"Heirloom Haul inside Flea Style at the Star in Frisco, and with a second location in Prosper, is designed to be a modern version of the cafes in classic antique malls. The spot’s unique tea parties are a stylish way to treat your guests. For a less formal outing, adult service includes tea assorted hot and iced teas, small bites, and desserts, all served on vintage china. Kids can also enjoy finger sandwiches, desserts, and kid-friendly sips." - Courtney E. Smith, Rachel Pinn

"Flea Style (the shop) and Heirloom Haul (the café) share the same space and bring an old-soul vibe to the shiny new complex that is The Star. Drop by anytime and there’s a good chance you’ll find the owner Brittany Cobb, a former lifestyle editor, working behind the counter, helping style customers, or shopping herself. In the shop you'll find one-of-a-kind items—think vintage kimonos, thrifted Levi’s, handmade pillows, and coconut wax candles in upcycled vessels. On the café side, the eye candy is just as good. A restored ’60s camper (nicknamed Stevie Nicks), floor-to-ceiling gallery wall, and globe chandeliers serve as a backdrop to fast-casual Southern food. Go all out and order the afternoon tea service, delivered via—what else?—an antique cart." - Tommie Ethington, Diana Oates

I hosted my baby shower at this venue on and I didn't have a pleasant experience. 1. The most disappointing part was no one coming to check on us and water went cold for our teas. I saw someone peek through the curtains but no one really came out to check with us if we needed anything. 2. Every table had different types of sandwiches, so some of us missed the chicken/tuna sandwich. I had hoped that every table would have a few sandwiches of each variety. We didn't know which table had kids sandwiches. Again if the waiter had come in to check we would have known. 3. No trash bin was provided, this is a venue to host events and people decorate the place. How is that even missed? 4. There was no place to store our belongings, so we came in with some boxes which contained our decorations, winter jackets, umbrellas(it was pouring outside) etc. We have tucked them under tables and hid them behind the sofa so that they won't mess up the aesthetics of the place. I hired a photographer, he had no place to put his equipment. Overall, I felt like 1500$ was too much for what they provided and your place is only cute for photos but nothing else. At least, If the waiter service was good I wouldn't even write this review.

Google
Overall the place was very cute but the actual food itself was disappointing. I ordered the classic tea service and the presentation was great but the tea came with no sugar or cream, the muffins and macaroons tasted store bought, the deviled eggs really didn't have any flavor except for the hot sauce they put on top of it, the cucumber and pimento cheese sandwiches were good but the chicken salad one was lacking in flavor and was a little dry, same with the egg salad sandwich.. it was just too dry with not much flavor. It was fun to try but I probably wouldn't come back

Google
Really cute atmosphere with nice variety of clothes and accessories. Food was pretty mediocre. Was here for a tea party event and the staff was barely around, the water for tea was cold, no spoons were provided for tea, tea was super mild/low quality, there was no where to store anything and no trash. The event room itself was very nice, chairs were comfortable and quite photogenic.

Very chic, if you want to chill and just get a light bite with friends while in the area this might be a place for you to check out. If you want to kill some time in the city. Me and my girlfriends visited this store, we dined in their alfresco area. Nothing special with the food so don't expect it to be top notch. You are difinately paying for the vibe. And for the space you sit while enjoying the view. If city view is to your liking.

Google
Pretty cool spot! I took my daughter here for her 17th birthday, and we enjoyed ourselves! It was a little price for finger food and muffins that you could tell were pre-packaged. We did get our own tier of food with a couple of different teas to try. It's a fun experience to try out. I just wish they had better food for what you pay.

Frisco Star area has lots of high end restaurants and shops but Heirloom Haul boast something a little unique. It’s a 3-in-1 with a hat shop, boutique store and restaurant! It’s the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or to just unwind with your favorite girlfriends! Me and friend reserved seating for a late lunch/early dinner. We both had the Cobb Salad and added grilled chicken. We paired it with champagne adorned with pink sugared rim glasses! We were celebrating a friend’s birthday so it was convenient to walk over to Good Karma permanent jewelry booth (within the boutique shop) to get bracelets as we wait for our food. The salad was fresh and the light drink was a perfect touch! 🥗🥂🥗🥂🥗🥂🥗🥂🥗🥂🥗🥂🥗🥂

I’ve probably been to Heirloom Haul a dozen times & have recommended it a lot. But lunch today was very disappointing. For $14 I got a piece of gluten free toast the size of a 3x5 card with a thin layer of avocado, 4 paper thin radish slices & 2 grape tomatoes. We all stared at my plate when it arrived. For the same price, Aussie Grind across town delivers 2 pieces of toast with a whole mashed avocado, 2 poached eggs & a side salad. This is how other places do avocado toast. It was overpriced & I left hungry. Cup of tea in photo is for scale & brought the total to over $20 with tip.

Yelp
This might be the worst restaurant in Frisco... I think they bring in hard boiled eggs from home each day and see how many different meals they can prepare out of that ... I'm guessing maybe they have a toaster oven back there to melt some cheese... Terrible brunch experience. Do not eat here if you have taste buds.

Yelp
Giving a Yee to my Haw at Heirloom Haul. When I looked up this place on Yelp I thought it was just a cute little modern country cafe but it was more then that. A cafe, a boutique and a hat bar! Yes I did shop around after I got some food in me, so many cute items I wanted them all but they don't carry XS here and if they do it's very limited. The hat bar had a variety of hats and accessories which can be customized to your liking. They also do private events and parties here too. The cafe had a to go counter as well as a seated cafe inside the disco filled area. I ordered the veggie sandwich with no cheese and asked for it on gluten free bread and my mom got the waffles with a side of bacon. Our food came out relatively quick however I had to send my sandwich back as it wasn't on gf bread. The waiter was super nice about it and had them re-make my sandwich. I ate it all, it was really good with fresh veggie ingredients! My mom said the waffles were a little bland and the bacon wasn't crispy. I wouldn't recommended breakfast here but the sandwich, yes please!

Yelp
I am absolutely nauseated by the fact there was hair in my eggs on the brunch board. This place has the cutest aesthetic, but nastiest food, I would rather eat at Mcdonald's. Our server spilled milk on our sandwich and asked if we still wanted it, mind you it was an egg salad sandwich. Our bacon wasn't crispy what so ever, and our waffles were as cold and starchy as could be. And don't even get me started on the avocado toast, the bread wasn't even toast, the avocado was freezer cold and it looked and tasted like a toddler made it. I will NOT be coming back, supper disappointing and disgusting. I would rather put this as 0 star if I could, I paid 140$ for this rubbish with an unjustified automatic 20% tip!!! -In addition to this review your workers have the common sense on a sea cucumber, we lost a phone and asked people around the store after about an hour of losing it, only one person in the store was aware of it, and told nobody!! If you find a lost phone, have common sense, (something that this restaurant obviously lacks), tell everyone that works there!! This place is over priced for basically something a 4 year old could make better!

Yelp
Sorry, I tried to give this place a shot, I actually gave it two shots and I feel it's WAAAAAY overpriced, the food is pretty blah and the portions are laughable. My first visit was with a group of women out for brunch to celebrate a mom-to-be. I was so hungry, it was brunch after-all! I was sad to see the menu offers very few dairy-free options or $20 for a SALAD!! so I decided on avocado toast with eggs. The way the menu describes it "Toasted local whole grain bread dressed with mashed avocado, sliced grape tomatoes, pickled radish, parsley and sesame seeds" it sounded delicious. When my plate was set in front of me I actually laughed, out loud (see photo)! I make better avocado toast for my kids in the morning! The egg was hard-boiled not even scrambled. This was $15!!! I couldn't bought a bag of avocados and bread for less than that. Needless to say I stopped to get an ACTUAL lunch after I left. My next visit was with some girlfriends for lunch while our kids were at school. Having been so disappointed by my first visit I packed myself a lunch to bring, I didn't want to be hungry again! and decided I'd order an iced latte and a croissant or some yummy baked good. When I arrived I swung by the pastry case to see what they had and I am SO GLAD I did because again it was laughable. They pastries were pathetic looking in addition to being half the size a normal pastry is. I ended up just getting a latte - it was fine, but again over-priced for how small it was. I watched as all my friends meals (all got 1/2 and 1/2 meals) were placed on the table - they all looked like something I'd make for my kids, but I'd probably actually make it better and the portions were so small. One said she was pretty sure her soup was Chef Boyardee. Nothing looked "made to order" at all and then each of them shelled out $14 and were still hungry. I didn't even mention how slow the wait-staff is, but that was besides the point. Heirloom Haul is a super cute store with lots of beautiful things to look at, if people are willing to shell out $$$ for mediocre food I say good for Heirloom Haul making a buck, but I won't be back.

Yelp
Found this cute spot for a girl's (+her hubby ;) ) catch up date with afternoon tea! Cute chic atmosphere, adjacent to a boho retail store, with gorgeous balloon decor over the air stream at the end of the restaurant! While waiting for your entire party to arrive, you can explore the shop or treat yourself to a shiny permanent jewelry. My friend got herself a permanent gold colored anklet while waiting for me! Entire party does not need to get tea service - man got himself a delicious sammie while the ladies enjoyed tea time! Got any food allergies? They can swap out the item with another tea time item, just not from the sandwich menu. Didn't like your sip of tea? You get to select one from a menu, but if it ain't your cup of tea, they are more than happy to swap you out for a new tea bag. Tea time photo includes food for 2; they consolidated ours into one tray set to conserve table space. Sandwich breads were a bit dry and service could be a tad faster such as to refill hot water, but overall great vibes. As with any tea time experience, you are paying for an overall chill and cute experience, not the food portion. Spent around 1.5 hours here, quick & casual dining, many came dressed cute and floral!

Alice L.

Yelp
Adults ordered the charcuterie board while the kids sipped pink lemonade from the kids' tea service. They ended up enjoying the board more. Nice outdoor dining area for people watching. Overall average experience.

Tammy S.

Yelp
We had my granddaughters birthday here and it was horrible. The food was terrible and it was brought out in shifts over a period of 30 minutes. The kids tea was gross. None of the girls or their mothers liked it. We will never recommend or return

Kerry N.

Yelp
Love it! Heirloom Haul is a happy place! Gluten free items available: woot woot! Get fun food, tea service, new trendy outfits, and a hat personally designed by you. Winning! We enjoyed a lovely baby shower here. It's perfect for a bridal brunch, teen girl birthday, and many other events for ladies of all ages. We'll be back!

Kristi E.

Yelp
Such a cute place for brunch! Good food, cute drinks, great ambiance. Grab your girlfriends and go!

Sophia J.

Yelp
I went here for a friends birthday lunch during the weekend of Valentines day! They had a Valentines day special and I ended up getting that. It came with 4 small sandwich, 2 deviled eggs, 2 macaroons, 2 red velvet tiny cake, one glass of rose and one glass of hot/cold tea. To be honest, the sandwiches weren't to my likings. The bread was super dry and fillings weren't very flavorful. The deviled eggs and macaroons were just okay but the red velvet cake was really good. The food weren't to my expectations but the vibe of the restaurant was very unique (being combined with clothing shop) and super cute! And the service was nice.

Mike S.

Yelp
Best way for me to describe this place, is that it is lovely. A restaurant that serves salads, soups and sandwiches; does it with quality ingredients and amazing taste. Even the tea and coffee are delicious. The restaurant extends into a clothing, accessories and candle shop. The service is excellent, polite, and with a smile. A happy place with wonderful food. I strongly recommended it. Both indoor and outdoor seating.

Julie H.

Yelp
I have never had tea service and I still didn't get tea service here. I got tea bags, a mug, and the hot tea. When I asked if they bring out more mugs, I was told not normally, but she would bring me another mug if I wanted. I didn't want my tea flavors to be mixed. The bread on the sandwiches were a bit dried out. The service was very lacking. For the price, I expected the water to be poured, the sandwiches to be fresh and the sweets to be maybe petite fours. I got mini muffins that could be picked up at a grocery store. I found it to be overpriced for the service and quality of the food.

Cynthia A.

Yelp
Very disappointed. I've been to many high tea services and this was the worst. It was very expensive and there was no service other than the girl in the mini skirt that called us (2 ladies) "you guys" , bringing the hot water, tea bags and tiered food and collecting the bill. Sandwiches were just cut in half. Nothing dainty at all. Food was okay, but not worth $35 plus tax plus tip. Don't waste your money.

Mona R.

Yelp
Celebrated birthday party here! Loved everything about it food service ambiance. The only thing I didn't care for was they didn't take cash

Gemma L.

Yelp
This place is super cute!!! We had my daughter's bridal shower there in the private room. It was a perfect and the food was good! All the ladies had a great time and did a little shopping in the hat and boutique!

deb l.

Yelp
This is what you get for $60 2 sandwiches 2 deviled eggs 4 mini muffins (think Walmart bakery) 4 mini macarons (store bought too) 2 iced teas Wanted to shop afterwards in their boutique but could not bring myself to give them any more money. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.

Anna Grace M.

Yelp
This place was sooooo cute!!! If southern tea room is your vibe this is the place for you!! We got the deviled eggs for an appetizer and they were really good. I did the pick two and got the chicken and goat cheese sandwich with tomato basil soup and overall it was the perfect lunch. The sandwich was my favorite but the soup was also very flavorful. We finished off with dessert and I got the cutest iced sugar cookie. I recommend just parking in the silver garage right next to it because it gets super busy!! And definitely make a reservation as seating inside the main dining room is pretty limited.

Jerri C.

Yelp
Chicken salad-amazing. Service/impeccable The only negative was parking and it was raining.

Diana M.

Yelp
I took my mom here along with my five and ten year old daughters for a special treat because we were visiting from out of town. Unfortunately, I was really underwhelmed. We ordered the tea service and the food was just okay. The tea was disappointing too. It wasn't loose leaf tea as I'd expect from afternoon tea. The three of us who ordered tea got one small mug and a tea bag, with no extra saucer or place to put the tea bag so it wouldn't over brew. We were not brought enough hot water in the kettle and had to wait a while before our server came by so we could ask for more. My youngest daughter ordered lemonade and they served it in the same mug as the hot tea which was weird since it's a cold drink and also because I would have thought for a children's tea they would have had a more child friendly cup. The place also just didn't feel that nice, we were squished into a table between two other groups even though the place wasn't that busy and there were plenty more open spaces. Also, when it was time to pay the server brought an iPad and stood over me staring down the whole time while I was entering the tip which felt a little overbearing, like she was trying to make sure I gave a good tip? The whole experience just felt meh and yet cost $110 before tax and tip for just two adults and two kids. I kind of expected more. They do give the kids free gloves and pearls with the tea service which, although they were obviously cheap costume props, my girls did really love wearing them and felt fancy, so that was nice. Overall though I wasn't impressed and will look for a different place next time I want to splurge on afternoon tea.

Chad J.

Yelp
This place is unique and awesome all in one! Great lunch place, especially for women on a lunch date! If I was a girl having a bridal party this would be the place!!! I went with my wife but I was the only male eating in the entire restaurant and it was full! Atmosphere is great, service is great and it's a clothing store all in one! Wife and I each had the $13 pick 2 lunch and it was perfect! Definitely try this place.

Viv M.

Yelp
I absolutely adore this restaurant. This is a cute spot for a Mommy + Me outing, shower, or lunch with the girls. It doesn't hurt that there's a cute little clothing shop attached either. Everything from the drinks to the sandwiches and boards were delicious. I'll definitely be back

ML M.

Yelp
BABY SHOWER for my daughter on August 10th. I had to order enough food to meet the minimum. I had 23 adults and 1 child; For two hours the cost was $1,187.88. The person planning this event left the restaurant prior to the date and I was given another contact who only emailed me one time prior to the event. The food was horrible, I wasn't given any choice in sandwiches, and it took them a long time to refill food. The desserts I paid for (brownie bites, cheesecake bites, lemon bars) ended up being some cinnamon swirl bread and a few macaroons thrown on a plate. I was also charged $25 for a cake cutting fee, but I told them twice we decided not to have a cake as we had to order a large amount of desserts to meet the required minimum. We ran out of sandwiches mid-way and I went to talk to the General Manager and told him I paid for 32 guests, which is what I told the event planner in the beginning, and he did bring more sandwiches out. When I called a few days after the event to discuss my disappointment and to get a credit back at least on the cake cutting fee, I spoke to Shelby (who was wonderful). Shelby stated that the sandwiches and desserts are subject to whatever they have available that day. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT. The pictures in the venue brochure look nothing like they did in person and far from the same items. The only thing I heard from the guests that tasted good was the devlied eggs. When I went to get one I was told they were all out of deviled eggs they couldn't put any more out. I paid for 2 dozen. Shelby said she would discuss it with the General Manager and the Chef and get back with me. I told her to take a couple of days and I hoped to hear back from her soon. I never heard back. BEWARE OF WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR vs WHAT YOU GET. Also, my guests purchased items in the store and were interested in booking the venue in the future. I will only have one baby shower for my daughter and sadly this venue disappointed and did nothing to remedy the situation. I wish I would have taken pictures of the food, but I was so busy hosting the event I didn't have time nor did I think of it.

Emily G.

Yelp
Super cute place, and the food was great! We were there celebrating a birthday and discussing an upcoming baby shower and our service was on point! Highly recommended! :)

Elaine M.

Yelp
Really cute side cafe inside an adorable boutique type of shop. I'll have to come back to do some shopping for sure... If you're coming for high tea, it's best to have high tea with a few people because ordering high tea for one.. the three tiers are pretty... sparse! What you should get is the breakfast board! Wow, filled with waffles, muffins, fruit, crispy bacon, cheese, eggs... a breakfast foodies dream platter. My friend ordered a sandwich and it was pretty stuffed and looked very healthy and fresh! We had a nice time chatting and the space is very open and beautifully decorated. Definitely a great spot to gather with your girlfriends to catch up!

Lisa S.

Yelp
Would I recommend for celiacs? Hard pass. Would I recommend for everyone else, sure. I noted people of all ages enjoying themselves! Just know it's a busy shared kitchen w/kitchen staff that may not understand the seriousness of allergies. Enviro is loud & a bit closed in for my preference, but the staff were all very kind & sincere. The sandwiches were delicious & most importantly my guests enjoyed themselves... to me that's what mattered most. The tea is served in mugs, via tea bags, but we did have a beautiful large silver teapot of hot water, filled twice & we enjoyed the multi crystal chandeliers that adorned the dining rooms.

Codi B.

Yelp
Super cute and unique set up of a restaurant. I kinda like the shopping right there. Decor of the place is perfect. The menu offers enough of a variety; the service was great. Our waitress was the sweetest. Food was normally good; nothing stood out to where I'd want to keep coming back for the food. I'd come back for the coffee and the shopping. Cool place to try but the menu doesn't cater to my pallet. I got the charcuterie board which was good. And then the Cali grilled cheese. Bread was too hard; sandwich itself wasn't anything special. The chai latte was tasty. It is cool that they offer a high tea menu. It's cute. But again not my choice with food.

Leala M.

Yelp
The food was DELISH!! The goat cheese and pickled radish complemented each other well and the chicken was so juicy! The soup wasn't to hot but it wasn't cold, perfect to eat right away! The pickle was oddly sweet which I didn't think I'd appreciate as much as I did! The service was super quick and very nice! Our waiter was so kind and helped us out with everything. The ambiance was so good for a girls day. Brunch/lunch spot for SURE!! It wasn't overwhelmingly loud but it is a little crowded! Will definitely come back for the tea service! But I'd definitely recommend this place!

Kreativ L.

Yelp
A charming place to meet friends. I've been there around 5 or 6 times now and each time I've really enjoyed the food. I can't remember which salad I had but the egg salad and the chicken salad were perfect. Highly recommend! The servers were also very cheerful and fun. I wish I took pictures.

Yelp
A group of Dance Moms and I (yes, I said Dance Moms) were looking for a special place to eat for a Mommy/Daughter day. We have preteens so we wanted to take them some place nice, that wasn't too fancy, but they had never been before and this place absolutely fit the bill. Making reservations was easy. We had a group of 15 and we were easily accommodated by sending an email to their events coordinator. On the day of arrival we were seated right on time, no needing to push tables together at the last minute. Our server was very gracious - making great recommendations and being patient while we individually got ready to order (because you know we didn't all arrive on time). I had their pink bubbly to drink which was delicious. I also enjoyed their half sandwich and soup which I would absolutely order again. The chicken salad sandwich and tomato bisque soup were yummy. Overall, we had a really great visit and were pleasantly surprised at the final bill - extremely reasonable for what felt like a special and elegant setup. So, why the four stars? A few things. 1. When I arrived at the hostess stand she didn't greet me and after standing there for awhile I had to let her know we had a reservation prior to her acknowledging I was there. Never a great way to start your experience. 2. If you party is over 8 (I believe) everyone has to pay on one check so I covered the bill and everyone paid me back electronically. Fortunately, I was with some fiscally responsible ladies who paid me while we were at the table and 3. and this is pretty minor considering, I had to ask the waiter a couple of times for my drink There were a lot of us so this alone would not have garnered 4 stars, but considering the other things it's hard for me to give a 5. A 4.5 would be perfect and hoping we can get that option one day. I'm talking to you Yelp!

Gretchen B.

Yelp
Love love love this little place!! Honestly I've been missing the warmth of cute places from home after moving to Frisco, TX and this little place makes tea time and shopping so much fun! Love the staff, food and time to just feel the moments of life. I recommend this for guest visiting out of town or a girls afternoon brunch.

Jamie S.

Yelp
Beautiful atmosphere & great frose! I suggest making a reservation, but a define spot to check out.

Chia B.

Yelp
This review is specifically for those who like Afternoon Tea. Heirloom Haul is a cute, trendy tea room. The interior is more modern than the antique store tea rooms in the metroplex, yet more intimate and comfortable than the hotel tea rooms. The white, wood-lined dining area and table settings are very inviting and the store Flea Style has a random selection of trinkets. The Afternoon Tea is simple, quaint and appetizing. Their assortment is a tasty variety of tea sandwiches and sweets. Also, they've introduced me to the brand "Art of Tea", a quality tasting tea that complements the experience well. In comparison to similar places the price is reasonable. It's clear that they pay attention to the details. Everything from the tiny cart carrying the metallic teapot to the porcelain and cutlery had character. Service was friendly and attentive. I can't wait to return!

Leena J.

Yelp
Absolutely charming and delightful spot. Beautiful interior and cute patio for enjoying a bite. A friend mentioned we check out the outdoor market but it turned into so much more- bright, lovely, delicious place to have a weekend brunch. Friendly faces, warm welcomes and very sweet and vintage decor and set up. We chose to have some brunch outdoors- our sweet server Paige was so helpful and very patient. We had incredible coffee and chai and lunch was wonderful. I would only suggest a little work on the tomato basil soup- it needs a little cream or butter. Bold flavors, but needs a little softer touch- It was a little on the marinara side. Also, the charcuterie board was a bit pricey for the amount of food provided, maybe more bread and a few more add-ins would help the price point of $25. Maybe $14-17 would be more suitable- Overall it was a lovely Sunday experience. Very very bright and enjoyable spot! Thank you! We had so many sweet ladies check in on us and those were the most golden and sweet highlights, so thoughtful!

Jessica H.

Yelp
Y'all!!! I'm only giving this place a two stars because our server was absolutely adorable and amazing and the ambience is the bomb! However, outside of that, this place needs to update their menu and specifically their high tea menu. I took my mother and daughter here for the first time and to say we were unimpressed and grossed out is an understatement. I worked at a teahouse in another state for nine years and I've been a tea connoisseur for most of my life! Not to mention all the traveling I've done and experienced around tea houses. This is my thang!!!! This place has no clue what there doing including high tea! Please please please get some in there that knows how to create and deliver high tea service! No loose leaf tea, no scones... ugh! I'm super bummed because we had high hopes.

Grace W.

Yelp
This is a great place for conversation and a delicious treat! The atmosphere is bright and happy, colorful, and energetic. The food and drinks were delicious. The menu has plenty to offer and try. (Their homemade pickles are sooooo good!) So whether you want brunch, lunch, tea, or treats- everything we tried was delicious. I am looking forward to going back and trying more!

S O.

Yelp
Meh. This place is cute and the service was great but the food and drinks leave a lot to be desired. My $14 half sandwich and soup was fine, but small. My $6 latte (it stated 16 oz on the receipt, but see attached photo. Maybe 10oz at most) was below average. Not great quality beans and tasted like syrups you can buy at Walmart. $20 for a tiny half sandwich with very little on it, tiny cup of soup, and not great coffee. Yeah, I won't be back.

Kiara A.

Yelp
Let's be real -- You don't come to Heirloom Haul because you're hungry. You come to Heirloom Haul because you either want to sip an Afternoon Tea in the brisk Autumn air of Frisco and/or you want all the aesthetically pleasing vibes of a light afternoon snack. You will get the cutest pictures this side of 75 but, a meal... you will not get. That said, I dropped a few stars solely based on service. While I left satisfied I cannot deny how long it took to get soup and 1/2 portions of sandwich delivered to a table of 4 nor can I ignore the amount of times my party had to remind, ask, or walk the server through basic service (like bringing out silverware). But service aside, I was all but obsessed with my holiday peppermint latte, which arrived in a very generous and gorgeous mug overflowing with sprinkles and whipped cream. I also LOVED the sandwich that I ordered, albeit small in size, and couldn't get over the intimate and carefully manicured antique tea rooms. So like I said, if you come to Heirloom Haul just know you are almost exclusively paying for ambiance and tea. If you're wanting anything else look elsewhere.

Yelp
I made a reservation for my friend's Bridal Shower, I confirmed the day before and they cancelled my reservation five minutes before we were supposed to be there. On their website they stated the reservation has a fifteen minute grace period. My friends got there and told gave my name since I made the reservation but they couldn't find it. They sat another party in our supposed reservation table. I explained to the server that we were here for the tea service and I wanted to know why my reservation was cancelled, the server said she would talk to the manager and have him come over and let me know what happened. The owner never came by. The servers were not dressed appropriately for this kind of atmosphere. Most were in hoodies, leggings and just comfy clothes while the guest, like myself, were dressed in more business casual clothes. The tea service was so overpriced. When I think of tea service I think of tea pots with different teas with actual tea leaves, they served tea bags and hot water. I could have just done that at home. The server also didn't explain the tea service menu. We looked online and it said the tea service had 3 choices of hot teas AND iced tea. When we asked the server it was either or. That was not explained at all. We did not receive tea spoons to stir our sugar and milk into our tea, I had to ask the server for one. The tea service food was just ok, for what I'm paying for it was really overpriced. Overall I would not recommend this to any of my family or friends. It was very underwhelming, disappointing and overpriced.

Yelp
Took my daughters here last Saturday. Very cute for photos. My daughters loved the atmosphere. I am afraid that's all they had. Food wasn't fresh and almost tasted stale. We got little sandwiches and pastries and even though the girls liked their visit, they both told me that their food was not good and in fact, they left half their food on the table. Very cute place but will not visit until they change their food.

Yelp
Aesthetically pleasing breakfast/tea/lunch spot inside a cute boutique. The brunch board was excellent. It comes with French toast, bacon, deviled eggs, muffins and nuts. Everything was delicious. Service was accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend making reservations!

Yelp
I love this place so much. Such a vibe and nice lunch food. Both times I've come I've gotten a chicken salad sandwich and lavender latte. Ended with a little frosé. My server Kylee recommended to switch the sandwich bread out for their sourdough and she even drew a little branch on my latte. Service was great. She was a little dynamic duo with another server, Hannah.

Yelp
Came here for the purpose of high tea but ended up just having coffee and tea and salads off the menu. It was all delicious. I loved the concept. This was during the summer so the outside seating was so nice (a bit hot with TX weather) but their setup was so cute and we were able to sit in the shade. Service was pretty good for how busy it was on a random weekday for lunch. Definitely a nice place to try out

Yelp
My friend and I took our girls here for tea. The service was super slow but all in all it was a great experience for all. The girls had their own tea set up and even got white gloves and "pearls". They had a great time and the food was pretty good too! We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Outdoor dining experience on a sunny afternoon: As my party was already seated, upon arrival, I was able to slide into one of the cushioned chairs on the patio. Having already reviewed the menu, I had an idea of what I wanted to try, but after viewing other choices at my table and others on the patio, I decided to give the menu another look. A QR code was offered to me to view options online. The Cali Grilled cheese with the Sparking Hibiscus Lavender Tea and a glass of Ice water were my choices. I enjoyed my meal, in part for the food - the cali is a turkey, cheeses with notable slices of avocado; partly for the sparkling tea - with its sweet and sour notes; partly for the decor - vintage, spring, inviting; and of course, my company. Service was fine also as the server was helpful with assisting with menu choices. While there aren't a lot of items, I do believe the kitchen has it just right with the offerings.

Yelp
Looks cute, but definitely not worth the price. We got tea service for 2, the big Tex grilled cheese, charcuterie board, and the golden girl latte. First off, they are severely understaffed. We waited 10 minutes just to get our order taken. We then waited over 30 minutes for our food. When our food finally came our tea service didn't even have the deviled eggs. Add on an additional 10 minutes for the deviled eggs. Big Tex grilled cheese - a grilled cheese with bacon, how could that go wrong? This had maybe two slices of bacon and two slices of cheese. Tasted like toasted bread with a hint of bacon. Came with stale potato chips. Golden girl latte - for $6, it tasted exactly like McDonald's coffee. Charcuterie Board - this was pretty good however they do not give you enough bread for the amount of cheese. Tea service - for $30 a person, this is not worth it at all. Out of everything I hated the tea service the most. The black tea was so watered down you could barely taste the tea. When they say "fresh fruit" they mean 4 blueberries and a strawberry cut in half. The egg salad and chicken salad sandwiches were dry and mostly bread. The cucumber sandwich had a disgusting amount of cream cheese. Completely inedible. The pimento sandwich tasted fishy. The macarons were sickeningly sweet and the biscotti tasted like dry wall. Lastly the deviled eggs we waited an extra 10 minutes for were overwhelmingly sour, also inedible. We told a waitress we were missing our deviled eggs and she said "oh yeah you are" and proceeded to walk away. I wrote this review in the 20 minutes we waited for someone to give us the check. Their iPads were "down" and apparently their system auto tips 18%. Just something to think about before coming here.

Yelp
French toast was plain, hard bread without egg heated up in a panini bread warmer. Bacon wasn't cooked initially and drowned in grease. Asked to be recooked and returned worse. Very disappointed in the kitchen staff, waiter and kitchen manager. Do not recommend for breakfast nor brunch!

Yelp
Where to begin. The ambiance is super cute. We really wanted to love our experience but a couple of really big things made it less than favorable. Is it a cute place to meet up with friends, have a mother daughter date, enjoy the fall weather? Yes it's super cute. Now customer service is truly much to be desired. I ordered the cute Halloween Latte. It came with a mound of whip cream which YAY and yummy but making it impossible to drink. I asked for a spoon and didnt get it till after I finished my meal. Leading to an extremely cold expensive Latte. No water offered for the table and no check ins. Food: I ordered sandwich and salad combo and it was very good. My daughter ordered high tea and was charged an extra $1 for some random reason. Not a big deal but when your adding it to the $15 price it's a HUGE deal. 2 mini Pieces of grilled and 2 mini peanut butter and jelly and 2 macaroons and biscot. When I say mini I mean half of a regular sandwich bread divided into 2. And a tiny cup of lemonade. It was extremely disappointing amount of food for the price. Your not given a receipt to overlook the charges and unless you send the receipt to your email you have no clue. I really love the concept will we return it's very hard for me to justify hefty prices compared to quality?

Yelp
Exquisitely delightful service is explicitly provided. Our server Rachel was a class A performance she went above and beyond to cater to our guests and to make our granddaughters tea party a great success. Food was fresh and delicious tea was marvelous. The ambiance's of this quaint establishment was absolutely welcoming with multiple venues going on the place ran smoothly and efficiently. Well money spent a wonderful experience for all we received calls how enjoyable the event was and how lovely the venue is. Will book all our events here in the near future.

Yelp
So, it was good, but for the price, I just had different expectations. For tea service, it was $30 for me and $15 for my daughter. I was told that they were out of tea cups, so I got a coffee cup. No big deal. When I was offered the tea, it was tea bags in a box, as opposed to loose tea leaves with a strainer, which is what I usually find with tea service. The tea bags were sort of strewn about in the box and not lined up nicely, but not a big deal, either. I chose my tea bag and was provided with a tea pot of hot water. I was not offered a fresh tea bag or more hot water at any time. They were accommodating with my dietary request for certain sandwiches which I appreciated. There is a 2-hour time limit on each table which was plenty of time, but just something to keep in mind. If I needed anything like a refill on my daughter's lemonade or utensil or anything, I had to request it, rather than the server offering it, but they were kind about bringing us anything we needed. My daughter got a string of "pearls" and white gloves, which she loved! The tea room shared the space with a boutique (like it's in the same room) so you can shop around during or after. Overall, it was a nice experience.
