The environment and location is the best I have been to in Kenya so far. The service is very good and the staff are all too caring. Great books available to read. It's generally a place to relax and forget the daily struggles of life for a time being. Quite exclusive and worth the money.

Beautiful, magical wooded grounds with very kind and hospitable staff. Incredible art around the room and restaurant, very eclectic, rustic, and elegant. Great food and very clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. Slippery floors down the stairs so recommend wearing slippers inside. Special shoutout to Fred for his kindness taking our family out for a walk and Paris for her kind hospitality! Giraffe center nearby where you can see them commute from the center to their sleeping quarters at dawn and dusk. Highly recommend staying here!

Hosted a family luncheon for 50 guests during the Christmas holidays. The manager Maurice was great to work with and very responsive throughout the planning process. The setup of the dining area was super beautiful and a wow factor for all the guests. Service was great and food was average. Enjoyed the afternoon there. Would go back again

I have been back repeatedly because of the ambience & excellent customer service. If you need a break from the city noise especially. Food could use a little improvement; but the service isn’t one to be faulted. The ambience is great, especially on weekdays with less human traffic. I have picked my work calls from here, serene & quiet. Love it. Also big thumbs up to Titus for the excellent customer service.

The food is the tastiest I have had in same level of restaurants in Nairobi. The service by Julius felt like home, the abiences is beautiful and the prices are worth the service. The restaurant is located in a serene environment that is calming to the soul.

Let me start off by saying this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the service, to the drinks, to the food. Everything was 10/10. Sophie served us with professionalism, with warmth and with knowledge. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a fantastic experience, in the heart of a forest, this is it.

Ate at The Deck restaurant for lunch. The view was beautiful, over the lake. There were a few vegetarian options, all the food was delicious, well worth a visit. (Very close to the giraffe sanctuary) Staff are amazingly attentive and cannot do enough.
