I had my nails done by Ruslana. She did an amazing job, super attentive to the details and very nice and friendly approach. The result is amazing. (I had biosculpure nails, they are not cheap but totally worth it)

I had the most amazing experience at the hairdressers on Tuesday. I don’t even think the word amazing sums it up. From the front desk who were so lovely and welcoming, guided me to my chair, and then introduced me to the colourist who patiently took her time. We chatted and laughed and then I was put under a dryer that looked like a UFO slightly. My hair wash and head massage was pure bliss and then followed by the hairdresser who gave me a blow dry. The juice bar was so cool with a selection of nibbles. It was a perfect day and I can’t wait to go there again.

The haircut done by Dale was absolutely perfect: he listened carefully, paid attention to every detail, and gave me exactly the shape I wanted. The cut and movement are flawless, and I am very satisfied with his work. The colour done by Kim, however, was extremely disappointing. I paid £455 for a balayage in warm honey/caramel tones(the first photo is like I wanted)bringing as a reference a photo of myself from some time ago,proof that this result had already been achieved on my own hair in the past. Despite this, the work did not reflect my request: the highlights came out too yellow, uneven, and with unwanted brassy tones. On top of that, the back of my head was left completely dark, creating a very visible “patch” effect whenever I wear my hair down. I made it clear several times that I was unhappy with the result, but even after applying toner she was not able to get anywhere close to the colour I had asked for. Instead of showing patience or professionalism, her attitude made me feel uncomfortable: every time I expressed my dissatisfaction she showed irritation, responded in a passive-aggressive way, and made me feel as though I was exaggerating. I even ended up in tears after seeing the initial result, and in the end I accepted leaving the salon unsatisfied just to avoid staying any longer in that situation. Small details may seem secondary but they reflect the overall experience: I asked for green tea and was given black tea twice (which I cannot drink), and when it was finally prepared I was already in the washing area, in tears, unable to even take it. Furthermore, the rinse was not done properly: I arrived at the haircut with conditioner/product residue still in my hair, and Dale himself had to clean it off with water spray and a towel before being able to proceed. Also, if the bathroom is not working or is out of service, please make sure to close it properly. The sliding door bathroom currently has the “out of service” sign placed in a way that is not visible when the door is open. Several clients, including myself, noticed this and it caused confusion and complaints. For a salon of this level, such details really matter and should be managed with more care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon – at least not for colour services. After paying £455 and leaving in tears with a result far from what I requested, I now have to spend additional money and time elsewhere to fix my hair.

Amazing experience, worth every penny. I decided to treat myself to a bob cut with Elliot and he did a fantastic job - we discussed what I was looking for, he made some recommendations and I knew I was in safe hands. My hair is quite frizzy and heavy at the back and many times before I've ended up with a triangular hair, but Elliot made sure this didn't happen with some expert invisible layers. I'm so pleased with the final result that what started as a one-off treat might have to become a regular visit. Thank you!

I had an absolutely excellent experience and haircut with Sam! I will definitely be back. What stood out most was the quality of the cut itself—I truly love it. Sam's demeanor was also awesome; warm and professional. The environment at Hershesons is totally cool. It feels like a high-end member's club in terms of aesthetics, but thankfully, there was none of the pretense or 'attitude.' Just cool, friendly people and a fantastic atmosphere.

It’s my first time visiting Hershesons Salon. Let me tell you, this salon is on a next level. I had the pleasure of booking my hair cut with Grace. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed by the super friendly staff at the front desk. I had to wait a little bit for Grace to finish with her client, which I did not mind at all as there is a beautiful café within the salon. I sat down and had a Matcha. Another member of staff came to me and got me ready for my hair wash. I saw Grace briefly to discuss what hair cut I was getting done, and shortly after I was whisked away to have my hair washed. The girl who did my hair wash (sorry I didn’t get her name) was so lovely and professional. She kept checking with me if I was comfortable and if the water temp was ok. Everything was spot on - actually perfect. She did an amazing job with the head massage too. It was so relaxing. I am so amazed at how incredible Grace is. I’ve never seen someone cut hair like her. The skill level is insane. My hair length was down to my waist nearly and she turned it into the most beautiful bob with a fringe. I showed her my inspiration photo, and she did it exactly as the picture. I am amazed that she was even able to do the same texture and style as the picture. Truly so talented. The whole salon was incredibly busy. I did not see one single member of staff stand around and do nothing. Everyone was so busy. They were seeing one client after the other. Sometimes I can get a bit overwhelmed in big and busy spaces, but this salon made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. It truly was an experience I’ll never forget. Although I do not get my hair cut often, I know that I will be back again to see Grace. Thank you to all the staff members for a truly wonderful experience.

Went in for a consultation to talk about a change to my style. Got lucky and had layla. Booked for the cut the following day and she was fantastic. Meticulous, attentive and really took her time to make sure the cut was right. She was also really helpful giving advice because I almost never do any kind of styling. She understood what would work best for my hair and my (lack of) desire to sit around styling it for hours. Got exactly the cut I wanted. Am very happy.

Worst ladies haircut in my life.not what I asked for. I have no words how I am disappointed. The guy, Casper, cut so much hair not needed (I didn't ask for bang at all, he chopped all my hair in front and on the back along the length, it is also uneven on my fine and thin long hair!!!). I m speechless. I am left with a very short male haircut in front, see pics attached. That will take me years to regrow it and to have my previous look before I came only for a small change nothing crazy I asked for! Please read all the negative reviews before they ruin your hair. Edit: I have contacted the manager twice asking what solution can be offered,( on already gon hair???) but she didn't reply. Still awaiting. . Coming as a model for a simple haircut, not a crazy style asked for,"layered face framing with trim on the back" on my long thin hair, agreed before with the hairdresser, who has "years of experience and who is finishing the training at your saloon", who even didn't asked how I wear my hair daily, that is very disappointed. Edit 5/03/25 After a month, no service was offered to fix my hair(as I mentioned before I asked twice what can be offered before I go to the saloon). And honestly I am not surprised, after reading all negative reviews. Edit: 5 months later, still regrowing my hair, no words to describe how much I regret coming to this salon.
