My husband and I liked the Dr. the issue is the careless unproductive staff that they have. It’s not a practice that you could consider busy. It took them a long time to provide us with an authorization and when they finally did. Of course the diagnostic code was incorrect. We obtain the correct code for them and once again they took forever to correct it. All of that happened in October. No one has yet called us to let us know if the results are in or give us an appointment for review of scans with the doctor. Since yesterday I’ve not been feeling well. I called yesterday my call was sent to voicemail and a text message came in. I replied by letting them know I felt bad and wanted to know if I could come in for a consultation. No one ever got back to me. I called again today at 5:30 whoever answered sounded as if she was at a park and kept saying hello since she couldn’t hear me. Finally when she heard me I explained that I had called yesterday due to me not feeling well and I have not heard back from them. She said “ oh well I don’t know what to say about that. Knowing it was late I asked if it was possible to have a teleconsult with the Dr. to see if he could send me medication. At no moment did she care to ask my name or any sort of information. She just said “ NO “ the Dr. is on vacation since he just had a baby. Just go to an urgent care or ER! We obtain a PCP to avoid going to the ER for situations that are not an emergency. Yet here she was sending me to the ER as if it’s a free visit. Seems as if they have her answering the calls after hours to resolve nothing! Tonight the practice lost 2 patients but to the staff that means nothing. If you can’t make a patient a priory and do your job efficiently. You have no business working in the medical field! I do not recommend this practice.
