Heart of Wisdom Yoga

This would for sure be my local yoga studio if I lived in the neighborhood. While visiting, I took them up on there too from one class offer and I’m so glad I did. I was desperately searching for Yoga in the city that wasn’t hot and even though The studio was nearly 40 minutes away from where I was staying it was so worth the trip! Perfectly tempered yoga led by skilled warm and kind instructors, and a bright well lit space overlooking the gorgeous fall foliage. What’s not to love ?

Beautiful space & welcoming vibe. Took a group class led by Kelsea & it was amazing! Fun flow, intentional transitions, modifications offered throughout- left feeling rejuvenated. Will definitely return on next visit! PS the sign for the building complex has really faint lighting and was hard to read- give yourself a few extra minutes if parking

I'm visiting from out-of-town and felt I needed a good workout so I came here for a yoga class. The space was beautiful and very relaxing. Our class was very small but there was ample room for a big group!

A truly wonderful place to practice yoga!! Love the new space in Germantown — ample parking and lots of natural light. Friendly people who are also excellent teachers with a deep respect for the practice and clear intentions to share it as authentically as possible. Highly recommend!

Yoga doesn't get much better than this. Heart of Wisdom Yoga has a lovely and cozy sunlit studio space, and the location is super convenient. With some unique body needs of my own, I often have a hard time finding a yoga studio where I truly feel comfortable practicing. At Heart of Wisdom, I immediately felt right at home and felt safe and supported in class. Classes always flow seamlessly, and Kim is quick to offer modifications and alternatives to make class beneficial and enjoyable for all. Important bonus: there's AMPLE free parking, a rarity in downtown Franklin!

One of the first things I did when I moved to Nashville was try to find a yoga studio - and it was love at first sight. Thank you HOW for becoming a part of my Nash routine. I love the range in classes, non-heated studio, and amazing community. Couldn’t recommend more!

HOW is a great studio with wonderful instructors. I love how accessible it is for newbies and the warmth of the both the space and the people. Highly recommend.

Erin’s class is the best part of my week!! I absolutely love this studio and Erin, one of the instructors! Her class is so peaceful yet also challenges you to tap into your strength. She is so helpful and patient and overall an amazing teacher. I leave Erin’s class feeling strong, grounded, confident , and calm. Not only is the class incredible, but the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. The studio is gorgeous and the music is always on point. Can’t recommend enough!
