I would just like to say it was a pleasure buying our grill from Hearth and Home .It is a family owned business and the owners are on site . We actually had Mary help us who owned the store . Mary was a wonder to deal with concerning her knowledge of the grill products. We bought the Broilmaster grill . We had actually bought our first grill from Hearth and Home 22 years ago. It was still in great shape but we wanted to upgrade. Oscar their installer was absolutely amazing. He took out our old grill and installed the new one like a true professional. He put all our bricks back perfectly around the grill and left the backyard spotless. He is a credit to thier business and because of Mary and Oscar I will always recommend my family and friends to Hearth and Home . Thank you again

We purchased our third Broilmaster grill recently and Casey installed it yesterday. The entire process was seamless and the installer was professional, and very kind. Easy as can be.

The entire Hearth and Home team - from Ed, Ryan, and our installers - created a great experience. The quality of their communication and installation was exceptional, including spending the extra time and effort to help determine how to install a TV mount above the fireplace mantel. In addition, a year after installation we had an issue with our mantel, and they came out and replaced the mantel at no cost. We are very happy with our new fireplace insert and would highly recommend Hearth and Home to anyone exploring fireplace options.

Fantastic experience all around!! We had a traditional gas fireplace that was drafty and looking quite old. At the recommendation of a family member, we went to Hearth & Home to look at the gas fireplace inserts and spoke to Tom Patton. We couldn't be more happy with the experience from our first conversation with Tom to the gentlemen that installed it today. The difference in the heat that is generated is unbelievable. We should have done this a long time ago!

Had an issue with our 864 TRV 31K CLEAN FACE DELUXE fireplace where water got in during a storm and shorted the circuit board six months after install, which technically isn't covered under warranty but Hearth and Home came out and replaced the part in two days, a day before Thanksgiving. Awesome customer service especially considering there is a chip shortage. Love our fireplace with the Birch logs and everyone compliments the look.

From the salesman guiding us through choosing our new fireplace, to the workmen removing the old and installing the new fireplace, the people at Hearth and Home always acted in a professional manner. The workmen were very respectful of our property, you could tell that they took a lot of pride in their work. We are very happy with the new fireplace. It is such an improvement over want we had. We would recommend Hearth & Home to anyone looking for a new fireplace.

The wife and I had a great experience purchasing a wood stove. After visiting many places Ed Schappert was who sold us. We really wanted a wood stove for several years but kept hesitating until Ed finalized the deal. He was very straight forward and left no details out from cost to delivery and install. It went perfect just as he described. Hearth & Home knows what they’re doing. No hassles at all with our purchase and install.

Nice gas fireplace but terrible gas line installation. 3 inches deep at best and unprotected buried black pipe. Discovered years later and they wanted $200/hour to redo it. Already paid to have it done right the first time so NO WAY!
