I come to this store 11 month ,my SA Tonya ,she’s nice ,she’s helping me find anything I want ,I really highly recommend who ever want something from Hermes come to see her

Tomeko was great and patient with me as I tried on 3 different sizes before getting it right. Everyone in the store was really welcoming. I hadn’t seen this color in these shoes at the other locations!

I visited this location during a very busy shopping day, Mother’s Day weekend in Atlanta, so the store was JAMMED to capacity with shoppers however, even with the mass amount of people, the staff is very attentive, very personable, even when dealing with multiple people at the same time!! I love the fact that even the manager stepped in to assist with the crowd without fuss or delay! everyone was taken care of in an out literally one of the best shopping experience I love had in a very long time. The items were very beautiful displayed and a lot of different varieties to choose. I’m usually an online shopper, but this location made it worth. The walk-in.

Ask for Tiffany! She was so helpful and the best ever, she made me feel special and very comfortable while shopping here. Sometimes designer stores can feel cold but she didn’t let me feel that way. I’ll be back!

My wife and I came to shop at the Hermès store located in Buckhead, GA, on 12-13-2024. I just wanted to express how amazing Alex, Jackie and Eva were at this location. Alex, in particular, spent much time and care in helping us select the best cologne and perfumes. All 3 exhibited amazing customer care and truly went above and beyond. I'll definitely come back after this experience.

One’s expectations from a luxury boutique such as Hermes is far from the actual one! Not only did we receive poor service while at the store, but we’ve also been chasing a credit that’s due because of their negligence. The shoes my wife wanted were in stock. However, the ones I chose had to be ordered. They ran my CC twice and claimed their system had an issue for the ones ordered. We were asked to monitor our CC account, so we did. Several phone calls and emails have been sent with proof of the charge for the last 3 weeks. I don’t have the shoes nor do I have my funds back! Needless to say that we’re extremely disappointed and would like our CC credited before having to go through dispute process.

This is literally "my happy place!" It is always a great experience shopping here. From the doorman to the manager, I have ALWAYS had a great Experience! My SA is simply the best! In her absence, all the other SAs that attend to me are also very kind and courteous.

We had a fabulous experience as first time guests at this store. We were treated with kindness and respect. We even had lots of our questions answered about ordering products. Thank you.
