Heartbreak Coffee

I came here with a friend for a work break, and had the affogato and cinnamon roll. Both were excellent! and the baristas are super friendly. Can't wait to return and try the scones (and their house roasts).

The barista (sorry I did not get her name) greeted us with a smile and was very pleasant and patient when we asked about a couple of items... she was very helpful and called the order back to us to confirm it was correct. She made sure our food was heated and delivered to us and was super nice. I did not get her name but she is a 10 out of 10 for customer service! Latte and cappuccinos were awesome also, but her customer service will have us coming back again...jill

Loved this coffeeshop! Their speciality coffee drinks were named after the Ole Miss football players on GameDay. They show a lot of local support which is nice to see. The coffee was amazing and will do special requests. The staff was well organized and we received our drinks quickly. We will definitely visit again.

Great coffee! Great staff and energy. You do need to replace this worn out electrical outlet in the front corner; otherwise, chef's kiss!

I went to Heartbreak today to complete my weekly schoolwork, as I usually do! This is one of my absolute favorite study spots; however, today the atmosphere was extremely unpleasant. They were blasting Panic at The Disco so loud to the point that I could hear it through my headphones. I completely respect people's personal taste in music and even consider myself a music fanatic. Panic at The Disco is not within a genre that I'd classify as ideal coffee shop music. Please consider my review as constructive criticism because I really love this place and would like to come back without having this issue!!

Lovely lovely atmosphere! The employees are kind and generous. The beverage selection varies! I especially love their teas. Uptown is a great place to study, read, or enjoy your coffee and bagel with loved ones. Also a great spot for a first date just so happens ✨ The playlists are spot on. As far as Covid regulations, the only seating allowed is outdoor seating at the moment. Masks are required indoors at all times. Once they reopen fully to the public in all ways, I highly highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a homey environment to work, study or just be in.

Always stop at this place and usually love it!!! Today the young lady making drinks clearly doesn’t know how to make them. I got Carmel latte, syrup in bottom of cup then milk with expresso on top not stirred. The Carmel was all down at the bottom of the cup. My husband order Carmel Frappe they did not put any expresso. It was milk and Carmel. Please make sure everyone knows how to make drinks. We always stop when in Oxford and usually really good. This is expensive to get this bad of drink! Thank you

Coffee has a strong, non burnt taste to it- a perfect blend. Store is clean, prices are high but in line for market. Good service and. Very welcoming and relaxing lobby.

Heartbreak Coffee is a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee or get some work done while in Oxford. I have been to Heartbreak quite a few times and decided to swing in again this week while in town. The people working there (typically Ole Miss students) are always pretty nice and keep things moving. The coffee is typically good - I usually stick with a latte. They do have a food selection that is nothing to write home about, but is never disappointing either. One thing to be weary of is the amount of seating available. It's not too big of a store and it is typically pretty busy, so meeting with a group may not always be ideal, especially during the semester. There is, however, some additional seating outside and the store is located in a very convenient spot in the square. For as tight of a space as it is the volume luckily tends to stay on the lower side.

Besides being the nicest coffee shop in town, they're also pretty serious about their coffee game. They make a seriously delish cappuccino... And I think everyone else in town's knows it too (i.e. it was pretty crowded in there)... Check them out...

The employees here are very personable and accommodating. The atmosphere inside is calming, with a nice easy music track. There's also seating available outside. My wife and I ordered a coffee frappe and a golden milk. We didn't buy any food because we were on our way to a nearby restaurant.

i quite literally just love this place like I love their espressos and their chai is delicious and omg their baked goods are GAS. Also it's such a good place do coffee or catch up with a friend, and sometimes they have like a little band come and sing it's honestly the cutest thing ever i love it!! but yes i love this place and the people are super cool and nice and always make me very yummy drinks

Nice coffee shop that also offers a lovely selection of tea. The white chocolate mocha, double shot with raspberry was exceptional! I especially like the patio area, it's a good place for people watching!

love the coffee, but had a really rough experience the other day. Friend of mine who usually gets an iced coffee ordered a frappuccino, and as we were standing by the bar waiting for our drinks, witnessed the baristas saying very rude things, such as "I hate you if you order a frap", lots of f bombs, and overall very unprofessional behavior. Was really disappointed

I'm so sad. I look forward to coming to Heartbreak coffee every trip to Oxford. They hav great Chai and treats. However today when we were there we experienced the worst customer service ever. My son ordered a coffee that he did not care for. When I asked if they could remake it they said they could if I paid for a new one! The gal was so rude about it I was shocked. Then my You g daughter spilled her drink and they of course offered no help with that. I'm so sad to not want to return to this coffee shop with such poor service. It is just unacceptable.

Really kind service, delicious tea, and A+ sweetener options. Would love to see real cups instead of disposable, however. They were happy to use my BYO mug, but unfortunately most people don't have mugs on them, and plastic lids are rotten for the environment.

The lemon blueberry scone is so good - going back today for another. Coffee is tasty too!

I visited this coffee shop for the first time and I absolutely loved it! The moment you walk in the door you are hit with the delicious aroma of coffee but once you look around you see the very stylish layout of it. A variety of tables and chairs to choose from. There was a plethora of outlets, perfect for studying or doing work. I especially liked the fantastic music that was being played such as Fleetwood Mac and Oasis. When it came to the menu and pricing there were so many options to choose from both for caffeine and non-caffeine lovers. There was also a good selection of food to choose from, and it seemed that everything was reasonably priced. While the indoor area was very inviting there is also the option for outdoor seating. I purchased an iced vanilla latte and a blueberry muffin and both were very delicious. My only complaint would have to be that while the coffee shop has wifi I'm unsure if it is open to their customers and if it is you do not know the password. It can be challenging to do work on your laptop if you do not have wifi. Other than that I absolutely loved this place and the way it feels so welcoming to all. I will definitely be coming back!

What used to be Uptown Coffee is now Heartbreak Coffee. Good place just off the square to grab a coffee and read or work for a while. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly service, a handful of deep comfy leather chairs if you're lucky and otherwise your standard tables and chairs. Somewhat full when we were there on a Saturday but still felt like we had plenty of space around us.
