Heart Bar (CLOSED)

Ugh. It makes me sad that I have to leave one star because, while my first night at the Heart Bar really was great, my experience the second night has completely deterred me from ever wanting to go there again. When me and my dad arrived at the heart bar, it’s important to mention Robin was working the side we sat at, and the first thing I did was put a 20 into the machine and started playing Jacks or Better. I hadn’t been greeted yet. I played for about 5 minutes before losing all my money, and decided to run upstairs real quick and grab my cigarettes. Keep in mind, while I was gambling before I got my smokes, no one had asked me if I needed a drink. Anyways, I came downstairs, asked for an ashtray and popped another 20 in the machine and tried blackjack for my first time. I lost immediately and stuck a 5 back in for Jacks or Better. By this time, Robin finally came around to ask what I wanted. I asked for a vodka sunrise. ( which she made SUPER subpar. I’ve never had a worse sunrise in my life). She sets it down, and says “17.50”. Me and my dad were like ? Don’t I get it free since we already put money in the machine? And she said no because I didn’t start with a 20, and immediately started walking off with the drink. I put another 20 in because I wanted my drink but she gave absolutely zero care about the fact that I had already had 45 dollars in the machine. She didn’t try to check ANYTHING to see how much had been put into that machine. I’m sure a quick look at the cameras can prove that she ripped me off and made me pay 60$ for a drink I could hardly finish because she made it so poorly. A sunrise is not hard to make at all. Before we left, we kept trying to explain to her what happened and she implied we were liars because the “light wasn’t on” and even had the audacity to tell us “if you’re gonna be sassy you can drink somewhere else.” I don’t think we were in the wrong for being a little frustrated and just wanting an explanation of why she made us stick more money in than I needed to. She couldn’t even be bothered to try and understand the situation because in her mind she was right and we were wrong. She avoided every single question we asked her and kept repeating “your light wasn’t on.” Absolutely terrible. What a waste. Save yourself some money and time by avoiding the heck out of Robin if you decide to lounge at the heart bar. And bless the other two gentleman who took great care of me and my dad the night before. Thom is wonderful.

The drinks are strong, the bartenders are hawt, the dancers can shake their moneymakers, and DJ Liz Clark was dropping the booty thumping, hip shaking, finger snapping beats!!

I was staying planet Hollywood to celebrate my brother's 21 birthday and stayed in room 2403. I went to the heart bar on 9/25 at approximately 10pm. I ordered 2 Mexican mules drinks and my brother couldn't find his passport when it was requested. I was only served one of the 2 drinks while my brother went upstairs to look for his passport. He called to let me know he couldn't get in the room. I left the bar to help him and left the tab open. I returned approximately 10:30 PM. At that time I ordered another 2 of the same drinks from different bar tender (3 Mexican mules). I asked them to close my tab. The bill totaled $176, they ran the transaction at 10:39 PM. I questioned the bar tender but I was preoccupied with finding the passport because of the travel implications of loosing the passport. DO NOT OPEN A TAB A THIS BAR!!!

Bar is cute that’s it . but we got drinks to-go so didn’t sit at the bar.definitely over priced drinks two green tea shots for $36 .when we asked I feel like the bartender just made up a price. We had 2 vouchers also,so just paid the difference but still left a tip. I ABSOLUTELY will not be back & I do not recommend. far to many places to serve stronger cheaper drinks .

DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY! They serve who they want Serve… for my birthday the first bartender was ok good drink no problem. But went the other bartender made the drink it was like drinking lemon juice. We try to go back to the first guy and he told us he not make drinks anymore go to another bartender.. but 5min later he making drink for other people ..Please go to another bar because prices to high for no customer service or when they feel like it

Allison was our server for our entire weeks stay so ask for her she remembers special order example lemon instead of lime etc and processes comps efficiently. Bar overlooks the pleasure pit so on weekends there are dancers. Couches are comfortable and plenty to watch

Our G+T was so weak (watered down) and laden with ice. We traded in a voucher so it was free. We had another voucher which we didn't even use - we walked across the street to the Cosmo instead. Seriously... nope. Not even for free. The neon "Heart Bar" sign is cute though. That's really it.

The mezcal drinks are way too sweet. We wanted a spicy margarita & they were all out of the tequila.

The service was great here. We went to watch the game and they accommodated us the best they could but the game was delayed. Super nice place though. Has really nice decor and setting for a group or date. Highly suggest it.

Highly deceptive bartenders. Andy, first bartender, tells me play 5 hands for complimentary drinks. I play at least 10. You need to play in quick succession. So I play 10 more quickly. Nothing. I tell Andy I'll go next door to the Extra Lounge. Same hotel, Planet Hollywood. He says the other bar, Extra Lounge, doesn't serve real drinks. Not the real branded drinks. They repour (suggesting not real alcohol). But Glass Bar is real alcohol from glass bottles. What? Guys at the Extra Lounge have been super nice. No BS. Straight shooters. But I believe Andy and play at least 10 more hands. At least 30 played in a few minutes. Nothing. Then he claims there's an algorithm. Other bartender walks by and rudely states "No, it's not green. No drinks." Whole experience sucked!! Deceptive, BS, trashing the other bar, ... really unsavory behavior and highly deceptive. Folks at Extra Lounge are very nice, but I now question their drinks. My brother was so disappointed too. Will not go back and will try to avoid Caesar properties. Culture probably encourages deception and poor behavior. We're staying at the hotel too. Stay away from these guys. Not clear what's realty.

A must do if you are in Vegas. Great place to have a drink and just relax. Misty, my waitress, made each visit while I was there a pleasant and enjoyable time. Please if you are close to Planet Hollywood give a try!!!

Had a nice cocktail in a pretty and comfortable bar in the middle of the PH casino floor. I don't know if they have entertainment there on prime hours, but I was there on a late Sunday afternoon, and it was a better option to kill a bit of time that having another uninspired cocktail from a restaurant bar.

Long time visitor, first time yelper. Heart Bar may have changed to Glass Bar, but what hasn't changed is the top notch service that Leticia provides to my group and I every time we come by!! No sure bets in Vegas besides for having a great time at Glass Bar with Leticia, thank me later.

It's been a long conference week here in the desert, thank goodness for that oasis called Glass Bar, and more especially or server Misty! I attended multiple end of day refreshment sessions there with different hosts and, for each one, Misty and Glad Bar were awesome! I never lacked attention and always had the highest level of service. Mystic is friendly, polite, and efficient! I always had my next drink two minutes before i finished my current beverage. That's an amazing feat with a group of 15-20 thirsty conference goers, and there was always a smile and a feeling of genuinely being cared for. Thank you to both Glass Bar and Misty for elevating my LV conference experience!

Penny is amazing! We come here multiple times a year and we only want her! She takes such good care of all of us. She makes the glass bar the great place to be! Thank you Penny!

I needed some help in the parking garage and Benita hooked me up with directions, instructions, recommendations and great tips for my stay at Planet Hollywood. She told me that she works in the casino at the Glass Bar and that I should come check it out. I went to the Glass Bar and Benita took care of me and my friends and gave us an amazing Las Vegas experience. Thank you Benita and thank you Glass Bar and thank you Planet Hollywood.

Love this bar! The ambiance is great and everyone that works her is friendly and so nice. Benita helped me tonight and she was great checking in on our party to make sure we were doing well. Her smile and great nature really made us feel welcome!

Stopped by for an early pit stop, Arlene was the bartender on duty and I have to say she makes a mean Bloody Mary! Super professional and an amazing setting. Highly recommended! Thank you Arlene for making my breakfast drinks amazing!

We enjoyed the glass bar so very much our server Penny remembers us and what we drink and it makes us feel like someone cares

Any time our family comes to Vegas, we make it a point to come check out the Glass Bar. The atmosphere is what had us drawn in the first time, but Penny's always friendly and great service is what keeps us coming back. The drink menu is top notch and has a flavor for everyone in the party.
