Ru and Vincent in Ultrasound Room 1 on the 16th November 2025 were incredibly kind and professional. They made me feel at ease. They treated me with dignity and respect. You could tell that they are both passionate about their jobs and the exceptional care they deliver to their patients. Thank you Ru and Vincent.

Audiology Dept I spoke on the phone to a charming lady about my damaged hear aids. She provided me with the details of their drop of service. I dropped off my hear aids at 10:00 and on my return at 14:30 the hearing aids were repaired and waiting for me to collect Excellent Service THANK YOU ALL IN AUDIOLOGY With the exception of my blunder with the parking system all was good. On my first visit I misunderstood the instruction "pay on exit" and thought I would pay as I left the car park, could not see a machine to register the car and drove out as the barrier was open, estimated time on site 20minutes. Second visit I noticed people around a machine and then realised this was where I should have registered my car prior to exiting. So although my parking should have been free for both visits both being under 30minutes ,I am now waiting for the Parking Fine Notice to come in the post

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Endoscopy team especially Nike, Wendy, Emma lovely endoscorpist( cannot remember everyone's name)who assisted me this morning. I was truly impressed by the exceptional care and attention I received from the moment I arrived until my departure. Therefore, I would like to assure anyone referred to the Hemel Endoscopy Clinic that they will be in capable hands. I felt compelled to share this, as the level of care at Hemel has been outstanding.

Hemel Hempstead Hospital provides essential healthcare services to the community. While it’s a smaller hospital, the staff are generally caring and professional, doing their best to support patients despite being busy at times. The emergency department is open daily until 10 PM, which is convenient for urgent needs. Parking can be limited during peak hours, so it’s good to plan ahead. The facilities are functional, though some areas could benefit from updates. Overall, it’s a reliable place for medical care and treatment when you need it.

Have never known a ridiculous system. Many people complaining about being really late with.appointments. my one was was booked 3 weeks ago at 12.55 still waiting at 13.30. Information staff as you walk in rude and obnoxious ,people taking the blood lovely and informative. I have never and im not alone known such a stupid system which did not.work .. it.was much better when useing the number system. No point booking when they.cant. keep appointments times...

Only ever had good experiences here - efficient. Fab staff. Nadine, Barbara, Colin and Andrei were particularly amazing - so friendly and cheerful despite being rushed off their feet! Thank you so much.

Nice and simple to check in for blood test. Can't arrive more than 15 minutes in advance. Check in on the computer screen (just sex and date of birth required). In an out in 5 minutes. Good job.

I underwent a skin excision of a lesion from inside my ankle today. Dr Dagmar Choratova performed the procedure with utmost care, together with skill. Alongside was a caring nurse giving good moral support. Many thanks.
