Heritage Place Condos

My husband and I lived here for about 8 months before we bought our house in Vancouver. We enjoyed every day that we lived here. The complex itself is secured access and is incredibly safe - we never had any issues with stolen packages, even those that were left outside our door for days. Parking was convenient in the garage & metered (since we had 2 cars). The quality of the interior was also lovely, with fresh renovations and newer Samsung appliances, we certainly enjoyed our time living here. The gas fireplace was a wonderful, cozy touch. Samantha and the maintenance team were always quick to respond to any emails or issues.

I have lived enjoyably at Heritage for several years. Excellent amenities, tight security, and prompt, professional help when in need of minor repair or assistance. Great place to live.

Wonderful place to live! Calm, cozy, comfortable! We lived there for 16 months, and it was beautiful! Thanks to each and everyone who is taking care of the service at this place! ❤️
