Fraud & thieves. They force you to give your info just to view options. I decided not to use and never processed order & never gave them my payment info or scheduled delivery Surprise - they must have stolen my credit card info from my 2 years ago and automatically processed an order. Got an email for delivery 12 hours later & called them right away … and nightmare to deal with. Evidently their system auto filled payment info from a cancelled account 2 years ago. Spent first 30 minutes and told they cancelled my account but i would still be charged for box. So I requested a manager and the manager actually made it right and said he would credit my money back But I did not get an email confirmation so hopefully it happens. The manager also told me that the prior person I spoke with did not cancel the account like she said. He then proceeded to try to sell me on the service instead of just canceling the account. I don’t blame him. It’s probably policy with the company but it’s frustrating.. I had to ask to cancel the Account over 4 times. I have no idea how the food taste so this is review only on how the business runs and Customer service

If you are single, DO NOT sign up for this. To make it seem like they can be of service to you they suggest a plan that would be great for two people. Sou you are eating leftovers. Works grat for them. Then when you want to cancel, they put you on permanent pause KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION. So if the, get hacked, there is nothing you can do about it. You have been warned. I am sure t is all in the fine print.

They continuously sent me boxes that i cancelled. I was out of town and had food rotting at my door because they charged and sent a cancelled box. They double charged me and claimed i had multiple active account. Refused t refund anything. Would never put any of your banking information to this company. Do not order with them. They are useless for customer service as well.

Customer service is atrocious. Food is overpriced. The amount of packaging waste makes the earth cry. Avoid at all costs, there are many other better options.

This company is garbage. I was sent tortellini that had plastic inside the tortellini and they gave me $2.36 toward my next box… thank God I caught it before serving to my kids. My next box came with my “freebie” conveniently missing and all they offer is something on my next box when I had already cancelled my subscription. Stay away

This review is long overdue. Every box I received from them was spoiled or ruined. The meat was not fresh. It did not have an expiration date on any meat packaging so I have no clue what was being served and when it expired or anything, I never cooked not one meal from them because my food was rotten. The veggies were rotten and the meat was rancid. I don’t know how they are still open for business. You gave him a hug.

Delivery of the boxes is a joke. I watched the tracker for FedEx. My box sat in one place for a day. Only 20 minutes from my house. Who knows where it sits. Cancelled the service. Not paying for food I have no idea where it's been. Find a new courier. FedEx is awful.

I've had good experience with Hello Fresh. The ingredients are always fresh, the meals are always delicious. A little pricey, but I get a free bonus item every week! (And sometimes they'll slip in a promotional item too!) Would recommend!
