I love coming in this HEB it’s always clean and the customer service is and always excellent. I love getting different recipes and trying the new dishes that the cooks suggested. I always wanted to ask why don’t yall at least give the cooks a commission off the sales that the customer buys. Because as a customer myself I always buy what I either try from them or something I ask them about what I’m trying to cook. Just asking as a loyal HEB customer. This is just a photo on today recipe that the cook was cooking. So went home and tried it.

They opened back in 2021 and part of the massive change in Heights. Fiesta was demolished and this taste added a creative artistic new neighborhood store.

May in the florist department is amazing!! I was having my bridal portraits taken and needed a bouquet for the pictures. I forgot to get one and she helped to make one on the spot. We just showed her an inspiration picture and she created the most beautiful bouquet in a matter of minutes. Not only is she talented, she is so sweet and provides the BEST customer service. Give May a raise, she more than deserves it!! 💗

Good selection of popular items. Great meat and seafood sections. Bakery is good also. Fruit and veggies are fresh, but not a wide variety. Except in early morning or after 7 pm, this place is crowded and you may be circling for a bit to park. Overall, it's good.

I have always loved this store but the past several months they have been out of lots of standard stuff you go to the grocery store for. Every time I make a trip there, they are out of something (and most times, many things). The stockers always say "they're receiving a shipment today" or "there's been an issue with the distribution centers." Please get it together, HEB. With Kroger closing down, more people are going to be shopping there as it is!

best location - huge selection, nice people and overall good vibes. traffic sucks here, but everywhere in houston does it suck. what is really nice is how they manage to get people in and out even when its busy, was nice to see them helping out even the managers.

Prefacing that I don’t want a refund or anything exchanged - just worried about other food being contaminated. I purchased pasta today and thankfully I decided to cook it today instead of letting it sit in my pantry. I say thankfully today because there were weevils in my pasta package. Had I not cooked it today, it could’ve contaminated the rest of my pantry. I tried calling the store to let them know, incase they needed to go quality check the rest of the products around it…. but after being transferred to the manager, no one ever picked up. I love this heb but I am definitely worried that other people could have the same issue! I’m disappointed that the manager never answered my calls, twice. I waited for 10 minutes both times after being transferred. Posting this only in hopes that someone sees it and can assess the products on the floor before anyone else has the same issue!

This place is legit. I love the meat corner selection. Also, they have a very broad bakery and produce section. But what I can't sand is Antonio the cashier. He is very sarcastic and rude. He likes to instigate. I think he is due for a reality check because I have never ever in my life had someone from H-E-B belittle me. Please remove him from your store before I do. I don't like it when people disrespect me and damage my property. It seems like from his attitude that he is used to this. Time is up, not anymore.
