I had the most amazing experience at the hairdressers on Tuesday. I don’t even think the word amazing sums it up. From the front desk who were so lovely and welcoming, guided me to my chair, and then introduced me to the colourist who patiently took her time. We chatted and laughed and then I was put under a dryer that looked like a UFO slightly. My hair wash and head massage was pure bliss and then followed by the hairdresser who gave me a blow dry. The juice bar was so cool with a selection of nibbles. It was a perfect day and I can’t wait to go there again.

The haircut done by Dale was absolutely perfect: he listened carefully, paid attention to every detail, and gave me exactly the shape I wanted. The cut and movement are flawless, and I am very satisfied with his work. The colour done by Kim, however, was extremely disappointing. I paid £455 for a balayage in warm honey/caramel tones(the first photo is like I wanted)bringing as a reference a photo of myself from some time ago,proof that this result had already been achieved on my own hair in the past. Despite this, the work did not reflect my request: the highlights came out too yellow, uneven, and with unwanted brassy tones. On top of that, the back of my head was left completely dark, creating a very visible “patch” effect whenever I wear my hair down. I made it clear several times that I was unhappy with the result, but even after applying toner she was not able to get anywhere close to the colour I had asked for. Instead of showing patience or professionalism, her attitude made me feel uncomfortable: every time I expressed my dissatisfaction she showed irritation, responded in a passive-aggressive way, and made me feel as though I was exaggerating. I even ended up in tears after seeing the initial result, and in the end I accepted leaving the salon unsatisfied just to avoid staying any longer in that situation. Small details may seem secondary but they reflect the overall experience: I asked for green tea and was given black tea twice (which I cannot drink), and when it was finally prepared I was already in the washing area, in tears, unable to even take it. Furthermore, the rinse was not done properly: I arrived at the haircut with conditioner/product residue still in my hair, and Dale himself had to clean it off with water spray and a towel before being able to proceed. Also, if the bathroom is not working or is out of service, please make sure to close it properly. The sliding door bathroom currently has the “out of service” sign placed in a way that is not visible when the door is open. Several clients, including myself, noticed this and it caused confusion and complaints. For a salon of this level, such details really matter and should be managed with more care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon – at least not for colour services. After paying £455 and leaving in tears with a result far from what I requested, I now have to spend additional money and time elsewhere to fix my hair.

I had my nails done by Ruslana. She did an amazing job, super attentive to the details and very nice and friendly approach. The result is amazing. (I had biosculpure nails, they are not cheap but totally worth it)

Had a transformation haircut today at Hershesons Fitzrovia and couldn’t be happier. I went from very long hair to a short, blunt bob with Caspar and he did a fantastic job — exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was great from start to finish, with genuinely lovely customer service. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be coming back.

It was my first time visiting Hershesons and I had a haircut with Grace. I was truly amazed at how much attention to detail she showed during the cut. She really took the time to ask what I wanted and gave me her opinions as well before deciding on what to do. I've always had layers and because I have a side parting no-one has ever explained to me that layers on both sides will help to create a balanced profile which Grade did. I could tell that instead of just giving me a generic haircut she wanted to tailor it to my face shape and knew what would suit me best. Throughout the appointment she took her time and didn't rush at all. She's also really lovely to talk to. Grace is honestly a phenomenal hairdresser and I can't wait to be back soon!

Amazing experience, worth every penny. I decided to treat myself to a bob cut with Elliot and he did a fantastic job - we discussed what I was looking for, he made some recommendations and I knew I was in safe hands. My hair is quite frizzy and heavy at the back and many times before I've ended up with a triangular hair, but Elliot made sure this didn't happen with some expert invisible layers. I'm so pleased with the final result that what started as a one-off treat might have to become a regular visit. Thank you!

I had my hair cut by Casper at Hersheson’s Fitzrovia, and he absolutely nailed it. He gave me the most precise, modern bob — sharp where it should be, soft where it needs to move, and genuinely wash-and-go. No fuss, no over-styling, just clever cutting that grows out beautifully. I had the best facial ever and everything was perfect from start to beginning. I have accidentally walked in to enquire about the facials and with the help of the receptionist I have decided what kind of treatment would be best and booked immediately for few days later. At thw time of the appintment esthetician was resourceful and efficiant. The treatment was explained to me, which I love and have felt in good and capable hands. I was particulary happy to see they are doing facial with extraction, led lamps and great products. I came out looking refreshed and my skin looking great. I will definitley come back for other treatments!
