I recently bought a 24x60 Greenhouse every thing went better than expected .there install team was very efficient and left no mess. Greenhouse is very professionally built and I don't have to worry about recovering every couple years. Would definitely recommend!!

Heritage Steel just installed a new 30x40 building with garage doors and access door. They did an excellent job. Great communication and fair price. Finished in less than a day and half! Thad and Antonio are hard workers that take pride in their work. I highly recommend these guys as your installers!!!!

Heritage Steel had great customer service and was able place the building when we requested. Their installer Thad, was very communicative and did a great job constructing the building. He even sent us pictures when it was completed. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting a metal building.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. We purchased a greenhouse from this company and did rent to own. This greenhouse was about 7k. They came out to set it up and set it up crooked (pictures as proof). We immediately let them know it was set up wrong. It has been 9 months with absolutely no communication except to call us wanting a payment. We refused to pay anything because we cannot use the greenhouse as we do not feel it is safe. We told them if they would fix it we would be happy to restart the rent to own agreement. But they refuse to come pick it up. I want it out of my yard so I can purchase a greenhouse that I can actually use. Not to mention it has been 9 months and the rust on here is absolutely horrendous. (Pictured as proof). I want it fixed (both the slant & the rust) then we’ll be happy to restart the agreement. Or I want it picked up. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Thanks to Thad and Antonio we now have a great addition to our property. They were able to overcome several obstacles like the mud and oppressive heat to get the job done.

Had serious doubts about ordering a carport online after reading numerous reviews on yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Could find no bad reviews on the company. After numerous back and forth emails, I ordered my 18x40x12 upgraded RV port. Sent in deposit and had RV port installed within 4 weeks. The installation crew (Jose and team) worked until dark and returned next day to finish job. I recommend this company.

Honesty could improve, professionalism could improve. This company is the worst I've ever in 55 years worked with. Building left unfinished, no roof for over a month suffering water damage, says they're not sure how to do commercial roofing. Then don't take the job or sub to some one who does. No trim around doors. But Johnny on the spot wanting a check. Says sign satisfaction or guys can't get paid but we'll take care of these problems. Not. Trust your instincts. They're scammers. Must have bought reviews or customers don't know what they're looking at. Terrible operating a business like this , incredible actually. Maybe people don't like complaining reason for as many likes as they have. I don't know but hire them and find out for yourself!

I went to your office in Marion, NC. I asked for a quote but since I rent my camper space I needed landlord approval. I was encouraged to get paperwork started and pay a deposit of $1,066.40 plus a $37 charge to use my debit card. My landlord did not give me approval. I went back to ask for my deposit. Denied. In the paperwork it said no refund! Do all your offices operate the same way?? Rob the customer? I paid a deposit, got nothing! Christian way to do business. They drive fancy vehicles. We were given a timeline for contact, scheduling and delivery... None have been met and we have to continually call to get information and updates! All they can say is SORRY. We are not given anything except grief and disappointment in exchange for a deposit to even do attempt to do business with this company. TAKE YOUR MONEY AMD BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!
