Excellent service right from selecting at the showroom the ladies were helpful and knowledgeable. Mark and Jim were amazing working in the 4th heatwave nothing was too much for them. Going through how it all works what products to use etc. The gas engineer and sweep were great too. All in all a fantastic service fantastic people would 100% recommend.

What a make over ! Very happy with log burner installed by Hearth and Homes. Showroom staff were great, every option on display. They end result was exactly what we asked for! Install lads was great.

From spending much time with Julie and Rachel, selecting the right combination of stove, hearth, mantle and slips, to the final installation, we could not have wished for a friendlier, more professional service. Had a media wall installed, we absolutely love it! Exactly what we asked for. Communication excellent with all staff involved in the ordering and installation. Staff professional, polite and friendly. Would highly recommend! (Awaiting plaster to dry out so we can paint).

We made a general enquiry over the phone and spoke to Leanne who understood our needs. Photographs were emailed to us prior to visiting the showroom which may I add had an excellent choice of Wood burners and other accessories. The log burner was installed 30th Sept 2024 less than two weeks after paying the deposit. The installation was very efficient with all work carried out in one day to a very high standard. Well done to the whole team involved from the initial sale to the installation (Mark, Chris and Dennis) We have never felt so warm and cosy in room. It was one of our best decisions.

Beautiful showroom with some amazing fires, with the help of the lovely lady, who just new everything "fire"related helped me choose a fire for my 90 Yr old parent's, the fire was ordered , delivered and installed today, in less than 2 weeks ! Great job thank you x

Would highly recommend Mark & his team for a log burner. We visited a few places to get an idea of what we wanted & did our own research & when we went to Hearth & Homes we found Mark really helpful & knowledgeable right from the start & found him reasonably priced, they are by no means cheap to install & more than we originally budgeted for but we found other places more expensive. Our log burner was being installed in an extension so we needed them to do a couple of visits. Mark & Joe fitted in with our builders to come & do the first fix out of the roof at relatively short notice so it could be sealed & then fitted us in again when it suited us for the full installation. We found them very professional & did a really good job & gave us some tips for how to get the best out of it. We’ve visited the shop on a couple of other occasions for bits & pieces & find all the staff really helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone installing a stove.

We recently had a multi fuel stove installed and were very impressed with the knowledge of the installer and have been delighted with the stove's performance.

Visited hearth and home recently to look at multi fuel stoves. We went home half an hour later with a receipt in hand! The service and information in store was great. There were a lot of stoves on display in store, some lit and working and the information on the product was readily available. The prices were all given in advance and everything was taken care of, from start to finish. Great store, highly recommended. They tell me that they are opening a solid fuel store soon selling coals and logs etc which will be very useful as we have struggled a little to locate this locally.

Our fireplace was supplied with the wrong sized fire, but that didn't stop the stores fitter fitting it. Also the tiles were crooked with gaps you could see brick behind The fitter wouldn't return our calls until we contacted the shop, and even then didn't turn up. We had to get the shop manager out to see the fire, and he acknowledged it was obviously wrong. A replacement was ordered, but while the tiles could have been fitted better, there was nothing they could do. We are left with a thick visible white line of sealant in full view.
