HeartBrand Beef just earned a permanent spot in my freezer. I tried their Akaushi Wagyu ribeyes and ground beef, and oh my GOD — the flavor and tenderness were unreal. I cook a lot of protein (my two boys play hockey), and this is the first time a steak at home genuinely tasted restaurant-level without trying hard. The ribeye literally melted, and the ground beef made the juiciest burgers my boys have ever inhaled. Packaging and delivery were perfect too - super helpful with how busy my life is. If you want high-quality Wagyu that actually lives up to the hype - and gets your kids to clean their plates - HeartBrand is it. I’ll 100% be ordering again!

We’ve always ordered Heart Brand steaks for special occasions, but now we subscribe to one of their bundles (I think it’s called a steakhouse experience) every couple of months. It’s extremely convenient, the taste is always top notch, and it gives us something to look forward to in the freezer year-round. Really happy with the company and the service.

I’m particular about what I buy, especially when it comes to any kind of meat. The Wagyu from heartbrand has completely spoiled me. You cannot this quality available for home delivery, not in Northern California, not anywhere. The marbling is exquisite, the flavor is unforgettable, and it pairs beautifully with a good champagne or a bold red. It’s become my favorite way to elevate a dinner at home.

I had the filets and they were by far the best steaks I have ever cooked at home. I seared them with just a little salt and pepper. The flavor and tenderness were unmatched, something you just need to try. Highly recommend.

This is without question the best American Wagyu you can get. Sure, a bit more than other “Wagyu” ranches sell product for, but you get what you pay for. I’ve done head to head HeartBrand vs. Snake River Farms. It wasn’t even close. HB by a mile was the better filet.

Found workes friendly and attentive, grilled my two bone in rib eyes and they great will order more or drive up again!!

Sing a song about the Heartland, the only place I know to get top tasty meat and a view. HeartBrand is a beautiful oasis of green grass, trees, and meat as far as the eye can see. Breeding good tasting meat is their business. I got to taste the sirloin and hamburger meat and it was top notch. No marination required just salt and maybe pepper. Also it was very interesting to go on a hayride with the head honcho handling the beef. He was impressively educated an Aggie and knew so much about the life and health of the cows. He seemed to care a great deal about the treatment and lifestyle of the cows. Akaushi is the type of beef and cow and if you taste the quality you will know why people fly from all over the world to get their hands on Akaushi semen and eggs. Yes Heartland breeds these animals 100% pure and shares the hot stuff semen and eggs with the rest of the world. For a pretty penny I imagine. Looked for their beef and try it for yourself.
