Heather's Pizza

You can customize the pizza to your choice. You can get a slice, personal size or M, L. I got pepperoni and sweet plantain and it was BOMB. The personal pizza was the Hawaiian option I think. Pizza is made fresh. It’s more cheesy rather than saucy which I like more. We also got a piña colada and a mojito. People here a friendly and know English.

Ordered two large pizzas at 7pm they were ready at 945pm and burned black. We kept asking if they were ready and were told “were a little behind” with a stare that we should just be patient and stop asking. At 9pm the otherwise nice waitress came up to me to let me know that our order was misplaced and our pizzas are being put in the oven. Oops!?!?20minutes she said. Yeah that took another 45. I get the island time thing but 2hrs and 45 minutes for a pizza is nuts… and especially as we sat in the restaurant and kept asking them. I think we were pretty nice and as patient as anyone can be but seriously WTH! We were offered free drinks. Haha. At that point food and drinks should be on the house. Independent of the disaster delay the pizza was mid. Burned black and only eaten because we were starving and no other options at this point. Find another option. There is a great pizza place around the corner next to ferry where we saw the locals eating….a bit too late for us. Atmosphere was ok. Nice bar, and staff was friendly minus the delay. Another group said their pizza took two hours. Maybe also missplaced? The locals that ordered seemed to get theirs relatively fast but maybe knew to order way ahead.

Food was AMAZING, servers were attentive, and they spoke good English. It was a little crowded and had loud music playing (as any bar would). If you’re not into that I would recommend calling in take out. I did see a lot of kids inside when I went around 2pm. I would say it’s pretty family friendly. I had calamari and a cheese pizza. I really enjoyed the texture on the calamari and the pizza dough was brilliant. It wasn’t too dry and had good flavor. My sisters both had a Hawaiian Pizza and Veggie pizza that were both super yummy as well if that’s your vibe. I recommend giving this place a try.

One of the very decent options we found during this trip on this island. The food was great and the best thing was we were able to order by slices and didn't have to buy the whole pie. Friendly people and amazing food options especially if you're a vegetarian. Will recommend this place

Quaint Lil pizza spot. The pizza was pretty good. A Lil light on toppings but tasty. It was done in fifteen minutes. We enjoyed some non-alcoholic passion fruit daiquiri's; which were amazing. And got the hot Hawaiian pizza. The service was very good, she checked on us several times. I would come back again. Large pizza was 26 bucks. They also have air conditioning.

Delicious 😋. Great pizza place. My wife had a virgin piña 🍍 colada and we both shared a pizza 🍕. The owner and his daughter where our waiters and are very friendly to us tourist. They made us feel welcome to Culebras and welcome to the restaurant. Plus they had 80’s music 🎶.

We saw it had great reviews so why not? Definitely worth it! The mozzarella sticks were so good we almost ordered more. We couldn't decide between the Boricua and Marquez so we ordered a large with half of each. Yummy. Service was great and everyone was so nice.

Excellent pizza regardless of location. And although I'm not typically a mojito fan I tried the passion fruit due to the reviews and can confirm it is delicious.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas to go for $37. The cheese pizza I got for my kids was burnt to a crisp. Instead of offering to make another they put the good pizza on top and sent us on our way.

Wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately their ovens must be down. We could only order appetizers and drinks. Pina colodas were very good. Quite refreshing on a hot day.

Was not expecting the pizza to be as good as it was! The food was great, the drinks were great, the service was great. The 2 young ladies working there were really sweet and it wasn't so busy so they sat down and talked to us. It was a nice time killer while we waited for the last ferry. Would definitely be back. Salud!

Let's start by saying I have visited Culebra several times and this is hands down one of my favorite places. It is a small place but perfect for the island. The mozzarella stick was among the best I had tasted that we almost ordered more. We couldn't decide on which pizza so we had half Marquez and half Boricua. The pizza tasted great. ( It is definitely not New York style but that is what makes it stand out) We loved it! The service is great. I love that they were attentive and engaging. We felt welcome and they shared local insight on things to do. It was my niece's first time and daughter's second. Staff were bilingual.

Pizza was good enough to leave two stars. Service sucks! And yea I know I don't go for their service but their food, but damm the girls wouldn't even pay attention to us until like 15 min after we sat down. Took another 15 - 20 min to get our pizza and reminded the girl about our mojito drinks which then she made. Had to drink and eat really fast so our ferry didn't leave us behind. There's other spots open which I'm sure are more attentive than this one.

The pizza is okay but When my wife asked the bartender in English how the service worked, because when she entered the door she wasn't greeted or attended; the bartender gave her an attitude and a disgusted facial expression then responded in Spanish saying "what." When she spoke in Spanish she then said "oh yeah I'll get you a table." Revealing she spoke perfect English. Yet, when I came in speaking Spanish she responded kindly to my questions and helped get our order together. I only found out about this interaction once I was finished eating. Keep in mind we're both American tourists and we are also Latino ethnicity. We look visibly Latino.

Absolutely delicious pizza! Great service and delicious dessert. I recommend the Márquez Pizza and their desserts. We had the Hazelnut Vanilla Rum cake. It's locally made and the best Rum cake I've had! Much better than the Tortuga brand cakes you buy in the islands. The Espresso flan was okay. Highly recommend this local when visiting Culebra!

Decent pizza but I can't say great. I have attached a photo of menu: 1) Menu says a large pizza is $15 but it was $16.50 on receipt (- 1) 2) Menu says a large pizza is 18" and they are NOT making 18' inch pizzas!!! It was about 16" (-1).

I admit that I had my doubts about the quality of Italian food on this tiny Puerto Rican island but our group of four were all impressed with our meal at Heather's. The Yelp reviews do not lie! I chose the Chicken Bacon Ranch sub minus the bacon and loved the sandwich! So simple and yet so delicious. The breaded chicken was juicy and seasoned well. It paired well with mozzarella, ranch dressing, lettuce and tomato. As I was trying to avoid leftovers since we didn't have a place to store it during our beach day, I actually managed to eat almost the entire sandwich. I wouldn't recommend it if you're a light eater like me though, especially if you're planning to spend your day in a bikini. Pretty sure I had a bit of a food baby going on after this meal! My boyfriend ordered a calzone and thought it was one of the best that he's ever had and our friends split a pizza. Everyone loved everything about Heather's! The restaurant is well air-conditioned. We had just come from the beach and my swim suit and coverup were still damp and it was a bit chilly but also a welcome break from the Puerto Rican heat.

The food was soo good and was of good value for what you are paying and getting. The service was good considering it was only a few of them and it was a full house. The restaurant itself is very tiny but the food is very good. We had the buffalo wings, the mixed fish pasta and veggie pizza. To die for in my experience. The pina colada was good, it could have been slightly sweeter but maybe thats why i caught the buzz i was looking for. Thank you Amdry and friends!

Zero stars if that was an option. Absolutely hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I blame my husband for being very Caucasian. They completely ignored us for at least 20 minutes. Another couple who arrived after us kept trying to encourage the server to take our order first and she wouldn't even look at me. I'm half Mexican but apparently not enough to be acknowledged by these employees. We watched an employee give a shot to a customer and had one herself. I can not emphasize enough to never go to this restaurant. One star only because zero stars wasn't an option. They only got chatty when it was time to settle the bill/leave a tip which was a big fat zero to equal the "service" they gave us. Pizza was blah and again service was for shit. Go anywhere else.

Great shrimp sub sandwich. Pizza was surprisingly great too. Will definitely be going back. I highly recommend it.

We've gotten pizza at a few different places on Culebra and Heather's was by far the best. Great crust, great pizza, great drinks, great staff. They made my wife a Pineapple/Coconut mojito and she LOVED it.

My wife and I were starving when we got to Culebra. This was right around the questionable time of whether other places are still serving lunch or taking a closing break before dinner. We ordered a medium pepperoni, and two slices for each of us were enough to satisfy us until dinner. The service was very attentive, which is rare on the island. Overall: great pizza and friendly, quick service. Good cocktails. I hope I get another chance to come back here.

How does this place have any ratings at all? This is your cheese pizza with what taste like homemade dough from the cheapest of ingredients. You should not be able to call this pizza and if this is all you have here in Culebra, jump on the ferry and eat on the main island. Pizza is actually real good there. Pizza place in the center of town in Rincon is amazing.

We tried their Vegetarian pizza for dinner and it was pretty good. Not a lot of vegetarian options on this beautiful island so make sure you get yours before they close!

The restaurant is really small, I'm not sure if they are actually open for dine in. We did takeout. The pizzas were really good and the size was pretty generous. The salads were pretty basic so I would avoid those but I enjoyed the pizza and it was one of the only places that was open on Sunday on the entire island.

Expectations were too high, my son oversell it. Still quality is great, service attentive. What a better topping to a day full of great beaches, sand and sun than this great pizza place. If you are visiting Culebra you are in vacations, thus waiting close to an hour while chatting with friends and family is worth it. Again overall rating is 4.4, not five out five due to price and dinning area needs improvement. Still recommended food quality is great.

Food is awful! Use to go there and the food was good. But not so much anymore. Don't waste your money

The pizza here is just extraordinary. Not greasy at all and very tasty. We tried the oasis, veggie, and hot Hawaiian pizzas, as well as the Boricua calzone. They were all delicious. Ready relatively quickly. No indoor seating, unfortunately. La pizza es extraordinaire en este restaurante. No es grasosa en absoluto. Es sabrosa! probamos la oasis, la de vegetales, la hot Hawaiian, y el calzone boricua. Todo estuvieron deliciosas. La espéra no fue demasiada larga. Lo unico es que no hay lugar adent to donde sentarse. Todo es para llevar.

If you want to have a decent pizza in culebra, this is the place . Do not go to Williams . Their pizza sucks lol. At heathers we had shrimp pizza boy and Hawaiian pizza and both were good

Cheap, quick, but nothing to write home about. I'm actually confused by the star average here.

This is the perfect place to have good pizza before taking the ferry back to Fajardo. It's packed and the locals recommend it by name- which is a good sign. We ordered the hot Hawaiian and the Oasis. The slices were huge and the crust was twisted, soft and fluffy. They also have a variety of tropical flavors for daiquiris and mojitos. Service was good, credit cards accepted, and restrooms are clean.

We walked in about 4:30. They didn't serve dinner till 5 which is rather foolish when it's ready but that's their policy. Since I had to make another selection I tried their Meat Pizza which was excellent. I got two slices and they came on two plates. More than I could eat and a good value for the money. Outside of the silly policies around when they can serve certain things it was solid. Would have been a 5 had they exercised a bit more judgement.

We stopped by Heather's and ordered the garden salad which was pretty plain, nothing special. The pizza was fresh and tasty. Service was great and if you're looking for a fresh pizza, this is the place to go!

I took a leap of faith and tried the Borique pizza based on reviews and it did not disappoint. Who knew plantains on pizza would be amazing! Small place was crowded so we got it to go and ate back at our place. We tried to call it in but the phone numbers everywhere were wrong. Saw the correct number posted in the restaurant (see photo attached)

Not many places open on a Wednesday so we stopped here. Ordered food at about 2:45 and were told it would be about 10 minutes. There was a sign on the door not to enter and they had someone standing outside taking orders. No one else ordered after us that I saw. We ended up leaving without food after over an hour to catch our flight. Can't comment on the food because we never got it, but wouldn't recommend.

Yeessss! Heather's Pizza is so yum! My boyfriend and I loved the Boricua pizza. I also got the Oasis and added prosciutto and I was oh-so-happy! The drink menu was pretty good as well and the staff were super chill and friendly. We recommended them to other tourists we met during our trip to Culebra.

On the island for 4 days and ate here our first night. The pizza was pretty good. Busy do to not much open on the island right now. So be patient.

This pizza restaurant was a pleasant surprise to find . Me and the family were starving and looking for a quick bite to eat. The Boricua Pizza pie sounded amazing and it did not disappoint. Every bite was the perfect combination of savory and sweet . I highly recommend this pie . The ladies there were also very nice and helpful!

I am giving a 5 star for this place due to The ingredients I haven't had in so long and to be honest not coming from the East Coast I can say right up there. Great job thank you sooo much

Was nice to get a good pie so far from home. I had one with plantains and it was interesting, but tasty! I substituted mushrooms for the beef, and it was still very good. Medium pie was like a large at home. Fluffy crust perfectly done. The place is really really loud, though and tiny. The servers were nice, but we had to ask for soda three times. Pizza a bit pricey.

Wow. Haven't eaten here in years. So great now! Pizza has an awesome crust. Superb service. Great variety of beer and nice wine selection. Small but intimate!

Walked in to Heathers because as we walked by it smelled delicious and they had pastas available and we weren't disappointed!!!!! (Like someone mentioned, my review is based on island food ratings) Best food we've had on the island. If you're in Culebra this is a MUST! Plus the customer service was amazing, thanks Kevin :)

I don't have a picture of my pizza because we were so hungry and ate it so fast, but it is amazing! My family and I shared a Boricua and an Oasis pizza. The boricua had red sauce,cheese, plantains, ground beef, and cilantro on it; it was my favorite. So flavorful and the perfect amount of sweet from the plantains. The Oasis had lots of cheese, garlic sauce, spinach, and tomato and it was very good too; lots of garlic favorite. The crust is perfectly cooked and nicely crispy. I got a passion fruit daiquiri that was delicious and very flavorful with passion fruit. I also got a bushwhacker which seems to be the island drunk, and it was one of the best and sweetest ones I've had on the island. My mom got a mojito and it was not very good at all. She had it remade and asked for it to be a little sweeter and the second time it was basically all sugar. So would not recommend a mojito here. The reason I'm giving four instead of five stars is because the waiter does not really check on you at all; I've noticed this is typical at some restaurant on the island though. Definitely would recommend coming for some good pizza!

what's better than pizza? plantains on your pizza, that's what. my only regret is that i got so full so fast--the boricua pizza will change your life!! after a day of beaching and relaxing in the ocean, it was the absolute perfect end to the day while waiting for our ferry back. make sure to stop by here if you're in Culebra.

Man this pizza was the best thing I've eaten on the island. We ordered two pizzas for 3 adults, 2 teenage boys and an 8 year old. We still had 4 large slices left. It was delicious and hot. They were very big pizzas. All they needed was Parmesan cheese and pepper flakes! 22.00 for a large pie tho.

Delicious food, fresh and really fun place to relax. The service is excellent. Highly recommend!

Great pizza with crispy base ....have a big slice of cheese pizza for $2.50 Super chicken wings done the way you want...

We got cheese pizza and a specialty calzone. We agreed that the pizza was three-star pizza but the calzone was five-star. I am used to thin-crust pizza so that is what I prefer and this was a little thick.

We saw the lady with awesome looking fish sandwich. We ordered the same. Fresh, delicate, tasty! Very recommended!

Fantastic pizza! Sourdough crust is soooooo good! And a nice selection of beers. Totally exceeded our expectations. Nice surprise on the island!

Lovely staff, fun place to get a taste of Air Conditioning and a little decent pizza! I'm rating this based on "island" food which is a different scale. Island food faces challenges. Ingredients can be inconsistent, and you just need to go with the flow. The love is always in the food as people do their best with what's available. This is the only place to get "non seafood" type meal so it's a welcome variety. One of the few places where tourists and locals seem to mix it up.

Incredible!! I recommend the calzone that I cannot pronounce. call in your order for 5:30 that way you won't miss the sunset at melones beach down the road

Arrived mid-afternoon on a Monday and there were two-three other tables of people in the restaurant. Ordered a large pizza and a Spicy Italian sandwich, the pizza was OK and the sandwich was Ok. The service was subpar, the waitress was sooo slow and didn't seem to care that I might have been dying of thirst. Having worked in the service industry I'm usually pretty understanding but meh still gave it three stars. I'd probably check it out again and hope for a new waitress.
