Best Restaurants to Visit in Beaufort, South Carolina | Eater Carolinas

"Situated on busy Bay Street, rustic-styled Hearth Wood Fired Pizza is where unique and classic pizzas reign supreme. With its stunning red domed Marra Forni brick oven taking center stage, pizza faves include the margherita and the ‘Shroomage. There are also interesting starters (like the meat and cheese board), salads, sandwiches (the Italian Hero is seriously stuffed) and pastas, like the wood-fired lasagna. Hearth’s impressive beer and wine offerings make for easy pairings." - Lynn and Cele Seldon

I’m not a big wings fan but the Asian chicken wings are one of the tastiest foods I’ve ever had! The pizza was good as well but nothing special. Service was relatively fast and my water was always full but I did have to ask to get a refill on my soft drink

Came here for the wood fire pizza and honestly I’ve had BETTER pizza from Papa John’s. The Asian style chicken wings 1000/10 the only thing I’d come back here for. The Caesar salad was gross!! It was warm and the salad dressing was a watery mess so much that it pooled in the bottom of the bowl -10/100. The service was…… mehhhh.

Went on a Saturday night. I like the interior. Food was good. Mozzarella cheese sticks were tasty. Long wait times for food. This place was full capacity. Servers are amazing! Very friendly. They only have 1 pizza oven. This place really needs get 2 ovens for amount of volume they have coming in. It would help with issues with food. I would probably go on another night of the week or go earlier in the day. Tips: 2 people can share a pizza

We popped in for a late lunch. The server got us seated at a good spot and took our order in a timely manner. We had the hazy IPA, sweet tea, the meatballs starter and a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Everything was excellent. Seating was comfortable and the restaurant was not too noisy. We will definitely be back next time we are down this way.

Very nice place. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Always say that because of my dog. Large indoor seating area. Very well designed. Good for small and large groups. Fast service with very attentive wait staff. We had a very good Ceasar salad and super yummy pizza. Recommend both. Didn't have dessert but they sounded good.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I'm so glad we finally went! The food was so good and there were so many good menu options we had a hard time choosing. The service was great and the atmosphere was cozy and fun. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I grabbed lunch here one afternoon while in Beaufort on business and the pizzas were delicious!! We stopped back in for dinner a few weeks later while in town again and the food still didn’t disappoint!! The margs are pretty tasty, too! Definitely on our list of favorites!!

Yelp
Lured in by the smells and ambiance this was a great choice for my friends and I we ordered two pizzas and a caprese salad and that was enough to feed us all and bring home left overs all for under $60?! All the pizza options look good and you will get fomo we settled on a fennel sausage pizza then asked the waitress to surprise us she brought a half meat half combo pizza it was all amazing don't get me wrong but I still sit here and wonder how good the Hawaiian or shroomage must've been I saw a couple brought out they looked amazing This spot was busy but still had room for us at a nice booth perfect for a couple starving guests to watch all the pizza being made and brought out This is definitely a spot to come back to and try something new every time

Yelp
I travel a LOT and this is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a restaurant. They served our food but never brought silverware, napkins or plates. After waiting more than 10 minutes I asked the hostess if she would mind getting us some. And she responded with "That is not my job" and refused, so I got and went another table and grab 6 plates and napkins. A few minutes later the manager and waiter came up and asked us to leave and handed us a bill with an added 20% gratuity. They said it was against company policy for customers to take plates off other tables. I highly recommend you avoid to place at ALL COSTS!

Yelp
When I come in town to visit or just spend the day I always stop in to have a nice wood fired pizza my selection is always the wood fired lasagna or the chicken wings but I do recommend the pizza as well especially the Hawaiian made just right and its delicious everything is good here. The service is top notch everytime I come in to Hearth Wood Fired Pizza and even when the time I leave the location. Ambiance atmosphere is always on point when enjoying your drink, food enjoying your time with family, friends, love ones and just talking to the customers inside of the location. Hearth Wood Fired Pizza is easy to get to that offers plenty seating inside which is nice. Can't go wrong!

Yelp
Food was very good, service was excellent, and the place was pretty cool in an awesome location. Family enjoyed it a lot.

Yelp
Already a negative stain in my mind!! When you think of a business that states they support the military, the thought that comes to mind is past and present. In Hearth's case, their mentality doesn't fit that picture as they only do military discounts for active duty military. It's a true slap in the face for veterans that have served, deployed and fought for the liberties that many Americans get to enjoy, but establishments like this relegate "ol timers" to a "sorry it's only for active duty, but thank you for your service". To me, respect is automatically lost on the establishment. And I'd never give them my business ever. On to the service. If my wife and I have to wait for over 10 minutes and it's not busy in the building, that's an issue. Realizing we waited that long, there wasnt an apology for the long wait, but the irony is that they will expect a tip for taking the order, and many times not even bringing the food to the table. If there is one thing I cant stand, is knowing that you bring food to the table and not being napkins, especially if it's something you're eating with your hand/s. If I'm eating chicken wings, I know its going to get messy, common sense would be to bring napkins to the table with the food. Another thing that didn't sit well with me, a couple who came 20 minutes after us was able to get their food before us. Ordered the same thing with the exception of an add on to the pizza. That really didn't sit well with me. The Asian wings were good. Small sized, but pretty good flavor. As for the "schrommage" pizza, it left a lot to be desired. The crust was soggy, and the bottom of the crust was blacker than crude oil. You could tell that the oven used wasn't or hasn't been cleaned in a while. The worst part is that our pizza was ordered 4 guests ahead and yet those guest who came after received theirs before us. Not a good look at all. The only silver lining was the manager who my wife talked to and tried to make the situation better. In the end, I didn't want a remade pizza, that would still have underlined char from an unclean oven. Kudos to the manager, but our server was terrible. The 2 stars are mainly for the manager and the wings. We definitely will not return

Yelp
My wife and I were in Beaufort for a quick visit. Sopped in for an early dinner, and (awesome) Molly was our server. We started with the Caprese Salad to share. The presentation was terrific and the flavor was even better. We were undecided on what pizza to order and Molly suggested we each get what we wanted on a half and half and get some of the Calabrian chiles on the side. Everything arrived hot and the ingredients were very fresh. Service was attentive without being overbearing. We highly recommend!!

Yelp
We decided to try Hearthstone Wood Fired Pizza after we took a few strolls along the nearby park and every time we passed here it smelled so good. We were not disappointed. My wife who normally is indifferent about pizza loved this place. We tried the meatballs and Sunday sauce, it was incredible. They arrived at our table maybe 5 minutes after we ordered. Followed shortly after by our pizza. One pizza was plenty for 2 people. The service was so great. Our server stopped by often enough to refill drinks before they ran out but not too much. The cost for both of us with meatballs, pizza, and two drinks was only about 30 bucks which was an incredible value for the high quality food we got. The service was top notch. The only drawback is it is a little loud inside. We were able to hold a conversation but had to talk loudly and repeat some stuff to hear each other over the noise inside. Overall we give this place 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Excellent food, excellent service and the gathering was great. The only con that we have about this place in my group was the fact that the high tops sucked and cut our circulation in our legs.

Yelp
Having lived in Beaufort for a little over 6 months now, I'm surprised we hadn't made it to Hearth before this past weekend. Kat & I decided to meet up with another couple we've become friends with for dinner here on Saturday. I have to say, I was really impressed! Hearth is located on Bay Street, with the river & waterfront to its rear. They specialize in artisan pizzas, pastas, salads and a variety of appetizers. There's a pretty good selection of things to choose from, with terrific drink options as well. They make the pizzas in an oven in the middle of a nicely decorated restaurant, I would stop short of calling the atmosphere upscale, but it is definitely not casual either. Best way to describe it would be the "kind of place you'd take a girl you really like to on a first date," so dress accordingly, sport. lol. We all shared the antipasto salad, calamari, and bruschetta for appetizers, which were all well portioned and very delicious. Then we shared two pizzas (with an appetizer on board two people can split a pizza), one of us ordered the Hawaiian and the other ordered the combination meat & veggie. I really liked the pizza too. They come out of the oven perfectly cooked, and not at "burn the roof of your mouth hot" so that was nice. Come bill time, think we got in & out for around $75, which isn't a bad date night. If you're coming for dinner, once you leave, be sure to take a walk behind the restaurant and enjoy the waterfront park. It's really a nice experience all around, and one that I'm looking forward to having again with my friends and family. 5/5 nicely done!

The service was great, pizza delicious, beer cold, restaurant very clean . Right on the main strip

Yelp
Busy location on a Monday evening. Wait wasn't too bad, so we shopped around in the meantime since it is right near a lot of stores. Service was friendly, though food did take a while to come out. Menu had good options. The amatriciana pasta did not have a lot of sauce, and ended up being a bit dry, but the chicken cutlet was cooked well. Prices were reasonable. Nice for a quick bite while out and about.

Yelp
Since this is local, we tried three times before this review. First time: seated at a table that wasn't level. Our drinks slid down the table! When our server laughed, we obviously asked to be reseated, only to be told there were no options. No free drinks, nothing. Second visit. Our food was served cold. Not lukewarm, cold. Table of four, restaurant not full. We asked it to be warmed up. Told no. Went back one final time. After all, options downtown for casual dining are limited. 3 of the 8 ordered pizza. Wow. A pizza restaurant has ONE oven. It took the 3 of us 90 minutes to get served. The rest of our party ate and left. We weren't tld this on ordering, nor could we cancel during the process. The food tastes good. Its the service that sucks. We get a "shop local" admonishment that says live with it, be kind to local businesses. Nah. Do better.

Yelp
Awesome food, drinks and atmosphere! Service was great. We stop here on our way home , after a great week in Santa Rosa,FL.

Yelp
My family and I visited Hearth Wood Fired Pizza for the first time a few weeks ago & I'm still thinking about it, it's that good! We were seated right away as a party of four. The kids received a coloring sheet with crayons, which is always a plus when dining out with children. The restaurant is very clean & has a rustic decor with the wood burning pizza stove in the center of the restaurant. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. We ordered the meatball appetizer and antipasto salad which were both delicious. My children got the kids mac & cheese & a kids pepperoni pizza and let me tell you, two picky eaters devoured their food! My husband and I shared a House Fennel Sausage Pizza & it was amazing!! I highly recommend this restaurant & will definitely be back myself.

Yelp
I was disappointed that the group I was with chose a pizza place instead of a place more likely to have fish on the menu, but our dinner at Hearth turned out to be the best meal we had during our three days in Beaufort. Although the pizza doesn't have a deep smoky taste, it still has delicious char on the crust, esp as I ordered mine extra crispy. The mushroom pizza is very mushroomy--no complaints, and the Hawaiian pizza had chunks of sweet pineapple that seemed fresh cut to me. One pizza can serve two people, but I was thrilled to have leftovers for the next day. The parmesan on the table is shredded, not ground, which is appreciated. The mock cocktails are reasonably priced, and the Fauxjito was beautiful and delicious. Some of the salads can be bought in family-sized; we had the Mediterranean salad and it was outstanding for the amount of feta, cherry tomatoes, and black olives in it. Our server was efficient and very pleasant-- got every order correct, and checked in on us. Live music was a surprise bonus.

Yelp
Brandon was our server and he was amazing. Table was kept clean and our drinks were kept full. He was friendly and very helpful. One of the locals came from the outdoor patio all the way through the building, came up to our table and asked if we were from there. When we said no, he carried on about the shroomage pizza and how it would change our life. He explained that we could order half and half and carried on for about 3-4 awkward minutes. We then listened to the waitress at the next table recommend the same pizza. While it was pretty good, it did not change our Life and the combo was better IMO, the mushrooms must have been near their expiration date. If random people/staff start pushing one particular item, just order what sounds good to you. Worth going to. Pizza, beer and service was great besides mushroom gate-LOL

Yelp
Where do I begin, I had Molly as my bartender tonight and she was the absolute sweetest!! She was working her $$$ off all night stocking the bar while also giving amazing service to my husband and I . We got an app pizza and salad and it was 10/10. It was unfortunate that I had to witness a very rude encounter between a KAREN of a customer and Molly. They were absolutely horrible to her and she handled the situation with such grace and kindness. Beyond the word professional. Thanks so much Molly and continue to SHINE !!! We will be back

Yelp
We have been here a few times-- the food is consistently good. The good stuff: 1. the pizza is delicious, they do have a few vegetarian options- pizza dough is slightly sweet, the veggie's always seem fresh. 2. The staff was friendly and respectful The not so good stuff: 1. Well nothing -- maybe that it gets extremely crowded but that's goes to show how good food is. Extra info: 1. They have decent draft beer selection and wine selection is good 2. It does get very crowded on weekends and main dining hours like -- 12:00-2:00 then 5:00-7:00 3. They are open on Sunday - many restaurants downtown are not open on Sunday 4. Parking--if you are lucky you may snag a street parking space(but probably not )most parking for downtown is in paid parking lot about 2-3 blocks down and Sunday it's free 5. Ambiance -- it lively, kid friendly but also has a nice drinking bar and pizza bar-- you can watch them toss the pizzas- that was entertaining.

Yelp
Went on a Wednesday night and had to sit at the bar with open tables in the restaurant. It's cute on the inside and was 95% full which is a good sign. Behind us sat an empty four seat table that was left unclean until a larger party at the table next to it left so I'm guessing the hostess didn't see it which I thought would be part of her job. I watched people waiting at the door and wondered why they couldn't be seated faster. Our bartender was lovely and got us drinks right away, except for water, which we never got and the table behind us had to ask for, 30 minutes into sitting down, from their own waiter. The Coffee is for Closers beer was cold and delicious but the beer menu is in a poorly lit corner of the bar and I couldn't read it without shining a phone flashlight on it. I asked if we could turn on NBC Sports for the basketball game and was told we couldn't because the TVs weren't working. The menu is typical and didn't lack anything for an Italian restaurant. We ordered the mushroom pizza with sausage and it was good, just good. I wondered if they cook the mushrooms first because they can easily be left to release their water if not done properly. I assumed they just added them on top cold because I found the crust quite moist. I ate the whole thing so it couldn't have been that bad! The pizza took a long time to arrive and we were not the only ones having this happen given the guy a couple of seats down was also pressing the bartender for his order. The oven can only cook eight at a time apparently and they had the great "problem" of having an influx of orders prior which backed them up - another good sign!!! That said, I went to the bathroom and could see my finished pizza sitting on the prep counter with another waiting to be cut so I wondered how much of the wait was because of the backup versus lack of efficiency. Overall, I would go back to try something from the kitchen instead of the pizza oven. Given the waiter apologizing to his table behind us for an issue, watching the tables sit unclean or empty while people were standing at the door, the wait time for the food, the TVs not working to watch sports, it overall felt like there wasn't leadership emphasizing speed, quality and efficiency in service. People have off days, restaurant management is tough even for the fanciest places and shit happens. Given how full it was people like this place and must want it to succeed but it is attention to detail that makes a business and I left wondering if ownership was paying attention.

Yelp
Great service. Food was outstanding - bruschetta app is a must. Very good salad and excellent wood-fired pizza.
google avatar

Josephine H.

Yelp
My husband and I debated eating here after reading few bad reviews on Google but decided to chance it. We were glad we did! My husband's pizza was delicious as was my wood fired lasagna. My only complaint is that for $17 we both thought the lasagna was quite a small portion. Got a yummy mojito too. Would go back.
google avatar

Mike T.

Yelp
I will start with the positives the food and drinks were both delicious. We had the margarita pizza and lasagna both were well made and nice size portions. For drinks we had the hearth fashion and the limoncello mojito. Again well done. The negative was the service and front of house management. The drinks came out over 10 min apart. And the mojito had been sitting at the bar for several minutes based on the start of the ice causing dilution. A similar problem with the food. The lasagna came out 15 min ahead of the pizza. And if had not been too hot to eat when it was delivered I wouldn't have sent it back to be remade. When a couple is trying to have a nice meal together one mistake like this is bad two is unforgivable. The server was completely apathetic and disconnected. And honestly as someone who worked in restaurants for nearly a decade he has no business being front of house. I rarely tip less than 25%. But he received half that based ln completely lacking service and attitude. This restaurant has the ability to be special. But for us it was Meh. What a shame.

Yelp
Great ambiance, great service and delicious food and adult beverages . Reasonably priced, food came quickly

Yelp
Great food, atmosphere, and service. Meat lovers pizza is one of the best I have ever had. Gluten free pizza is available as well!
google avatar

Sara S.

Yelp
Hearth has the best pizza in this area and does not disappoint with their other dishes either! I always love their mozzarella sticks, definitely homemade! The only items I didn't care for were the arugula salad and the pizza with arugula on it.... just an overwhelming amount of arugula and the dressing was overpowering. The Shroomage and Buffalo Chicken are my two favorite pizzas! It gets busy but they can usually fit you in with minimal wait which is nice. They do take out as well! It can be loud in here but definitely worth it!
google avatar

Kyle D.

Yelp
Overall: Great option for pizza on the main Beaufort strip. The good: Great wood fired pizzas with charred, chewy crusts. We went several times over a weekend it was that good. Healthy amount of toppings on both the BBQ chicken and fennel sausage pizzas, which came out hot and ready when brought to our table. The mozzerella sticks also really hit the spot. We wouldn't have gotten them if we didn't see someone else order them, but they were worth the money (usually mozz sticks aren't). Varied menu and the staff was friendly and attentive. The not-so-good: Prices are a little high. Food/drink: 9/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Service: 9/10
google avatar

Sherry C.

Yelp
We've been here numerous times through the last few years. Pizza is always good! Good drinks! Outside is an area for sitting and is pet friendly. Yay! Drinks are good, and I love the downtown location. Come check it out!
google avatar

Ella R.

Yelp
Honestly, we were so excited to try this place. A disappointment to say the least. The pizza was literally dripping in grease and the cheese was not good, our salad was watery like they just washed the lettuce and did not dry it, the tomatoes on the bruschetta were very obviously old or canned, the bread was stale and un-toasted. The service was sub-par, our waitress was friendly but not super attentive. The size of the ranch cup was great though! Inside was definitely a pretty sight, the tables and walls are very cool.
google avatar

Chris T.

Yelp
WOW I did not expect to find Italian food in Beaufort SC that slaps this hard. Pizza sits front and center on the menu but we weren't feeling it and opted for the sandwiches since it was lunch time. They did not disappoint, big portions on both Eggplant Parm lunch with Caesar salad ($14) and Chicken Parm lunch with pesto salad ($15). Highly recommend either. And remember, every pizza can be a personal pizza if you try hard and believe in yourself - The great Bill Murray.
google avatar

Marisa C.

Yelp
5 stars for some amazing Italian! This place was so great for lunch. Inside is super cute and there's plenty of outside seating if you're bringing your four legged baby! Our server brought us water and a bowl for a pup. Service and food did take a little longer but we weren't in a rush. We went with the eggplant parm $14 with a side ceasar. It was so perfect, the eggplant didn't feel greasy and it was topped with mozzarella, marinara sauce and argula. The ceasar was tasty too, perfect amount of croutons and parmesan. The chicken parm sandwich $15 was very good and the portion was substantial. Even the pasta salad was yummy. Hidden gem if you're in Beaufort SC, I highly recommend!

Heather T.

Yelp
We happened to be in town last minute and were looking for somewhere local to eat. Read through the menu and we're immediately hooked! Greeted with a friendly smile as soon as we walked in and we were walked past this GORGEOUS wood wall in the open bar, wood fired oven area! Our waitress came to the table in a very timely manner and was friendly as well. I would say that our table was not in the most optimal location.....right next to the bathroom and kitchen doorway, that was a bummer. However, the food pretty much made up for it! We indulged in the wedge salad, cheesy garlic breadsticks, fire baked lasagna AND a wood fired pizza. EVERYTHING was amazing! We will be making this a permanent place to stop on all of our visits!

Amanda T.

Yelp
Excellent food and atmosphere! The live music was great! Our family loved the pizza and salad. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Brent A.

Yelp
I had the privilege of meeting Julian (gentleman running the fire oven) during my visit. Wood fire oven in which they use Hickory wood. The entire place is as if they do everything "in house". All the way down to the Parmesan Cheese to place on your pizza, was freshly shredded. Only have one sized pizza but was worth it. Will be returning
google avatar

Ashley M.

Yelp
When in town, this was a highly recommend place and it did not disappoint! We picked up pizza on a Sunday night with a nice salad and both were the perfect way to end our first weekend in town. Then dined in another time before our travels were up. The inside, was just beautiful! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. We enjoyed another meal over some drinks. Unfortunately, I was so wrapped up in the experience (& hungry) I forgot to take any photos for reference. Apologies! We additionally enjoyed a walk around the corner to catch the last of the sunset over the water!

Marissa B.

Yelp
Tried calling to order pick up multiple times and phone line went straight to voicemail every time. No one ever picks up the phone no matter what time of day you call during their open hours. Waited for the pizza that I had to order in person since they would not pick up their phone. I ordered the specialty pizza and it was six dollars more than it said on the specialty menu before tip. Took the pizza home and noticed there were partial oyster shells still on the pizza underneath the oysters.

Yelp
We are from the North East and recently moved to Beaufort. We've sampled many, many pizza spots around the region and this is our favorite. Food is delicious and cocktails are spot on. Service is equally as great. It's a nice establishment too. We'll be back for sure !
google avatar

Steve H.

Yelp
The food was good and our orders came out promptly. Our waiter was attentative and friendly. The one jarring negative was the hostess. She told us there was a ten mins wait but she did not seat us until 20 mins later only after I inquired about it. Her excuse was she called us which is a lie since we stood by the entrance which is 2-3 feet away from her. Her lack of attention and indifference attitude really harm the restaurant bc she was the first impression of restaurant the customers encountered.
google avatar

Rebecca M.

Yelp
Hearth Wood Fire Pizza was a great place to dine. I was seated with a view of the pizza oven so got to watch these get prepared. The back wall is lined with logs all the way up. The red pizza oven is a piece of art itself. Outdoor seating was available as well. My waitress was very friendly and provided some background information of the restaurant. The pizza was delicious. I had the margherita pizza and that seemed to be the most popular the night I was there. The pizza was cooked perfectly and I was happy with my choice. I'd return here to try some other menu options. The lasagna looked delicious and was also cooked in the pizza oven.
google avatar

Brandon C.

Yelp
You craving some pizza? Then look no further! The pizza here was wonderful and full of flavor! Great crust and sauce too! Our youngest even tried a bite of the Hawaiian Pizza and enjoyed it! Wonderful food and one of the best brick oven pizza's I have had in a long time! This place can get a little crowded and loud. Gave it 4 stars because we had to keep flagging our server down for drink refills. Also one of the pizza's came out really late. Everyone was 90% done eating except the 2 who were waiting. We will definitely come back and eat here again!
google avatar

Mark W. S.

Yelp
Wanted something other than seafood and tried this place. It seems to always be busy and true to form we had about a 45 minute wait. Once seated we had the calamari and shrimp appetizer. Both fresh and mighty tasty. Then came a wedge and Caesar salad. Both very good. We decided on the Margherita pizza. It was a good choice with a excellent crust. I would recommend it.
google avatar

John B.

Yelp
Had the combo pizza and mozzarella sticks. The foood was great and the service was even better.

Jade L.

Yelp
The wedge salad and shroomage pizza were delicious! Service was great and loved the atmosphere.

Dorian G.

Yelp
Food and service is always 10/10! Anytime we want pizza and wanna dine out this is are to go place and always recommend it!

Kevin K.

Yelp
Tourist Trap. Been there several times, food just OK. Took my wife and sister in law there for dinner last night. The kids running the place forgot to put two of the three entrées in the oven. So I was able to eat however my guests were not. They offered to pay for their dinners if we waited. My wife declined. Our server was very nice and attentive however, this is what happens when you let kids run your establishment. If it were baseball they would have had a .333 avg., it's not.

Madeline C.

Yelp
This is great wood fired pizza. The bruschetta to start was absolutely delicious. Pizza is made right in front of you and so yummy. Service was great and it's a nice place for families or couples. Highly recommend Hearth.
google avatar

Kylie A.

Yelp
Went here last night and got to enjoy fantastic bruschetta and margarita pizza. Service was decent and the hostess was doing so much but no significant complaints. Never have had a bad meal here!

Kurt O.

Yelp
We ate there 2 nights. First night we had their pizza which was really good. The second night was a little disappointing. I had the chicken Parmesan which was a small portion of noodles and the chicken was a flattened battered chicken patty that was dry and felt microwaved. I would not recommend. My wife had the fire baked lasagna which was also very small and the top layer burned black.

Yelp
If I could rate the service and ambiance it would be 5 plus...The waitress was amazing, super friendly, extremely attentive and always moving. while the food was tasty, hot and fresh I was disappointed that the beers were not cold, eggplant parmigiana was so heavily deep fried leaving it more like an appetizer. The pizza was tasty however crust was not crisp, actually quite gewy. I will say the wedge salad was fantastic, super fresh lettuce, lots of blue cheese and bacon with lots of flavor.
