We loved our Heather's Key Lime pie! Not too tart and not too sweet, perfectly balanced. Not only was the pie delicious it was also quite large, perfect for a next day treat. Heather communicated with us throughout the process and was flexible with our pick-up time. Can't wait to try a new flavor on our next visit! Highly recommend!

I ordered a strawberry rhubarb pie for Father's Day on Thursday night. Heather got back to me on Friday letting me know she was completely booked up but because she is PHENOMENAL she still opened on Sunday morning so I could pick up my order even though she's normally closed on Sundays! The pie was also SO delicious! 10/10 would recommend!

Heathers pies looked so good that we served them at our wedding over 3 hours away - never having tried them before! she was extremely communicative and made sure she knew what we wanted down to the last detail! and of course, her pies were the best we've ever had (that CRUST)! so glad we chose her to make our pie and ice cream wedding dessert dreams come true - strawberry rhubarb with the cutest strawberry cutout details and pecan pie with chocolate - simply perfect. Absolutely AMAZING! Everything about my experience with Heather’s Pies was absolutely phenomenal: she provided the most amazing customer experience, the most delicious and beautiful pies, and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. I was flying in from North Carolina to visit family for a milestone birthday and somehow get 2 key lime pies from MSP to Park Rapids, MN. It’s very difficult to find key lime pie in MN! I researched online and found Heather’s Pies through a google search. After reading and viewing her website and reviews, I knew she was the baker I needed. When I spoke to Heather and explained my goal and logistical challenge of getting these pies to Park Rapids after flying in from NC, she went above and beyond and offered to pick up a cooler and ice packs for me to transport the pies. When I arrived at her bake shop, she had them safely packed and then helped me secure them in my rental car. The pies made it safely to Park Rapids and we couldn’t wait for the party - we busted into one of the pies and it was pure key lime bliss. We have never tasted such an amazingly delicious pie. We immediately tried to dissect ingredients in her crust, and with each bite, the expressions on faces were just priceless. Just SO GOOD. Heather exemplifies “Minnesota Nice” and I plan on ordering from her with each trip I make back to my home state - with or without a celebration as a reason. Her pies are just that good, and she is an absolute joy to work with. Most definitely recommend.I only wish I would have spent more time to take better photos of her pies. We were just too excited to eat them.

This was one of my favorite interactions I’ve had in so long. Heather is so sweet and kind and made the whole ordering/pick up process so great. I’ve been recommending her to all of my friends and one of them is getting married and reached out to heather already to make a gluten free pie for her wedding! Can’t recommend heather enough. The cherry pie is SO GOOD!!!!

Best Key Lime Pie I have ever had! The Apple Pie was fantastic as well! Not only are the pies great but Heather herself is a great person. Happy to support a local small business and someone who is passionate and very talented at what they do! Great job Heather!

Heather's Pies is amazing! I ordered a custom-made pie three days in advance for their busiest day of the year (Pi Day) and they were more than happy to accommodate. What a treat this was! I ordered a pie for easter and it was everything I imagined it would be. The crust was so beautiful -definitely an art form- not to mention it tasted incredible. I could east just the crust and be happy. Heather herself is lovely which made the whole experience that much better. I can't wait to order more.

Holy cow!! We ordered the Key Lime Pie and it has to be the best pie I've ever seen in person. These are next level pies folks. We ordered this pie for a friends birthday and and was a total hit! I highly recommend you try Heather's Pies! So good!

I've tried several of Heather's pocket pies so far and everything has been very delicious! You can tell she pours her heart into her in-home bakery. Not only is everything exceptionally tasty but Heather herself is also very friendly and easy to talk to. I found myself having a great conversation with her in her neighborhood just getting to know her and her mission. Heather's kindness is amplified in her pocket pies sales mission: for every pocket pie sold, she donates $1 to two elementary schools in her area. How cool is that?! These particular hand pies were crispy on the outside, flecked with hard sugar and powdered sugar, and soft and chewy on the inside. I loved the flavor of the crust. The fact that it was shaped in the state of Minnesota was a cute added bonus. The location was super easy to find and there's plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood. Heather has a giant sign out that clearly states "Heather's Pies," you can't miss it! Once you arrive, you call her and she brings your goodies out to you. Easy as pie! ;)

Ordered Heather's peach pie for a friend's birthday dinner. It was amazing!!! Crust was beautiful, flaky and delicious and the filling was loaded with peaches and not to sweet. Will definitely order again.

really bad service towards people of color. walked in there and no one wants to help. finally got to order and the male that helped me with my order was extremely rude. tried making small talk and he didn't even respond. it's unfortunate that racism continues to happen in 2023.

Ack! Missed the chance to review Heather's amazing pies on Pi day! I ordered pies for a themed baby shower and had some specific asks around decorations - she clearly puts in so much thought, care, and labor into each of her pies - they were absolutely beautiful. So pretty in fact that no one wanted to cut into the pies at the party - but once we did, the guests were all blown away by how delicious the pies are. She is a lovely person who went out of her way to bake the pies on the morning of the party, rather than on day she's typically available for pick up - nothing better than a warm pie to enjoy (made my car smell delicious too)! This was our first gathering with a group of people in 2 years, and her pies made that occasion for the guests and most importantly for the expecting couple absolutely special. Looking forward to ordering from her again! Thanks so much!

I have so much to say about Heather's Pies it's going to be hard to get it all in this review. I have to blame my daughter for introducing me to this incredible "pie sensation lady" in the first place!! Now I'm addicted. It's obvious this is her passion because Heather puts so much love and creativity into each pie she makes. We enjoyed one of her "cranberry crumble" pies at Thanksgiving (gluten free of course). It was amazing. The perfect flaky crust and the best combo of ingredients inside. We managed to eat it all! I couldn't wait to attend Heather's "pop up pie by the slice day". I thought what a clever idea all in the comforts of her own home. I was the second customer that day and that was a good thing cause she sold out of pies in 2 hours! The best news was we got to sample 3 slices of pie (banana cream, key lime and strawberry rhubarb). They were all delicious but of course strawberry rhubarb will forever be my favorite. Heather just doesn't stop at Pie's she teaches classes too. My daughter and I recently attended a GF pie class. It was such a fun experience! If you haven't already ordered one of her pies (or half pies) you need to soon. You don't know what you are missing until you take that first bite!

Heather's Pies should be the first (and only) result if you search pie + Minneapolis. Yes it was the best pie I've ever had in my life. Heather puts so much thought, love, and fresh ingredients into her pies and you will taste it in every single bite. They are beautifully decorated and you can make any pie a message pie. You can order online or call. You pick the date/time and Heather will have your pie ready for pick up. I ordered a message pie for my Husbands Birthday. He wanted French Silk and I wasn't sure how it was going to work out with the message but the results were stunning. I drove to Heathers house to pick up the pie and she had it ready right on time,freshly made that morning. She gave me candles and a sparkler to make it an extra special birthday treat. The pie comes on a glass plate and she said if I bring it back I can get $2 off my next pie. You can bet that is definitely going to happen. I think my husband may have cried when he ate the last bite because he loved that pie so much. Heathers is a must for any pie or pastry lover. Absolutely amazing for a gift or special treat for a celebration. I can't wait to order for pies for all the occasions (anniversary pie, Easter pie, Christmas pie...)

Please understand that I write this review in the full Knowledge that more people will start buying Heather's pies, which will likely mean that it will be harder for me to get them! She is incredibly busy producing her absolutely amazing pies, but not too busy to talk to me about my sister. My beloved sister was admitted to the Glenn after breaking her hip and I wanted to do something really nice for her: getting her favorite pie. To paint this picture further, I live in Charleston South Carolina and I am unable to travel to see my sister. Needless to say this is been a really hard time and I have wanted to do nice things to let her know how much I care. After literally going through eight different Places, I found Heather's. What a lucky day. The pies are not only beautiful, they are absolutely scrumptious. Curbside delivery to my brother-in-law, who picked up the pies and took them to the skilled nursing facility. Heather not only made a sale... She created a lifetime customer who will be buying pie for her beloved sister and her fellow patients forever. Thank you, Heather, for helping me give my sister a special moment.

What a pleasure to meet Heather! I knew in an instant, this business would be a keeper for me... From ordering the pie, to picking up curb side - what a great and easy experience. Just look at her website, at the pie menu. So many great choices with the best ingredients. A week ago, our first order was a sumptuous Blueberry pie. Picked up this delicious Cherry Plum pie today. I have already placed an order for a fresh Peach pie for next week. And excited to order Key Lime, Triple Berry and Strawberry Rhubarb in the weeks to come... I honestly taste love in every bite

I don't understand all these 5 star reviews. Yes the pies are beautiful. But the pie crust is terrible. It was very heavy and dense, like a bread or cake. It was not flaky or buttery at all. Very disappointing. I never went back after my initial order. No amount of artistry will make up for the pie crust. I felt that calling your pie crust "flaky buttery crust" on your website was misleading and just false.

I'm obsessed with the key lime pie! So beautifully decorated and the best pie Iv ever had (don't tell my grandma). Pick up is easy and Heather is very sweet and welcoming.

The best pies in Minnesota! The quality you can't get anywhere else. You can taste the care that was put into each special pie! My personal favorite is key lime. The crust and filling go together perfectly! The customer service is above and beyond. What more could you want. Recommend this place to all my friends

Heather made a gluten free triple berry pie for us and also a peach "slab" for a party I was holding. After a few minutes of discussion, Heather suggested the peach slab. Both pies were such a huge hit. I was actually baffled by how fast the triple berry disappeared followed by the peach pie. They were so delicious. For me, the crust is everything. They're always flaky and beautifully decorated.

The BEST pies! We have had several pies from Heather's but most recently, we got a peach pie for my moms birthday. Delish! Really great crust! Easy to order and pick up as well. Highly recommend.

I only buy pies from three places. Given that Heathers is the furthest away from my home (East Metro) I only order every 2-3 months. If she were closer it would be there every couple of weeks. I really enjoy the peach pies in the summer, they are my favorite pies with or without ice cream. Heathers Pies is worth a drive but just wish it was closer.

I ordered the French silk and the Triple Berry. The pies are pretty. The French silk came with flowers on top. But... $34 for flowers on whipped cream and chocolate pudding? I hate to be the one naysayer on Yelp, but I was expecting more. I understand that the ingredients are organic. I still have to enjoy the pie though. Neither pie crust blew me away. The French silk was creamy and light. But it wasn't particularly sweet. The Triple Berry had cherries in it, which made it tart. Not sure why there were cherries, there's no mention of cherries on the website, and I never asked for them. I'm not a fan of cherries in pie. In addition to the tartness, the Triple Berry felt under-sweetened too. If you want to have the prettiest pie at the party, this may be the place for you. If you want a pie exploding with flavor, maybe not.

We ordered two pies (key lime and apple raspberry) and they were the best (quality, taste, decorating, crust) pies ever. We will definitely order again!

The order is online with her website and then Heather calls to confirm with you on the phone, Heather picks up the phone and takes your order! That was very unexpected. For our first order ever here, (it is difficult to choose what pie to go with since her website is exquisite on presentation) we went with her award winning peach pie AND the Seasonal Fruit & Oatmeal Crisp Crumble and our fruit choice was apple. Heather recommends ice cream for this one and "anything crumble" We stopped @ Almsted's Fresh market to buy some vanilla bean gelato (support local businesses!) and we had bday candles for mom and she kept saying how delicious the peaches and apples were. The crumbles are absolutely worth the right amount of crunch a la mode style--I'm getting seconds here in a little bit! Organic ingredients, extremely fresh and she told us to NOT put pies in the fridge. There's a lot of care put into her pies and I got that from her website, to her friendly voice over the phone , to the curbside pickup fully masked (Yes--Heather delivers the pies right to your vehicle!) Very midwestern & an awesome gal! Payments are cash, check, Venmo. I believe the Venmo is @heatherspies or Heather Keogh (follow on IG @heathers_pies) **The address online IS A HOUSE** I wasn't aware of this since it caught me by surprise--talk bout home cooking am I right?! We got confused at first because there's a garage with the number 4108 Salem Ave (that wasn't the right place but directly across from that garage was Heather's house) LOOK for the vehicle (I think it was a green Land Rover) parked on the street with personal license plates: HEATHER! Thank you Heather for your delicious pies--it warmed our hearts literally and we look forward to ordering the other flavors. Stay safe and stay healthy!

I'm giving Heather's Pies 5 stars without hesitation. My partner got me a message pie for my birthday. He gave Heather the idea that I like bears, polar bears specifically and she came up with an absolutely beautiful pie. Here's the best thing tho: IT'S DELICIOUS! We got the Bumble Pie. When we cut into it, the filling stayed put (I make pies from time to time and that never happens for me). The pie was also not overly sweet. I could taste the berries easily. The crust was flaky and held together well. No soggy bottom. Undoubtedly, the best pie I've ever experienced. We will order again. Thank you, Heather!

I got a standard blueberry pie from Heather and it was definitely not standard in the slightest! The pie was beautifully made and tasted even better. It even comes in a glass dish so it truly feels like a home baked pie (because that's what it is!). Heather was very easy to work with and very responsive to my allergy requests and timeline. Needless to say I'll be headed back for seconds.

I have been meaning to write this awhile now. I cant speak for the qualify of pies as she canceled My order. Then she was going to do it but her kitchen was being remodeled, which is fine i Said i can wait. I ordered one vegan and one non vegan but the vegan one she Said she couldnt do. Then i told her maybe remove that from the Website and she stated she can do vegan then she couldnt. Gave me run around and that MN passive agressive bs. I mean i would be fine if she Said Cant do but go back and forth and then she never followed Up on My order when her kitchen was supposed to be remodeled. As far as i am concerned HORRIBLE Customer service - Cant speak for the pies they might be wonderful.

We first were exposed to Heather's pies by our lovely host for dinner tonight. We opened up the box and were astounded to see how heavy the pie was. Also, we were amazed by the beauty of the crust. It was absolutely gorgeous. But then, to our delight, we bite into the pie and our mouth exploded with flavor. We were astounded by how many types of berries there were and how beautiful and tasty they were. We would highly recommend this pie and this baker to all of our friends. We felt very honored to have tasted this pie tonight and will do so in the future. Again, thank you very much. Wonderful pie!!!

Heathers pies are indeed fantastic. I made the trip from Hudson WI and it was worth it. We tried the classic blueberry , had a beautiful crust decoration and the pie was outstanding.....We will be back....

If you are thinking of ordering a pie from Heather, do not hesitate. Heather baked the pies for my wedding this summer, and we could not have had a better experience. They were delicious, absolutely beautiful. Our guests were raving about the pies all night and went back for seconds and thirds! It was a dream come true. A big thank you from us to Heather for making the pies for our wedding so spectaculous. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Heather's Pies are wonderful! We've ordered several different pies for different occasions. Each pie is made with love I tell you! From the designs to the delicious flavors. Her pies are always made with the freshest ingredients and just the right about of fruit for her fruit pies and that crust... Yum! She has mastered her skill and she's not messing around when she makes you a homemade pie. I highly recommend Heather's pies for any occasion or just to have one on reserve!

I called Heather mid-afternoon on a Saturday to see if she could make me a pie for my wife's birthday on Sunday. At 10 the next morning, I pulled up at Heather's house, where she greeted me with a beautifully decorated triple berry pie. I knew that if it tasted anywhere near as good as it looked, it would be a big hit. And it did. I served it after a celebratory dinner to a group of friends that included some serious pie aficionados, and everyone raved about it. I'm already looking forward to trying her apple pie this fall.
