"For a very Atlanta take on pizza, try the lemon pepper wet pizza from Phew’s Pies. Founded by Matthew “Phew” Foster, the pizza is topped with butter sauce, chopped chicken, and mozzarella cheese. Lemon pepper wet wings crown the center of this pie, which can come drizzled in hot sauce. Try the oxtail and ricotta pizza, too, with an oxtail gravy base. It’s then topped with mozzarella and ricotta cheese, oxtails, stewed carrots, butter beans, green and yellow onions, and Scotch Bonnet for heat. Order online. Location provided upon ordering. Follow on Instagram for menu updates and pop-up locations." - Beth McKibben

We ordered a large stromboli and split it between two people, yet we still had leftovers. A bit excessive on the olive oil and provolone cheese, but no doubt the food is delicious. The workers are pretty friendly.

This has gone downhill, bring back the original owner! NOT NY style at all! No garlic or oregano out, nothing on the line. I got 2 slices, when she brought them to my table she offered that she could heat them up if they were not warm enough. They were cold, I should not have to ask for them to be warmed, I ordered them hot. The atmosphere is a joke, they've gone from a couple skaters with loud music to cartoons. The 2 ladies there are nice but have no place in the pizza business. Been coming for years and for the past 2 stopped in occasionally hoping it would get better, it got worse.

Authentic New York style pizza. I love watching the crew spin the dough in the air. The calzones are amazing. While waiting for pizza, be sure to try the garlic knots or a basket of fries. Great prices for the Georgia Tech crew and others passing by. The marinara sauce is so tasty, the garlic and basil are nice but not overly done.

This by far some of the best pizza I've ever had, and I got to watch the owner make it himself. He definitely knows his craft, and it is DELICIOUS! We got the works pizza with extra toppings of spinach and feta cheese. Everything was nice and fresh, not frozen and just put on at the last minute. WOuld highly recommend to anybody.

Ordered two of the pre-made slices, and while the flavor was great the guy definitely put them back in the oven for too long. Slightly burnt on the bottom and crust got tough when they cooled down a bit. Would definitely give them another shot though, the stuffed pizza is a great deal.

It hits the spot every time. The BBQ Pizza is top notch. The chicken used on it is breaded and flavorful on it own. My personal favorite is a weekend only pizza - Awesomeness. Garlic Mashed Potatoes scooped onto the pizza with shredded streak (like whats used in a philly cheese) and steak sauce. Full meal in one (and yeah i wasn't big on the idea of mashed potatoes on pizza, but it taste great). I find the staff to be friendly - especially Tony and the wife half of the owners (husband is cool too, but I just deal with the others more often). The only item I had and was truly disappointed in was the stromboli - although I know others who like it. And give their brownies a try. They are moist and dense - they outweigh most brownies you'll buy. They are worth the $1.50 or whatever it is. Overall its my go to pizza spot. I go enough to know when its just a time where it was left in the oven maybe slightly too long or if the dough is just tasting slightly different that day. It's rare that either happens so 9/10 times i'm leaving feeling satisfied.

Not sure what has been going on with this place. The food use to be pretty good but now the food is horrible. This place is literally 1-2 miles from my location yet by time the food, specifically mozzarella sticks, gets to me its cold and tastes like it has been sitting out for awhile. The pizza tastes old and the ingredients are subpar as far as quality goes. This place use to be a great lunch spot but something has gone terribly wrong. I am the only one left in the office willing to give this place a chance, everyone else turns their nose up at the idea of dining here again. This is my second displeasing order and I won't make it a third. "I told you so..."- coworker

food was decent, prices average for oven-fired pizza. Establishment was ranked low due to many reasons: walking in to see they were blasting the sound from the movie Fifty Shades of Grey during the most sexually violent scene, the front counter person was rude and 'out of it', the two employees present were screaming at each other during the entirety of our stay, they ran out of FETA CHEESE (at a NY style pizza restaurant, that's not good...), they wanted to charge extra for ranch dressing (even though our pizza and salad had run out of a main ingredient), it took over 30 minutes to cook our food (even the salad we ordered came out after the pizza), and the manager yelled to one of the employees, "if you don't know what kind of cheese it is, then taste it". YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
