Great cocktail menu and highly recommend the pizzas. They have great flavor and a great crust. They are really meant for individuals unless you are not hungry as they are fairly small if you were to share atmosphere is definitely more upscale feeling than most of the restaurants in the hotel, but it’s a great place for adults to have dinner And enjoy a nice cocktail. You definitely will pay premium prices for it though.

Google
This place is a MUST if you are at the Disneyland resort- favorite place to relax for an early dinner and amazing cocktails before hitting the parks for the evening! Love the hearthstone burger and pizza! Have tried several cocktails and they’re all amazing !

Wow, what a find after a long day at the parks! The Hearthstone Lounge at the Grand Californian was an absolute oasis for our group of ten weary travelers. From the moment we arrived, the hostess was incredibly welcoming and managed to seat our large party in what felt like no time at all – a true Disney miracle! We settled in and enjoyed delicious appetizers and expertly crafted cocktails for hours, completely unwinding in the lounge's gorgeous ambiance. Knowing that all the stunning woodwork comes from a single California redwood tree just adds to the sense of quality and care that permeates every detail here. Everything at the Hearthstone Lounge exudes excellence. It was the perfect ending to our Disney day, and we can't wait to return. Five stars all the way!

This is a cool chill place to have a Disney meal in the Grand Californian. The service is top notch and we had a great waitress. The food was excellent and was above the theme park standards. They have a full whiskey and bourbon library so you can get some high end drinks. This is an easier reservation to get than going to Napa Rose and makes for an enjoyable Disney evening out.

Stayed at the hotel and come one night at 11:20pm to do a bit of work on my computer. The bar was full but I was one of the only two tables occupied. I didn’t get served for a long time, one sever (not mine) tried very hard to not make eye contact with me and there were two or three people always gathered at the hostess stand who I had to call over anytime I needed attention. I ordered a sandwich which came with cold fries, again, it took a while to get someone’s attention to the matter and a long time to get them replaced. I still paid full price for the meal, which included a $26 glass of wine (which was very good) but the price and service, the value was low.

Google
This was my first time there since before Covid. It used to be such a wonderful relaxing lounge. Not anymore and now you need reservations. No more walking in casually! My Hubs and I found a table in the lobby. I was told we wouldn’t be served out there, but that wasn’t true. The food is very expensive and we waited quite awhile for ours plus beverages. After loving this place for years we won’t be back!

Google
Food, service, atmosphere were all fantastic. The kitchen repeatedly messed our whole tables order up but the staff was extremely accommodating and even comped all of our food which was completely unnecessary but very much appreciated. We would definitely come back here again and very much recommend this restaurant.

First time visiting to celebrate a friendship, and wow! I'm so glad we went. It was a late dinner reservation, and vibes were top-notch👌. The food was INCREDIBLE, and our server was fantastic. Prices were worth our experience, and I highly recommend this place. Really want to try their brunch menu next time. They have a huge whiskey library if that's your thing!

Yelp
Hearthstone Lounge is our little slice of peaceful Disney. No visit to Disneyland would be complete without checking out the Grand California's displays, relaxing in their lobby listening to the piano, and having a refined cocktail at Hearthstone Lounge. On our last visit, we were overwhelmed with the Memorial Day weekend crowds. Normally, we are totally fine with the mass of people. But this weekend was unlike anything we've ever experienced. Maybe it was combination of Pixar Fest with Memorial Day weekend - we'll never know. But we are grateful for our mid-day reservations at Hearthstone. We were promptly seated in a lovely private corner. Hands down one of the most private and quiet spots. We loved it! Our server was an absolutely doll and treated us with so much kindness - I do wish I remember his name! One round of green tea shots and two rounds of dirty martinis plus a delicious plate of poutine fries, we were ready to vacate our quiet respite and take on the crowds. If you're looking for a real cocktail, and a decent whiskey and scotch list, Hearthstone is your spot. Don't have a reservation? Just make your way to the right-hand side of a stanchion and wait in line to be served by your next friendly bartender who will make you a to-go cocktail. A definitely Disney do, IMO!

Yelp
I'm officially a regular here now thanks to Eleana, Axia, Ariel, and the rest of the staff. I just started coming here and have already been back 4 times in a month. First to everyone else that has been here before they removed the garlic knots and raised the price of the steak from $42 to $77 my numbers might be off by a few. Two black eyes when I just a started ordering the steak over and over. They also turned this "lounge" into you need a reservation which has already resulted in me going to another place to eat. "Céntrico" read my review on that, amazing alternative. Now the good! Pasta with ribs has so much rib it's totally comfort/super value dish. Love it all around tasty and not dry each bite melting in your mouth. They also have a sea bass over Vegas that's so well made (ask for truffle sauce on the side) is flaky juicy and full of flavor. The charcuterie pizza is one of my all time favorites, the tomato sauce here is so good along with the fresh toppings. Chorizo and fries are good but warning it's huge you will want to share this lol. The ambiance of this location is like a old library with classy decor a corner extension of the magnificent but a bit overpriced Grand California Hotel. It's very resort feeling and very nice. If you are cold ask for blankets!! The hostess(s) and service is so amazing friendly here. My wife and I are officially regulars with Eleana which is so sweet and fun to chat with we absolutely love her! Axia and Ariel are beyond great and love that they already remember us and make us feel at home. Service matters a lot to me and this location has won my loyalty. I hate the reservation system ruined my ability to just find a table whenever I need a nice dinner and a break to another location I have to worry about reservations that I can't make from my phone and have to find a pc because the site never loads for my older phone. I highly highly recommend this place otherwise and I really hope you all give it a try!!!

Yelp
Famished and in dire need of food before entering the parks, I popped in looking got meat .. .. Started with the FRENCH ONION SOUP and it was delightful with just enough cheese .. .. And, the 12oz. PRIME RIB was outstanding .. .. Seasoned and cooked perfectly, with just enough herbs and kick to make every bite a delight!

Yelp
Service here was fantastic!!! Food was delicious, at least on what we ordered. My favorite was the Forest Mushroom Impossible- Sausage Pizza. It was nice and cozy here. To be safe, I recommend on making reservations.

Yelp
I can only speak for the cookie cream brûlée, service, and aesthetic. All were fantastic. Looking forward to coming back again.

Yelp
The Grand Californian has some of the best food locations on property. While GCH Craftsman Bar is great on a warm day, Hearthstone Lounge is the spot when the weather is less than desirable. It's cozy and relaxing inside. Getting a table for a weeknight dinner never seems to be an issue. Service here on multiple trips has always been great - waiters are friendly and personable, and have made multiple recommendations we've enjoyed. Drinks and food have all been wonderful, their charcuterie plate being a massive surprise.

Yelp
Everything from getting seated to eating your meal and paying your bill was effortless. Everyone is very kind and helpful and the food is some of the best and most delicious ive ever eaten. We were seated on a couch with 2 comfortable chairs on the opposite side of the table. The water was clean and smooth and my cold off the tap Heineken was perfect. The temperature is cool inside just the way i like it and we chilled out and relaxed to a professional piano player that made it very kick back and romantic. My son took us here snd i wish i could eat here every night.

Yelp
Definitely a nice little spot to relax and catch up with friends or family. We decided to come by for birthday drinks and try an off menu item. It was a cute IG drink called Friend like me and also a villain themed drink. The waitress is someone we had before and she is very sweet and helpful. She offered us almonds and olives as snacks along with a cute birthday button! No food this time around just great talks and drinks. Off menu drinks are not made by every bartender so they are hit and miss.

Yelp
We had a great time relaxing at Hearthstone, our server David was amazing! He was on top of everything and very knowledgeable regarding cocktails, even if they weren't on the menu. We sat in the little fireplace room with comfy couches, it felt very luxurious. We had a couple of brambles because they were so good and I had a Bees Knees as well, everything was made to perfection. We also tried their wagyu burger and garlic knots, for a lounge I thought the food options and taste were really great. So glad we decided to pop in for the evening, we will for sure be back!

Yelp
Hey there Party People Still roaming around Disneyland and if you want a restaurant filled with that Cabin in the Woods vibe then look no further then the Hearthstone Lounge. It's much more than a cozy Bar. You have great fireside seating with a great Collection of Jazz guitar music. Also if you are a Scotch aficionado then you will find a great cellar to choose from here. We started off with the French Onion soup. It was topped with Gruyere cheese, which is the traditional French way, not many places do that. It truly is the best. It was very savory and rich with homemade croutons....for some with a sensitive palate it might read a little salty. I had the Mushroom Risotto. The earthy flavor of the mushrooms was delicately balanced but the creamy Risotto. Making for a sumptuous bite. My Hubby had the cheese charcuterie board. The best array of fresh fruit combined with a wide variety of meats and local artisan cheeses. The thing that sealed it was the fresh honeycomb. Most people don't think to put Honey on cheese but it brings the flavor to the next level. Be kind to one another

Yelp
We walked around downtown Disney after we first checked in to our room that night and it was of course flooded with people and crazy lines so we headed back to the hotel We snagged a seat at the bar while we waited for a table and the wait time was spot on which we appreciated. The bar was busy but attentive! Drinks were nice and strong unlike the park! The food was yummy and to our satisfaction! Our server was super sweet as well! We ended up having a 4 hour dinner date night for our anniversary! We are pleased we stayed at the hotel and ate here! Much rather have come back to eat the next day than eating in the park!

Yelp
The drinks are good, but the service here is lacking for the cost. My husband and some friends and I came here the other night after an event. Of course since it is a Disney resort, we knew the drinks would cost a bit more than average. That was fine. But you would think paying a high penny would also include food service. We first ordered from the "to-go" line so we could enjoy while we sat in the lobby since the bar was full. There were two bartenders, but they were very slow at serving those waiting in line. They prepared mine and my husbands drinks in glass cups, but our friends were in plastic. After finishing our drinks, we decided to move into the bar. We were seated quickly at a table. There was about 30 minutes until last call. Our waitress came to us after about 10 minutes of being seated there. While we waited for drinks, a waiter staff came and took the batteries out of the lights on our table. This made us feel like we were being kicked out. They didn't do this to other guests still seated. After about 15 minutes our server came back with our drinks. The drinks are crafted well, and presented nicely when served in a glass. Both times I ordered a meadow punch. The second drink, did not have the pretty flower in it, which made me sad. Overall, it's a nice and cozy ambience (until they take your lamp batteries), but the service is not what it should be for a Disney resort.

Yelp
The perfect spot to get away from the big crowds, relax, and have good food/drinks. We got seated immediately but there's also an option to wait in line for the bar area and get your drink to go. We ordered an exclusive drink called 'The First Order' and the presentation was immaculate, however the taste was mediocre. It had an odd spice that overpowered the taste of the drink. I also got a mocktail that was delicious! I loved that they had that option because after the Food & Wine Festival I was done drinking for the day and just wanted a good drink without alcohol. As for food, we ordered a charcuterie board and 2 desserts and everything was amazing! I'd definitely come back without hesitation.

Yelp
Decided to try this Lounge on one of our Disney trips. We decided to stick to an appetizer, drinks and a dessert. We ordered the cheese board, a Blackberry Bamble, and The First order, Cookie Butter Creme Brûlée and Apple Tart. All the food was really good. The drinks were not the best. The blackberry had very little flavor and the First order had a very prominent spice that made it really over powering. The cheese board and desserts however were very tasty. All the board selections were delicious and complemented each other well. The Creme brûlée was just sweet enough and the apple tart came with ice cream that made it even better. Service was great. Didn't wait to be seated, so I think we went at a great time. It was a very chill spot to relax and enjoy.

Yelp
I've wanted to try this place for a while now, and it's always so crowded. The decorations are so warm and inviting. It gives you a cozy feeling. The people that work there are so nice, they take the time to explain what they have to offer. Regardless of the line or wait behind you. This time, I decided to order to go and ordered one of everything for dessert. They were able to make any custom drink you're craving. I really wanted the chocolate molten lava cake, but it was no longer available. We had: 1. Chocolate cheesecake - This was so decadent but satisfying. 2. Cookie butter crème brûlée - I always have a weak spot for crème brûlée. This does not disappoint. The cookies on top were crisp and not stale. 3. Warm apple tart - By the time we got up to the room, the ice cream had melted a little but still so tasty. I had ordered a drink, to be honest I'm not sure what it was called. They make whatever you're in the mood for. I know my drink had a fall type of feel and it had apples. It was tasty. I highly recommend all the desserts. I can't wait to come back and try the appetizers and food they have.
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty annoyed with the bartender here. No line, lady in front of me gets two glasses of champagne. Bartender says as soon as you pay I'll get those drinks going... proceeds to make my 2 drinks 44$ and pour them into plastic cups and send me packing. Total disappointment. Honestly

Yelp
We went in without reservations but the hostess was kind enough to find us a table. And gave me a birthday pin even though my birthday was two days later. The vegan crab cake deserves a special mention. I had to ask if it was vegan or real crab. We also had the flatbread for the main course. A great place to relax after a hectic day at the park.

Yelp
Tucked away in the Grand Californian Hotel is a great getaway from park crowds and the heat after a long day in the parks. The lounge is beautiful and overs a great selection of delicious drinks, and tasty food. Their pizzas are my favorite to either share with family/friends, or take leftovers for breakfast the next day or a quick snack to enjoy. Definitely worth the price as the service is great, drinks hit the spot, and the food is quick & quality. Not a hotel guest? No worries! You can still visit the eateries in GCH without being a hotel guest.

Yelp
Cocktails are on point! I normally stick to vodka soda but tried their martini. It was perfectly tart and strong. Service: Waitstaff is quick and offers good recommendations. Location: Very clean and relaxed environment. Would recommend a sweater, a little chilly .

Yelp
The food here is so delicious. A small menu, but they have options for vegan/vegetarian which are phenomenal. I miss the Impossible meatball they used to have, so good! The service is always impeccable, we have never had a bad time here. Valentina (our server) is amazing. She's so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She made a point to chat with us and made some great recommendations. If you love good food, good drinks, and Craftsman era decor, this is your spot! Truly a hidden gem.

Yelp
Hearthstone Lounge is definitely a Grand California/CA Adventure hidden treasure. Just down the walkway from their little market store is the very warm bar area that can be truly hopping at dinner time. They were able to accommodate a party of 9 one Saturday night when it was literally hailing and pouring outside, making our plan for dining at Pym's a total no-go. We were cold, wet and in need of a respite. Hearthstone Lounge didn't disappoint. I ordered a lovely Old Fashioned while perusing the menu and was pleased to see that the menu was more than just a typical tiny bar menu. We got a Charcuterie Pizza which was a very meat-forward pizza as well as a Cobb Salad. This fed me, my better half and our little guy, no problem, and it was actually very good. In fact, while I think the pizza we got is probably the same as what they carry at Craftsman, I was more impressed with the execution on my pizza here and the salad was way better than the salmon salad that I usually get at the other place. Since it was a birthday, they actually brought out 2 little cupcakes which was a totally nice touch. All in all, I was way more pleased with my meal, the experience of sitting in the warmth of Hearthstone Lounge and oh, did I mention that they had live music? Note, since the party was larger, they added in the gratuity...I'm totally fine with this but we did have a moment of perplexity where we were confused on why this was SO incredibly expensive as opposed to the "very expensive" that we were expecting. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Terrible terrible interaction with a waiter on our last visit (Friday 10/21). To clarify, it is *open*seating* per the bartender who served us the one drink that we ordered. We sat at a two person table toward the back, the restaurant was about 1/2 full of people sitting at the tables and bar, the remaining tables were either unbussed (there were at least 6) or open tables. As soon as we sat down a male waiter came over to ask if we needed anything else, I said "no we're doing okay but are there checkers pieces?" As the table we were sitting at had a checkers board on it. He hesitated, looked at a bookshelf where they clearly had checkers pieces, and stumbled with his words. "Uh yeah but is this the only drink you'll be having? We try to keep the tables for guests enjoying more than one drink," I said "I'm sorry we were informed that this was open seating," stumbling again he hesitated "it is, but if you're just having one drink..." something about sitting at the bar and how the bartenders don't respect the waiters tables??? Long story short, he asked us to move so that someone else could have our table, order from him and tip him. There was plenty of open seating, there were plenty of open tables, tons of tables that were unbussed, it just seemed completely unnecessary and rude. He was basically saying that the bartenders don't respect the waitstaff who wait tables and take their tips - none of which is anything that we as guests at the lounge or the Disneyland resort should be felt to be in the middle of. It was one of the worst interactions with a waiter I have ever had, and it being at The Grand Californian of all places had me in disbelief. I liked this bar, but this staff members needs to be retrained in customer service.

Yelp
My daughter & I came and it was our First time here! The food was good! I ordered a hearthstone burger with steak fries & iced tea. She ordered a parmesan crusted grilled cheese with steak fries. We also ordered garlic patmesan dough twists with white cheese & marinara sauce. The waiter was friendly and attentive but the food took a little longer than anticipated. The food was tasty and good quantity. The atmosphere was a little noisey but it was a Saturday evening.

Yelp
Came by with friends recently for some afternoon drinks & snacks and the experience was admittedly just decent. Perhaps the staffing was short, but our server's timeliness was lacking. Drinks like their Aviation and Rhum Whiskey Sling were very well executed, I especially liked the latter's harmony between the spirits' potency and sweetness of the honey and juices. Among the dishes, I wasn't impressed with the anemic citrus-habanero chicken wings, poutine, or chicken fingers. Thankfully, the pizzas were consistent with Craftsman Bar. I'd be open to coming back, but probably just for drinks.

Yelp
After a long day at Disney, we just sat to relax at the lobby of the Grand Caifornian Hotel and we noticed the menu (of the Hearthstone Lounge) on the table. So, eventhough we were full since we were craving to have some sweets/desserts we decided to give this place a try. However, when a Hearthstone waiter passed by the hotel lobby to collect the menus placed on top of the hotel lobby tables, he told us that Hearthstone lounge is already closed. But I felt like he was lying since when we passed by Hearthstone lounge, a lot of customers were still lining up to get in. So, my hubby and I decided to go straight to Hearhstone lounge and check it for ourselves, and lo and behold!!!- it is still open. So, the waiter at the lobby lied!!! We were informed by the bartender that they close around 1 AM. So, we just were unpleaseantly surprised that the other waiter making rounds in the hotel lobby said they were closed. So as not to ruin the good vibe, we just let that incident slide. Good thing, we still gave this place a try since the desserts were great. Loved the cheesecake and chocolate cakes, plus the plating! However, when we checked the bill, we were double billed so we brought it to the attention of the waitress. Great desserts, however, I agree with other reviewers saying that customer service is not good. People come to restaurants not solely for food but for good customer service as well. Also, as my husband and I were walking out of the place, the waiter who lied to us (saying that the restaurant was already closed), was sooooo surprised to see us, most likely he was embarassed with what he did.

Moe S.

Yelp
We had the pleasure of meeting Reyna at hearthstone lounge in grand Californian hotel. She was amazing! Disney had a big event and there was no high chairs and she went across the way to find one from another restaurant, and also brought our 2 year old light up ice cubes to play with. Just so nice to meet sweet people that go outta there way to make u happy.

Brett D.

Yelp
Not a great experience last night. At some point over the last few months this location has been transformed into a table service restaurant. Open seating has been eliminated. You can still grab a seat at the bar, but if you want a table, a host will have to seat you. I was seated immediately and then was completely ignored by every server that walked by. I was a party of one, with just one place setting at the table. I checked my watch. 19 minutes had gone by. Nobody asked if I'd been helped yet or even made eye contact. I felt invisible. There were plenty of empty tables. This was not a busy night. I finally flagged down a busboy to see if he knew who my server was. A minute later someone finally came over and took my order. There was no apology for the wait or even an acknowledgement that I had been sitting there for 20 minutes. I ordered a martini. It came out in a wine glass. Remember that photo of a martini from Trump Grill that went viral for being served in a wine glass in 2016? It was like that. This high-end bar at Disney's most expensive hotel in Anaheim doesn't have martini glasses and "hasn't had any for about three months". I guess times are tough.

Yelp
After a long day at the park, I like to come here as the parking lot traffic dies down. You'll find this cool little spot inside the grand Californian. I've only come here to drink so that's what this review is based on. Bartenders will greet you immediately when you sit down or will meet you on the far right side for orders not at the bar. Great selection in beers, liquors, and wine. When we haven't found a spot inside the lounge, we take our drinks to the larger area where the fire pit is. Open late but not super late. Great spot to check out if you're staying at the grand Californian or any other reason!
google avatar

George S.

Yelp
Love this place. Hidden off the main grand lobby of the Grand Californian you'll find the Hearthstone lounge. A cozy yet spacious area with a full bar and a fireplace. If you're here on the weekend, get ready to wait. Otherwise the weekday is best as the crowds are much smaller. All drinks are good although on colder days I myself enjoy the Hot Toddy. Whatever your poison this place is a nice spot to unwind with your favorite drink.

Yelp
Don't know why I gave this place a 2nd chance, even worst than the first time. Service is soo slow, don't understand why, the servers can't have that many tables. You see them off the floor more than on. Nearly just walked out as our food took soo long. Burger was nothing to write home about or worth the price. Poutine was decent. Tried to dine at the GC Grill but had no available tables, hostess wasn't very friendly either. Not impressed overall with the service received from GC in general.

Yelp
Located inside the Grand Californian Hotel, This is the perfect place to unwind from the packs of people at the parks and downtown disney. Cocktails are always good and the food is excellent. I had the Prickly Pear Margarita and my other friend had an Aviation. The charcuterie pizza is so delicious! Their fries are perfect and I could eat them all day! Seating is first come first serve so keep your eyes open!

Yelp
What a cute restaurant! You can sit inside and outside. Outside has a patio set up as well with fire pits if you'd like and heaters. Great for large groups! We were 10 people

Yelp
What a great experience! Located in the California Grand, this bar/dining spot is a great stop after the parks! Drinks can be purchased at the bar for take out and glass cups are allowed anywhere on the hotel premises. There is bar seating and table seating with small bites to eat available like margarita pizza. I can't say enough about how AWESOME our bartenders were! We had such a great time laughing with Andre, Brianna, and Justin. MY FAVORITE DRINK: an expresso martini made with fresh drip coffee EXCLUSIVELY MADE BY BRIANNA! She adds heavy Bailey's and whipped cream to give it such a YUM CREAMY MELTED ICE CREAM VIBE! Highly highly highly recommend! Everyone kept asking me what drink I got and told they they couldn't go wrong! Drinks range around the $15 range 10/10 recommend stopping here!

Yelp
I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! I mean who doesn't want to relax and have a nice dinner at The Grand Californian?! Great wine and amazing service! I went two nights and the food was absolutely amazing! The shrimp and grits are so jealous with perfectly cooked shrimp! They had that nice little char on it that really makes the flavor pop. The steak Fritz were sooo good! The green beans were perfectly cooked with that nice snap on them. And my steak was absolutely delicious and cooked well. The fries were also hard not to just shove them into your mouth like you're breathing air. 100% one of my favorite places to dine when I visit Disney!

Yelp
such a great spot for when you want a break from the chaos at the parks & downtown disney but still want to feel like you're on a getaway. cozy atmosphere & staff was so kind & attentive. i ordered the garlic knots & was so pleasantly surprised by the portion size. i expected like 5 large knots with a little bit of sauce but received over 20 smaller ones with massive dipping sauces of white cheddar & marinara. had enough to take home for a snack! ordered the casamigos as well & as hoped, it hit as it should. loved this place, would definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Yelp
Typically my go to but man tonight was bad. Server was Jonathan and he was just not awake. Had to remind him twice about my order and he messed my original order. My wife finished eating order still hasn't come so I decided to cancel. Don't think I'll come back here again.

Yelp
How our Molten Chocolate Cake was served. In a bare box, no sanitary paper or plate, and only one set of utensils. The dessert had scooted to one side. Is serving of food on a card board box even allowed by the Department of Health? When brought to the servers attention the attitude was apathetic.

Ambiance - casual and cozy log cabin aesthetic with indoor and outdoor seating Food- tried the Margherita pizza and Flaky Buttermilk-Battered Chicken Sandwich, both were made fresh and delicious Drinks- tried the Meadow Punch and The Empress, Meadow punch was complemented well with the hibiscus salt. Service - after being seated for 30 mins without being attended to and watching other customers that were seated after us getting their orders before us, manager and server did their best to make experience better Aside from somewhat delayed service, it was a chill spot for small bites and drinks, especially if you need a break from crowded food areas at California Adventure or Disneyland.

Yelp
We had date night here on a Saturday night at around 7-8pm. Surprisingly, there were several open tables and no wait despite it being the start of the 100th anniversary. I ordered the house chardonnay and my husband ordered "the hoppiest IPA" you have. The waiter brought 2 samples to choose from which was nice. Hubby ordered the seasonal wagyu beef burger (cooked medium) while I ordered the chicken sandwich based on the recommendation of the waiter. Both entrees came with ketchup, ranch and honey mustard dressing to dip your fries in. The burger was probably more on the medium rare side and came out at the same time as my dry chicken sandwich. We ended up swapping meals as I couldn't tolerate the chicken without smothering it in dressing. The waiter was nice enough to discount our meal as it was his recommendation for me to order it. And for that, he gets a Cast Compliment! Atmosphere 8/10 (kind of loud), Food 6.5/10, Service 10/10 (it's Disney!)

Yelp
Loved the ambiance. We ordered a pizza, which didn't come out as hot as one would expect. It was still decent.

Yelp
The service is Disney friendly but when they get busy expect to wait a while for your order and to close your check. The food options are limited but I would go back for the wings but skip the overly sweet and overpriced drinks. The pizza is decent but is really pricey for what it is. But at a Disney property you always expect to pay more even for the mediocre.

Yelp
Nice place inside Disney hotel, too bad the service is horrible. These people are pretentious and rude. I asked the lady at the gate how much for valet, she said $50 first hour then $10 afterwards. She gave me options to park in DT Disney instead. I said oh well, only live once , I'll valet. Then the next gentleman stopped my car and said, I can't park there? Umm, why sir? He said well aren't you going to DT Disney?? No, I'm going to your bar.. inside. He then proceeds to argued with us and say.. that's not what the girl said at the gate? Wtf?! Seriously dude? Eventually he let us through. If I didn't know any better I'd say he was discriminating against me but whatever my girlfriend really wanted to eat here. I'm giving two stars because the food was decent and the drinks were very good and not overpriced. I won't go back and won't recommend.

Yelp
For a five star restaurant the staff seems to hate life. Jenny I understand you don't have good days but dang this bartender seemed to be hating life and people on may 3. Hope she figures out whatever she got going on that day because you are working at "the most magical place on earth"

Yelp
Great bar stuck inside of Disney's Grand Californian Hotel. Went in there for two nights while the family was still hanging out at the part. The menu options were great and drink options world class. My Remy Martin was served well and my server recognized me the next day. Only blemish...I forgot my credit card in the check folio on my second day and they were not at all helpful. Buy then customer service at Disney these days is like expecting to find a pearl inside a shell...may happen.

Yelp
An interesting , small, out of the way lounge in the Grand Californian. A great place for a small group of say 2 to 4 people to catch a bite to eat away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Disney. The food is interesting and a little different but I think most people could find something they would like. Perhaps the best off menu item at the Hearthstone is a dessert of vanilla ice cream and fresh berries - very tasty. My only complaint would be that it can get a little bit cold and drafty in the winter time.

Yelp
First time going and it was great! Craftsman Bar was closed because of rain so we decided to try Hearthstone Lounge out. Delicious drinks!!

Yelp
Very good service, good live music, and amazing drinks. If are going for drinks, like whiskey and bourbon, this is a place to visit. But it took a long time to get our food, and when it came it was cold.

Yelp
We decided to have a couple of cocktails while waiting for our reservation at Napa Rose. We walked right up to the bar, and we were able to order right away. We odder a couple of mixed drinks from the menu. They are a full bar and can make almost anything. I was surprised when I drank my drink and discovered that the bartender was a heavy pourer.. We were feeling it after one drink each. They earned their tip for sure. You can get reservations to sit down and sip and snack. You can also enjoy your drinks throughout the lobby area. We will make sure to swing by again and try out some of the other drinks.
