Heritage Bicycles & Coffee debuts new Fulton Market location - Eater Chicago

"Heritage is a hybrid bike and coffee shop with locations in Uptown and Lakeview. The Fulton Market location debuts tomorrow and is different from other locations as it will feature a full kitchen and expanded menu. They serve Intelligentsia coffees and the company’s Kilogram teas. Salvatore has hired chef William Fahey (Cindy’s Rooftop), and he’s putting together a menu of avocado toasts, vegan wraps, and breakfast burritos. It’s fun diner fare." - Ashok Selvam

Favorite coffee shop I’ve found in Chicago so far. A place where quality coffee is the focus instead of just a side to some breakfast. Loved it. Can’t wait to go back.

Very chill place to sit & think, or get work done...or get your bike fixed. Same concept here as their other (original) bike shop on Lincoln & Southport. Only much bigger. Coffee is exceptional, expertly prepared (their beans are Intelligentsia, but Heritage's own blend). Don't miss the various Heritage Outposts spread around the city-- all the same high level of quality.

Espresso on point — thank you Emmanuel! The shot, Mexican origin roasted by Intelligentsia, was cheery and tart balanced with something woodsy — maybe oak? It took me to the Spring, in a hall with a gathering — maybe a wedding — the people celebratory, light, dancing on a wooden floor — the floor has seen ages but is well kept, polished, glorious. Sun filters through the many windows. Delight. Pictured: a vessel of near effervescence, thoroughly enjoyed.

Bike tune-up, breakfast sandwich, coffee and wifi - they're all too efficient(!) I had to stay longer to take in and appreciate all the naturally lit space. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Top notch silky smooth latte, free wifi, and bright, spacious, chill vibe. Everything I want in a coffee shop, plus bikes!

This is a great place for bike riders and coffee enthusiasts alike. The bike team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially for hobbyist riders. They offer a range of services and bike supplies, readily ordering parts not immediately in stock. The coffee is delish, as are the baked goods. The space itself has very high (~25 ft.) ceilings, making the room really interesting. We're delighted to have them here in the neighborhood! 😁

Such a dope space to study / get some work done! The unique smell of bike tires and fresh coffee is something I'd put in a candle if I could!

I enjoyed my experience! Interesting concept- half café/bar and half bike shop. Definitely a hipster vibe, which I like. I went in to grab a snack in the afternoon (not to have my bike fixed). They have a great coffee/ tea selection and lots of snack options (including vegan). The employees were very friendly! I would definitely come back here.
