Don't let the high price fool you, this is not a luxury hotel. It's not even a nice hotel. This building is not suitable to be a hotel. They skipped the basics and put lipstick on a pig.
They cut corners during construction, and decided on ZERO soundproofing. The walls and more importantly floors are paper thin. You can hear every little sound every one of your neighbors makes.
Once the construction was done, someone decided to buy the cheapest bedding, furniture, plumbing fixtures, in room coffee machine, etc. they could find.
If you cover your head with the lousy Ikea sheets, you may be lucky enough for the obnoxiously loud AC/heat unit to smother you in it's hum long enough for a moment of solace from the noise of your neighbors.
Bring earplugs.
A few things they got right:
The location is great.
The front desk staff at this hotel are very pleasant and housekeeping makes sure it's very clean.
The shower water is hot and has good pressure.
