HD Water

Satisfaction reigned from the beginning starting with Bill, the lead off of a very effective team. He checked the water with a number of different tests and explained each step. He was personable, knowledgeable, and a low key salesman. On installation day Pete, the plumber, was a professional. He worked hard and steady to install our system in the correct manner. Chris was timely in coming to double check that the water system was working the way it should after it was installed and made sure we understood the new water system. We can drink our water after many years of buying bottled water. Cleaning the shower, tub, sinks and toilets is much easier, and they look great. My blond hair no longer has a “green” sheen and is much more manageable. Also, my skin is not dry when I leave the shower. The coffee tastes much better. Wish we had known about and installed this system a long time ago.

I was having sudden issues with my water this past summer and in troubleshooting, ended up calling Chris. Chris came by on short notice, took a look at everything, tested my water and concluded everything with the system was fine and I didn’t need to spend a dime. Meanwhile, I had also called the company who installed the system (found their sticker on a tank after calling Chris) and they said they recommended replumbing and upgrading tanks — for $1700! I appreciate Chris’ honesty and willingness to come out and provide a “consultation”. I’ll certainly call him in the future for any water system stuff!

We've had a great experience with Chris Parkhurst at HD Water. Chris tested our water for its chemical breakdown last week and followed up with us quickly that it was safe. Excellent service and follow up! He's been very fair. We agreed to have Chris draw up an agreement for a drinking and cooking water spout for our kitchen. The company has been great to deal with. The quality of our water has made it so that we don't want to drink any other water....nothing else tastes as good. Chris was very accommodating in scheduling our annual service check, and did not push any unnecessary work or parts. I would definitely recommend at least getting your water quality tested; I knew mine wasn't great, but the test revealed it was even worse than anticipated. This has been a great investment for us.

Had an outstanding presentation on our house's water purity issues. Bill was very knowledgeable both on the water analysis provided and the company's products. His presentation skills are outstanding and the treatment system appears to meet all requirements require to provide purified water.

Joe of the HD Water team came to our home to analyze our water. He was knowledgeable and very professional. I could not use their products at the moment because they are currently beyond our budget, but the information he left me will be useful if we decide to move forward with any water conditioning installations.

I cannot emphasize how pleased I am with the reverse osmosis pump and water softener that was installed in early October. Bill came to the house to explain the system and was very thorough and willing to answer any questions. Peter DeLuca installed the system. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He made a good suggestion about a more appropriate place to install the tank that usually goes under the sink. Due to a previous commitment I had, he adjusted his schedule to come to my house earlier. Most importantly he cleaned up after himself to the point where one would never know a major job had been done. I had several interactions with Chris and they were all positive. Kudos to the whole team.

I just had the Rain Soft water treatment system installed in my home, and I love it. Everyone from this company has been nothing but polite, knowledgeable and professional. When they came out and tested my water, I was shocked to find out how many undesirable things were inside of it. With the treatment system, I don't have to worry anymore. I am looking forward to all of the money we will be saving, now that we don't need to buy bottled water anymore. I highly recommend HD Water to everyone.

They have never serviced our unit and have lied and cheated us. Do not use them. We cannot get a hold of them after they we finally got a person on the line. They said they would fix our system and provide filters as promised but never showed up

HD Water is really a great system. The initial test is what really got me on board, and their professionalism was also great. They installed the system quickly, and if I ever have any problems I can just call them up and they fix it ASAP. Although it's not exactly cheap, they're honest and tell you upfront what the cost is. Everything needs to be maintained, which is a bit tedious but it's worth it. Chris and Pete are both really great, they answered all my questions and are willing to help out whenever I need it.
