The
food was a tasting menu which unfortunately I didn’t like half of it.
It’s very creative with super small dishes and pair cocktails. They also do not serve wine which was wierd to me.
Some dishes were delicious and service was excellent, but for this kind of restaurant who target high end foodies I expect for more.
Prices touch almost 300€ for couple for the full tasting menu and the pairing cocktails and drinks, so it’s in the high level of Madrid.
The sitting was not comfortable as well because we face a wall (and not each other). At the bottom line do not get me wrong, it is a very good Galician food, very creative, some will find it like a top cooking, and the service is pure proffesionals, but yet for me it wasn't the best.
They try hard - you can see the lovely photos, and I hope they will also have in the future menu a la carta and wine list - so I can choose dishes that I like more. If they do, I will come for sure to try again.
