Try the vegetarian sandwich with Flor de Leche’s roca del Illimani (a cooked, pressed, and aged cheese, reminiscent of Parmesan), arugula, and sun-dried tomatoes, or the anticucho (grilled meat) sandwich, both served on sourdough bread.
