My husband and I lived here for about 8 months before we bought our house in Vancouver. We enjoyed every day that we lived here. The complex itself is secured access and is incredibly safe - we never had any issues with stolen packages, even those that were left outside our door for days. Parking was convenient in the garage & metered (since we had 2 cars). The quality of the interior was also lovely, with fresh renovations and newer Samsung appliances, we certainly enjoyed our time living here. The gas fireplace was a wonderful, cozy touch. Samantha and the maintenance team were always quick to respond to any emails or issues.
