The best American beef I’ve ever had is Japanese. Who would’ve thought? Seriously though, this is some of the best beef you can buy, stateside. Imagine the tenderness and meatiness of prime beef, but with insane marbling and a more richer taste. That’s what you get with HeartBrand beef. I’ve cooked their rib eyes, chuck roasts, and briskets. All of them were phenomenal. I definitely want to visit them in person, now that I live in Texas. The best beef money can buy, this side of the planet.
