I’ve had an amazing journey with everyone here. They invited me in with open arms and made my injury feel more of a moment in time not a long time experience. I’m grateful for coming here and the massages chef kiss.

I'm so sad to discover this location is anti-vax and incredibly unkind--in fact, outright rude--about it. I planned to come here due to a serious back injury. About ten years ago I went to their UES location for a different (related) back injury and they helped me walk again. When I called to make my appointment, I inquired about their vaccine requirements and statuses with their therapists. The receptionist immediately became abrasive and dismissive. They claimed it's a HIPAA violation for me to even ask. (It's not.) They shouted at me to cancel my appointment. They asked if I'd like to email management; I said, "yes, I'd be happy to. Please provide me with that email." They hung up on me. I'm so disappointed. Whatever you may believe about this pandemic and it's treatments, that is not a way to treat a patient. For your own health, safety, and peace of mind, avoid them. Go to another PT.

I have been coming to this location for close to a year. (I've had really bad back problems and I ultimately needed surgery) The length of time I've been here, should not be seen as an indication of anything other than the fact that these are the most professional, kind, courteous and downright knowledgable PT professionals you are going to find in NYC. I know that my situation would be 100% worse without them, and I rely on their methods to keep me upright and moving. A big plus, Angela used pilates to help get you back on track, and it's amazing!
