Tried this place for the first time, happy to see a tea place that does apple 🍎 tea. I liked the 雪芽青蘋果冰茶七分糖 green apple 🍏 jasmine green tea with less ice and less sugar 70% with foam (can do without as well, doesn't really add to it, the tea is good enough). Also tried紅蘋果奶茶 red apple jasmine green milk tea less ice and 70% but that felt a bit sweeter, I recommend the green one over the red. Would come back to try other teas next time. Hidden downstairs from the 99 ranch food court.

I was intrigued by the unique drinks being offered here and decided to try it. Got a super unique drink- Bamboo Coconut Tide with cucumber jelly. It sounded so refreshing and it was. Very light, even the cucumber jelly is soft. The base is oolong and I definitely got cucumber and grass which I found refreshing because I was looking for something light. I enjoyed it but it’s definitely an acquired taste. When you order on the self service pad, you get a text with your number. The screen in the shop shows if your number is ready or in the works. Once it’s ready, their PA system announces it quite loudly so you don’t miss it and you also get a text.

I tried their red apple milk tea with green apple milk foam, and it honestly surprised me in the best way. There’s no apple syrup or concentrated juice at all — everything is made from freshly juiced apples, which you can really taste. What I loved most is how naturally sweet and fragrant it is after being combined with jasmine green tea and milk. It feels like you’re drinking something indulgent, but at the same time it’s very clean and light — not artificial, not overly sweet, and definitely not heavy. The red apple milk base is smooth and comforting, and the green apple milk foam on top adds another layer of freshness and complexity. The flavors work really well together and keep you wanting another sip. The shop itself is also very clean and well organized, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a 5-star experience for me. Would come back again.

Herb Nook Lab is my new favorite fruit tea spot in Flushing. They offered a sample of the Green Apple Jasmine Green Tea and Red Apple Jasmine Milk Tea. I ended up ordering the Green Apple Jasmine Tea at 70% sugar per recommendation - it was amazing. Each sip was a burst of fresh fruit flavor along with the fragrant and floral jasmine tea. I went back the next day and ordered the Red Apple Jasmine Green Tea at 50% sugar and it was also delicious. The employees were all very kind and the man who handed out samples expertly answered any questions that I had. I will be back!

Unbelievable. Fresh fruit extracts as sweetener instead of syrup, and you could really taste the fresh apple juice. The milk, tea and juice somehow just blend so well together. Def drink it with the straw for the full flavor. New fav spot in flushing. I would treat myself to this any day 😮‍💨

A bit of a misleading name, but a total win on taste. Herb Nook Lab have some of the most fragrant jasmine tea I’ve had lately. The Green Apple Jasmine (30% sugar) was perfectly balanced—crisp apple paired with floral notes. The portion size is a bit smaller than usual, but the drinks are so refreshing and tasty that I'd still come back for a second round

Herb Nook Lab is honestly such a nice spot. The coffee and tea are always really good and taste super fresh. The shop has a calm, cozy vibe that makes it easy to relax or just chill for a bit. The workers are always kind and have a great attitude, which makes the whole place feel welcoming. Definitely a go-to spot in Flushing if you want good drinks and a comfortable environment.

I was so disappointed with my milk tea. Not even mad I waited 15mins for one milk tea but the whipping cream on top wasn’t even filled. The worker ran out of cream while doing my drink and didn’t even fill it to the top. She asked for more cream just to cap my drink up. This was how my drink looked like and it didn’t even taste good.

I got the green apple jasmine, and as a non fruit tea lover, this was really good! It's really refreshing and the jasmine is subtle. The drink wasn't too tart or too sweet. The green apple cheese foam did taste more artificial than the drink itself, but not too bad. Apparently they only use real green apples and will remake your drinks if it's not sour/sweet enough since they can't ever be sure of the taste of the apples. I didn't confirm whether this is true or not since our friend who took us there said that's what was told to her by the owner. Could be that they only do it for that one time, but that still gives me confidence that they're using real apples.

Came to 99 Ranch food court and as my friend and I were walking around, we were given samples from Herb Nook Lab. We were hooked at first taste. The green apple snow bud jasmine green tea was a winner. It was so refreshing that we needed more. I would order with less sugar like 30%. Only thing was the drink size is pretty small for the price. The lady was very nice and she explained how their teas were made. I would definitely return to try their other teas.

Not sure why the name since I didn't see any herbs on the menu and the server I asked didn't know either. Anyway, just another new tea shop in the ling line of tea shops in Flushing. We wanted warm beverages on a cold day, but they currently can only heat up two of the options, so we got both. Red Apple Snow Bud Jasmine Green Milk Tea was quite refreshing with apple cheese foam (extra) and at half sugar, though I would go even less next time. Probably a 7/10. Did not really like the boring Bamboo & Jasmine with pecan whipped cream and half sugar. Score it 5/10. They are still working out their kinks, but service was quick and friendly. I would come back.

Love this place. The shop is clean, modern, and very welcoming. They focus more on fresh juice-based drinks, fruit tea, and fruit milk tea -- no boba, but honestly you won't miss it. The fruit is very fresh, and you can tell the juice is freshly made, not from syrups or concentrates. Everything tastes clean, balanced, and refreshing. The flavors are spot on. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Definitely a great spot if you're into real fruit drinks and fresh milk tea. Will be back for sure!
