I have been eating headliners since the 80s. It's been a long while since I was in, I do admit, so I have been trying to make it a weekly habit again.
Fail. Don't attempt success here.
The chicken was so small in portion that it does not even fit more than half of the sandwich. So I paid for a half sand at full price. Fries came out just borderline cooked, but ..not even close to well done as asked for.
And he did not ask if I wanted seasoned or regular fries.
One half inch of meat for a full half sand
No cheese on the bread, just the chicken lol, so no cheese if no meat.
Asked for the carmilzed onions that it comes with as it was, of course, missing, the two employees sat in the back of house arguing about the onions as if I was wrong to insist they were on the menu! Then, they said they had none. They looked at the menu three times, not believing me, then brought me a plate of raw onions!!!!
10 min. before that I went to get some cold water and saw that the coffee was on and running into a puddle on the floor...I turned it off and informed him of the spill he had and he actually looked at me like I may have been the culprit!
The chef doesn't care. If he doesn't care, then the food is f-ed matter what.
If they don't know the menu, don't expect the meal to be correct.
If the reviews are similar to this one and nothing changes, then you know the owners don't care.
You only have one shot to impress....you have to be ready to make it!
And the music is on a slow and low vibe. It's not the happy place I grew up in.
Was so sad that I could not ever go back again. Another loss. LA, what's wrong with you?!
Breakfast is your best bet there. For some reason, that is viable.
