Hearth Restaurant and Bakery

What a fantastic place this is, Sunday lunch for us and your best to book as it is popular. Set menu of 2 or 3 courses but the choice and variety is excellent. Flavours were amazing and the service was excellent too. Can’t wait to go back and try the other options I missed out on today

I have been to both the restaurant and bakery and both are beautiful. Really tasty food. Very fond of popping in for a great coffee and excellent pastry. Super talented pastry chef. The filled cube croissant topped with Dulce de leche is my latest favourite.

Went today for my anniversary. Honestly, have to say we had the best Sunday roast that we’ve both ever had. The staff were brilliant (as we have a newborn) and were friendly, accommodating and made us feel welcome. This was our first visit to Hull and would consider driving back just to go to the restaurant again! Fantastic!

Lovely Sunday lunch, reasonable vegetarian options. Great atmosphere and staff are really friendly. Service is slightly slow, but everything is cooked fresh to order and is so tasty that this isn't an issue. Unfortunately we were too full for dessert today but the options looked incredible

Very friendly staff, quick and attentive service. A lot of the food we got was smothered in overpowering sauces, not to our taste unfortunately.

Wonderful food and amazing staff. We found Hearth just before the bakery kitchen was going to close on Good Friday but the staff could not have been accommodating for our group of 11! They made great suggestions on food and everyone agreed that the food was superb. We had all sorts - soup, flatbreads, breakfast muffins, Turkish eggs, and extra fries and hash brown (amazing). The portions were perfect and everything got eaten! Their sourdough bread is beautiful. To top it off, it was my nieces birthday and they did her a surprise Happy Birthday plate with a little treat. Thank you so much and I’m sure we will be back when visiting Hull again.

Absolutely stunning meal, beautiful place and amazing service from start to finish. The lamb and veal was cooked to perfection and the Puddings heavenly. Staff very attentive, professional and knew their product and brand Thank you for a truly amazing Sunday lunch!

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Hearth, and I must say that the experience was truly delightful. While the wedding party was having their breakfast, I had the chance to sit down and try one of their burgers, and I must say that I was blown away by the quality of the food. The staff at Hearth were also fantastic. They were very attentive, friendly, and helpful, making sure that everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. It's clear that they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the service they provide. Overall, I would highly recommend Hearth to anyone looking for a great restaurant experience. The food is top-notch, and the staff are wonderful. If you're in the area, be sure to give Hearth a try - you won't be disappointed!
