Excellent dining experience at Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill, Sheraton Hanoi. Manager Quoc Anh and the entire team were professional and attentive, with great knowledge of the menu and wine pairings. The food by Chef Thang, Chef Hoan and Chef Hung was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

10/10, highly recommended! We tried the new Michelin-selected set menu. Beautifully presented, bursting with flavour, and definitely top-quality ingredients. We came to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary, and the team’s warmth and attentiveness made it feel extra special. Dang, Quoc Anh, and a gracious female server took care of us with genuine hospitality. We left completely satisfied, both in appetite and in heart. The dining room was a touch warm, but the outstanding food and service far outshone that minor detail.

The food was incredibly delicious and fresh. The Wagyu beef was the richest and most flavorful I’ve ever had, and the oysters were surprisingly fresh and tasty. The service was attentive and thoughtful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Located inside the Sheraton Hotel, the restaurant has a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed and elegant meal. Considering the top-tier quality of the dishes, the prices are very reasonable—an excellent value for such a high-end dining experience.

I ate here 4 nights in a row in order to use up my dining credits that were only issued on a daily basis. To be honest the steak and the lamb chop was nothing to shout about - a little too tough and probably not worth the price. On Thursday I had the Michelin seafood menu though, which was quite tasty though a little pricey. They always serve a small amuse bouche as well as complimentary small piece of dessert at the end, which was very much appreciated. Bread at the start was warm and tasty too. Service was extremely prompt and very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at Hemisphere. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

We had a great time on our anniversary. The atmosphere and their service were very nice. The food was quite good but can be better. Hope they add more vegetarian dishes as well. For now only one option which is a mushroom cream pasta. Nothing to eat if you are vegan except a salad. Considering the price and quality of the experience, it was great over all. We would like to try their courses next time but no vegetarian option... Sobsob

Just had the most disappointing experience at Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill. 😔 1. The food was terrible—overpowering smell on the foie gras and the risotto was inedible. We couldn’t finish a single dish. 2. The service was a disaster. Our server was inattentive, unfriendly, and unprofessional. 3. To make things worse, the server tried to snatch my friend’s phone to force a 5-star review and take photos of our dishes. Absolutely disrespectful! 4. The head chef asked for feedback but didn’t seem to care about our concerns at all. 5. Overall, the food and service didn’t come close to meeting Michelin standards. Very disappointing for a place with such a reputation. I’ve been to many 5-star restaurants, but this was by far the worst experience.
