BEST DONUTS!! They absolutely hit the spot and not only satisfied but went way over my expectations on finding a new donut shop! I came in open minded so that some of these reviews wouldn’t cloud my opinion and IM GLAD I DID!! These donuts were phenomenal. Even the basic classic (glazed, old fashioned, bars) were melt in your mouth enjoyable! I was greeted immediately and then given space and time to order and GAZE at their selection! 10/10 recommend!! Their BlackBerry Fritter and Guava filled are ✨✨ chefs kiss✨✨ And they’re kid friendly and welcoming!! Thank you Heavenly Donut, our new spot! Best $20 spent on Donuts!!

Great donuts, but the cashier I had auto tipped herself. $8.99 donuts and $1.79 coffee... Somehow amounts to over $14.50... Didn't give an itemized receipt either. Be careful.

Amazing blueberry and blackberry fritters. Don’t let the negative exterior alter your desire for fritters. Late night the place is scary looking with the hang out crowd. Go at a different time if that puts you off. I also loved the hit chocolate which was rich and delicious.

They're a 4.5 stars for me. We used to go to their Redding, CA location when traveling (also a 4.5 star location) from Modesto to Weaverville. When we moved near Lacey, we were happy to see this location and the similarities. The doughnuts are fresh, it's open 24/7, the customer service is friendly, and the Lacey, WA location is clean inside. Here's some pictures of the moon from their parking lot. ✨️

Very good donuts. Always taste fresh. Customer service can feel kinda dry but the gentlemen working here at night. Is all business. He means well just ol school hardworker. I come here omly because they never fail in taste.

Been around the area due to medical reasons and on the way back home we stopped in to this place. Located in a busy area it was pretty empty when I walked in....right after that...packed with customers....A good sign. Plenty of options for you to choose from and smelled awesome in there! I got the heavenly dozen with a good variety for myself and 3 others. Shoved em in the car.... long trip home and unleashed them on the masses... We were all very happy with our donuts... they didn't last long. Ladies taking care of me were super nice and got what I was looking for in a snap. Donuts were done right and some were huge. Good amount of filling and plenty of toppings! It's a great stop if ever in the area. Good service Excellent donuts Good price Can't ask for better. Thanks. I was happy to find this place because in the 70s there was a Heavenly Donuts in San Diego that was very good I was not disappointed with this place, the tasty Donuts are the same as I remember. I wish I lived closer to this place. But it's good to know it's here. Great tasting donuts 🍩

I stopped by the day before Christmas and ordered six different kinds of donuts. They were all placed in a paper bag on top of each other, which was disappointing since I normally receive them in a box. The variety wasn’t as good as usual, and the young man helping me lacked tact. Normally, they provide much better service, which made this experience especially disappointing.

Best doughnut spot ..I usually get the twists or a old fashioned the service is good it's a small store so not much to look at but the smells are amazing

We're on a trip to Sacramento from Washington and was craving some sweets for the road. Lucky enough for us heavenly donuts is open 24/7. The service was quick and there were plenty of donuts to choose from despite it being already 11pm.

You see when I went in here you understand I'm a coffee expert: And the pastries here looked amazing. And they are the fritters here are absolutely mind blowing in terms of beauty, size and value. The problem here is the third shift guy who I assume is either a manager or a supervisor. I was not treated well here you see the thing as I was not homeless so much as Apple had messed up my payment and so I could not pay for any coffee at the time. I asked for a sample. I asked for a sample on third shift. I asked for a sample on all the shifts just to make sure I didn't have the wrong idea about the people who work here. You know, sometimes you just get the wrong representative.... Or someone is just having a bad day.. I have never been treated so poorly by Latinos. I grew up working in the field with Latinos and I love Mexican food. In fact, I make a mean lardo tamale :) But these people were extremely inhospitable when I came into even warm my hands. I had no place to go and they were just mean to me. And so I came back five or six times and finally I came back on third shift when a friend sent me some money and I said I will be back in the morning to buy one of your fritters. And the guy working third shift said don't bother coming back and I said OK. He didn't even want me there when I was a paying customer. So the donuts, here are absolutely excellent I'm sure. But the people who work here are absolutely unkind to people. So two stars because I know the food would be excellent. But the customer service and the treatment of your neighbor is absolutely lacking. Ambiance is well... what you would expect from a local donut shop there's plenty of room... And the heat is already paid for, but the way they treat the homeless in Lacey is absolutely shameful. I call Latinos mi gente..: because they are my people. But the people who work here are not Mi Gente.

Best thing I finally looked for, a 24/7 opened donut shop with a great selection! Everything is freshly baked and they keep turning out new donuts throughout the day!

I usually love coming here, but I don't know if people forgot about customer service because the girl (young hispanic with tattoo on her hand) that serviced me had a bad attitude and rude. I was in a good mood but that totally ruined it for me. I don't know if she's mad cause I interrupted her family dinner or whatever. Dont work customer service if you don't want to deal with people.

We've been hearing that these are the very best donuts in the area. They are ok and they have some harder to find varieties like old fashions and fritters.

Extremely disappointed with customer service and follow through. I called ahead to place an order and was told there were plenty of the pastry I wanted. I still requested four pastry to be set aside. I then drove through holiday traffic (and never-ending rain) only to be told they had sold the pastry to other customers. I asked when new ones would be made thinking I could just wait a bit, but was told it would be a four hour wait. I was sad that no effort was made to even express regret or apology. Losing me as a customer won't make a big difference to this cute shop, but I value my time, energy, and good customer service enough to take time to write a review.

Can't read simple instructions regarding life threatening allergies. Do not recommend and will not be back.

love this donut shop. the donuts are fluffy, soft, and airy! they have tons of options and some unique ones like guava filled. my fav is the old fashioned, twist, and chocolate bar. something cool is that there half dozen is 7 donuts instead of the typical 6!

Ordered mixed dozen and got 10 Apple fritters and two pastries. Not everyone likes Apple fritters. Very disappointed. Would not go back.

Not an exciting donut shop but they had the usual fair. The fritters were pretty normal, not as good as my families usual spot. It was good in a pinch, but nothing to write home about.

We stop here whenever we're in the area or passing by. I'm a fan of the fritters. They have a variety of flavors - peach, apple, blueberry, blackberry & raspberry. The husband's favorite is any flavor of the old fashion. On this visit we had the peach fritter and the blueberry cake donut. He was disappointed that there was not blueberry within the donut and that it was a plain donut with blueberry icing. I thought everything was good. What's not to like about fried dough coated in sugar?! I like their fritters because they're crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Because it is coated with a sugar glaze, the fritter can last to the next day. Their fritters are second to the Donuttery in my book. Service was quick and they are open 24 hours.

True to it's name, HEAVENLY! The only reason I didn't post a photo is because I ate them so fast. Three different flavors/kinds, all delicious. The sweet woman greeted us and made great suggestions. Not from the area but I hope the universe brings me back!

We went in to get some donuts for my kids. We were the only ones in there but the lady behind the counter started rushing us for some reason. So I started ordering faster eith pointing to specific donuts, she started rolling her eyes when I had to repeat myself because of how fast she was making us order, as if it was my fault she was getting it wrong. I asked if she was in a rush and she told me she wanted to know what donuts to put in the box, I told her I didn't want a box I just wanted individual donuts for my 3 kids who are 3, 7 and 9 they were picking them out for themselves. We got 1 blueberry cake donut, 1 old fashion glazed donut, 1 long john with whipped cream and blue sprinkles and 1 bag of donut holes not a hard order so I have no clue what all her hostility was towards me. Will NOT be back after such horrible treatment.

I use to love this place! I use to go here a lot back in the day. There was nothing that beat a warm heavenly donut. However this last visit was horrible. They had a change in ownership or something. The lady was kind of rude she said they don't warm the donuts anymore and they just didn't taste the same. I will not be returning to my believed donut place. It's is not an inviting place anymore it use to be but it has changed a lot sadly.

Lady helping us seemed annoyed we were there. Was not nice or friendly at all. Got a dozen donuts ate some yesterday (when we bought them). Was eating an apple filled on and 1/4 way through bite into raw dough! All the dough touching the filling is completely raw!! used to come here all the time but hadn't in a while.... guess we won't be going again.

Excellent donuts!!! Usually have a great variety available whenever we go. Sometimes there's a bit of a language barrier...my Spanish isn't that great anymore and their English isn't that good yet but...we manage to get pretty close to what we want. If not...all of their donuts taste GREAT and they are FRESH!!!!! Their fritters and the variety are a MUST!!!

Great donuts! Not so great customer service. Employees can be rude. I feel like I'm wasting their time when I walk in. When I ask for "A fritter", it's singular. No need to clarify the amount.

I had to wait a little bit for the worker to come out from the back only to rush me to order. When I would ask questions she would get even more frustrated with me so I ended up just leaving instead of buying anything.

Sis was having a craving for an old fashioned donut, especially since I explained that if you put one in an air fryer, it brings the donut back to life so that they taste like the type you get hot and fresh at the state fair. It was 9pm though, so Twister and Original House of Donuts were closed. Besides, OHOD doesn't have old fashioneds. Discovered that Heavenly Donuts is open 24 hours. I know that's not unheard of, but I thought Covid shut that down for most businesses that aren't a gas station forever, so much appreciated their being open. I got a glazed old fashioned and it was fine. Sis got her old fashioneds and was surprised to find she didn't need the air fryer because these donuts were still crispy. She also saw they had cream puffs so she got a couple of those creamy bites. Was also pleased that the coffee wasn't watery or cold, but was just right. Really happy to find a place where we can satisfy a sweet tooth any time of the day or night.

These are the best donuts in my area. I've tried Twister donuts and they're good but too sweet. I've tried Original House of Donuts but I thought they were too dry. Heavenly Donuts are perfect! I take my granddaughter here frequently and she loves picking out her donut. They have blueberry iced cake donuts that are delicious. Everyone there is always nice. Love this place!

Language barrier and poor communication between shifts. So when I go in for my order early morning the guy gets upset with me. This has happened 3 times. The donuts are good but not worth the hassle and rudeness. I always try to support local, but I'll definitely take business elsewhere.

I love donuts but save the splurge for rare occasions-once or twice a year. I was in Lacey visiting family and thought this establishment might be one of those hole-in-the-wall bakeries that surprises you with amazing donuts. While they had a large selection, I wasn't impressed with the quality. We got a mix of many, but they were all standard in taste, not anything to brag about. They didn't have that fresh, made this morning taste or texture. I'll stick with my hometown spurge-Lafeen's in Bellingham. WA. Seriously, the best and never disappointed.

Great consistent doughnuts. Appreciate their availability on DoorDash. Whenever I get the craving, heavenly donuts always come to mind.

I needed some maple bars for next morning so after.work i drove up to a Tumwater grocery store but as I went to the bakery I realized they are not going to have much left after 7 pm! Checked another across the street then thought in desperation I could just Yelp for one, & Voila! Not only open but 24 hours, so they must be well stocked, phone was busy but cross town in Lacey what the heck, and yes they had plenty, so got half a dozen & added a Bavarian fresh with custard filling, my absolute most favorite, for the drive home. I wouldn't rate my Bavarian a 5 star compared to those bakeries using the high end rich chocolate frosting & custard, but it was fresh, very tasteful, and open. So now I know where to go anytime of day, especially when closer bakeries are closed or out of stock after the morning clear out...

I stopped this morning for a "heavenly dozen". It is supposed to be 14 donuts for $18.99. The girl at the counter only gave me 12 donuts for $18.99. I paid with Apple Pay and checked and sure enough, she charged me $18.99. When I called to tell her about her mistake, she first said it was because I got donuts off the top row (premium). I told her I got mostly filled and chocolate covered and no premiums. She then told me I would have to drive all the way back so she could "see" what I got. The idea of buying and going is to enjoy at home with a cup of coffee. Since I didn't want to drive all the way back, she told me there was nothing she could do. I asked to leave my name so I could come later to either fix the price or pick up two more donuts. She said "no, you have to show me that it was my mistake". I think I need to find another donut shop.

the building is in a rough parking lot with not much space and right off a main road. it's easily accessible but kind of inconvenient. the inside looks like it hasn't been renovated since opening but their donuts are great. they make them fresh which is awesome and if you go in the mornin they're still warm. they don't last very long though. i bought a 7 (heavenly half dozen) for $8.99 which was alright. have two left, they're kinda stale.

Donuts have always been a classic in my home so finding this place was a necessity ever since we started coming here we have not tried any other places the variety they have of fruit fritters and filled donuts is amazing. Customer Service is always good have never had a bad experience with any cashiers there. Everything is made fresh you can see the baker make the donuts dine in area is always pretty clean. Great location right off I-5 can't say enough good things about this place (Photo taken at christmas time)

I've declared it "Donut Bowl Sunday!" We're doing a taste off between Heavenly Donuts and The Original House of Donuts. I tried to get the same from each place. Before tasting Heavenly is in the lead they make heavenly puffs that are so delicious. No such thing available at The Original House of Donuts. Heavenly's are smaller, but half the price. And the taste off begins... Heavenly has the best ...they are much lighter and less expensive. The puffs were delectable as they are always fresh, plus, Claudia has an award winning smile and disposition. Yes, Heavenly wins hands down at our house, the hub says there's no comparison regarding the glazed. I loved Heavenly's Bavarian cream, the donut was lighter ... we will remain loyal Heavenly cusomers for life!

I stop here frequently to buy a dozen donuts for a local customer's maintenance shop. Always a large selection of tasty looking pastries and the 14 mixed donut deal is always eagerly received when I present them at morning break! This trip I opted for an extra purchase for myself as the apple fritters looked so tempting. Unfortunately, my treat was disappointing & not as tasty as I had hoped due to being especially sugar sweet without any of the expected apple chunks or fruity flavors! I disposed of the doughy mass about half way through as it just wasn't worth eating all of those empty sugar calories without enjoying a delightful taste!

Excellent place to have coffee and eat a dozen. Friendly people with a great selection of donuts at reasonable prices. Right off the main rd with plenty of parking. They speak English, Spanish and they are open 24/7. Wow! Keep up the great work.

Food: I ordered a chocolate chocolate frosted cake donut and a chocolate frosted Bavarian creme donut and a small coffee with cream. The cake donut was fresh, average, but good. The Bavarian creme donut was super fresh, fluffy, and absolutely delicious! The cream was flavorful and fresh, the frosting tasted of real food. The coffee was fresh, not too weak. Overall, it was a tasty, good experience. Service: The service was quick, and professional. I appreciated being offered real half-and-half when I opted for cream with my coffee. I also appreciated adding as much as I liked and the place being open 24 hours, since my go-to, Fred Meyers, wasn't open yet (I'm not usually headed that way that early in the morning). Ambiance: Improvement needed. The tables and some of the chairs, were crumb laden. The customer seating area seemed kind of crammed and in need of a face-lift. I did like the uplifting pictures on the wall making light of all things donut related, though. The donut presentation was pleasant, no red-flags, like non-hygeniac looking display. The donuts were pleasantly displayed and arranged. I look forward to going there again. I'm destined to try all of their donut varieties!

The Best donut place in Lacey! Donuts are fresh and doughy. The Service is fast and the ladies are always so nice and helpful. The place is clean and shop is a good size. I definitely recommend !!!

The donuts are delicious! The raspberry filled powder sugar is perfection! The lady who helped was so Nice and she threw in a couple extra flavors to try that she thought I'd like when he told her my favorite donuts. We have found our donut spot in Lacey!

The out side looks like a whole in the wall, totally dated but they have the BEST doughnuts! We traveled from Elma to get them!

What a great find! My partner and I want to try out as many donut places around our area to compare but also to experience all of it. I'm a huge fan of donuts, and this place definitely did not disappoint. You just point out what you want, so we decided to get a dozen of different flavors. There wasn't one that we didn't like, and we both thought this had some of the best donuts we've had. I shared them with my parents and they also raved about it. We will definitely be back but probably not get a whole dozen. That was a task trying to eat it all. Plus side: when we went, there was a taco truck. Two for one!

These doughnuts are so good! They are soft and fluffy and super tasty. I am not a doughnut connoisseur, I mainly go for my grandkids. That being said, I think they are delicious. Also, the lady that works there is super nice!

Decent enough donuts. We order them on door dash at odd hours on weekends when the sweet craving hits. A bit frustrating you can't choose flavors and they throw in hella coconut ones which we don't like. And they never answer phone to let me try and let em know to not include those ones. But yeah, middle of road decent donuts.

There is not much in the way of bagel shops in Lacey, which is what I started looking for. After seeing heavenly donuts appear, I thought I would give it a try. They look like a great local donut shop & as I pulled into the parking lot, my suspicions were confirmed. I was greeted by a wonderful staff member and had plenty, and I mean plenty of choices. I had chosen three donuts, one for my significant other, who kicked me out of the hotel room which spurred on the whole needing to find a breakfast spot to camp out in. I apparently woke up too early for her and was making too many noises ‍. The donuts had a great texture and again, I was worried they were going to be heavy, they definitely were not! Whatever they sprinkled their donuts with was not only on the top, but also on the bottom. They tasted amazing and I should've bought more.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS I have given my business here many times but this morning was a first for me. I was walking by around 2 AM (I chose not to drive drunk). The open sign is on, the "open 24 hours" mural is all over the place and I was told they're closed...front door was open for any patron to walk in. There were donuts in the case and I had cash in hand and was turned away. If you're not going to honor your 24 hours slogan, then you probably shouldn't have it. Needless to say, they lost my business and I'll try the new donut place around the corner.

Their glazed donuts and raised donuts are soooo good. Light, fluffy, airy. Pillowy goodness in your mouth. Better than imagined when you drive by wondering. Much better than expected because looking at the old winchell's building that was turned into a cheesy blue building with a pastel rainbow, and a lot of busyness on windows.....but if you get past the outside, the inside donut showcase is proof they know what they are doing. And it smells delicious. They have most everything. Fritters, bavarians, holes, glazed and my favorites- raised. I'd give 5 stars but nothing beats Twisters banana fritters. Oh man those are so good.
