Had dinner here during SAIL. Expected to see the SAIL event from their restaurant as advertised, but this location was not close to any of the ships - couldn't see anything. We reserved a table for 5, and instead got a table for four where they added a chair next to a busy staircase. I can forgive it due to the hustle for the SAIL event, and maybe this is a very normal thing in restaurant, but I did expect a fine dining restaurant to choose quality over quantity and offer each guest a regular seat at a table. It felt too awkward to start a discussion over this with the staff.
The restaurant itself is beautiful, a real pleasure to sit and eat.
The food was nice, but didn't blow us away - I mean, we had mashed food in 3 out of 4 dishes (mashed corn, carrot, potatoes). Not too inspired. The 4 course menu was also more expensive due to SAIL, which was not communicated beforehand: 85 instead of 60 EUR (didn't say on the menu they gave us, or maybe the staff was supposed to mention it).
The initial staff, as we got seated, wasn't very welcoming - it was a bad start of the evening, but eventually our actual waiter did do a good job.
All in all, in hindsight it feels more of an easy money grab for them, than a spectacular experience for us. It would have been better if we didn't come during SAIL.
