"Henry’s at the Graduate Hotel, formerly Hotel Durant, underwent a significant transformation when Chris Kronner took over the kitchen in 2018. Known for his near-universally praised dry-aged burgers served very salty and rare, Kronner introduced a menu featuring upscale, California-inflected dishes such as halibut tartare and a take on Parisian gnocchi.
