staffs here are also very nice :)

A cosy coffee bar with lots of beautiful decor. The lovely waiter gave me a great recommendation - a battered trout sandwich. The bread was fluffy, the trout was fresh and it came with thick chips and a delicious dipping sauce. You can really tell that they pay great attention to detail and source the best local ingredients. The speciality coffee was also great.

Excellent brunch at Hb coffeebar this morning. Some of the best food we’ve had in South America, and delicious barista made coffee! The environment is sophisticated and quiet with thoughtful artistic decor. On the pricier side for La Paz but worth it for the taste, experience and service!

Great variety of coffee methods and types, lots of Bolivian coffee. Little pricey comparing to Bolivia but worth it. Service is good and atmosphere is cozy

We had such a great experience here, we popped out for a good coffee, and we left feeling we had a real treat. The server was excellent, very knowledgeable, gave excellent recommendations and was incredibly accommodating, particularly as she had only just opened and appeared to be working alone. She really took her time to tell us about the coffee, and it really took the experience above and beyond. The cake was also delicious & the atmosphere was lovely. It was like a mini coffee tasting experience - and so great to learn more about Bolivian coffee. Highly recommend! A must if in La Paz.

What a gem. Came for the espresso, returned for the menu including their inventive takes on Bolivian sandwiches with a sourdough focaccia like none I’ve ever had (and I live in New York.) The staff is very attentive, the atmosphere soothing and elegant. Bonus: it’s near Mercado Yungus for great produce and meats and people watching. Update: I returned again after a long bus ride from Isla del Sol and had an extraordinary salad (which I confess I was craving in such a meat heavy culinary scene) and a natural Bolivian wine that I loved but because it had a little acidity which you risk and expect with natural wines, along with funk, the staff took it upon themselves to open a new bottle and give me another glass. Who are these guys?
