Interesting shick place that's has a mixed restaurant - bar - neighborhood coffee style. The atmosphere is great, the service is kind and helpful, and they have a very affordable happy hour deal on drinks and food. There's an interesting wine selection and very nice coctails. To the main course (so to speak) though, The food ranges from really good to a bit of a let down. The main dishes we tried (porkchop on the bone with morning glory, Genghis Khan Chicken) we're both very tasty and plantiful. The starters though, disappointed. The Nams were so small it was almost finger food. On the flavor side it was also nothing to write home about. The Hibachi sashimi was tasty but was small as well. The Chicken wings were the only starter that was both testy and did not suffer from shrinkflation. My recommendation, share the main courses (especially if you pay full price). The excelled both in flavor, size and value for money. (Sorry for not posting pictures, the lighting somehow turned all photes extremely red).

While I understand that many bars in the city have a more relaxed culture around this, it’s frustrating to try and enjoy a meal or a cocktail when you're constantly breathing in second-hand smoke in an enclosed space. It makes the "indoor" seating feel just as exposed as the patio, but without the fresh air. The food was just Ok.

What a beautiful place! Located perfectly in the center of Tel Aviv at a beautiful 1920 building. The place has a unique style and many of Tel Aviv’s famous people like to hang out there. The food style is somewhere between France and Japan but in a very light way. The prices are fair and not expensive. Cocktails are great and also the wine collection. The place owner as far as I know is Ruti Bruno and everything she does she makes it at his very best. She’s like the God of culinary in Israel. Just go there!!!

Great place all day round, especially as a small group, even just for drinks. Usually busy so you'll need to be a bit patient to get a hold of the staff. Crispy chicken and the Ramen highly recommended.

Great place! Great food. Good vibes, tasty Asian food. We were 5 people, Small table (2) a little bit cozy, we were sharing course so you don't want to get all the dishes together anyway, good Value for money, we were celebrating a birthday so there was also alcohol at least two drinks for a person...

I want to give this place 4.5 stars. The food is grate, the atmosphere is nice. I’m not old but sometimes (depends on where you are sitting of course) the music is way too loud (way way too loud). Another thing sometimes the waiters are not so nice and helpful. Everything else grate (the food is really nice)

We came to Herzl 16 to celebrate finishing our master’s degree!!a group of 15 people on a Tuesday at 6 PM and had a fantastic time! 🥹 The hostess helped us organize a long table and even added chairs as more people arrived. She wasn’t the most smiley person, but she was helpful and efficient -no need to take it personally. We sat indoors and really enjoyed the atmosphere stylish, good music,cozy, and perfect for a celebration. The food and drinks were delicious. Our waitress was excellent ! super professional and attentive, managing our large group smoothly so everyone had what they needed. We ordered lots of dishes. I had the samosa with the perfect sauce, fries, the hamburger, and a spring roll (listed under another name on the menu). We also drank quite a bit of jasmine tea and Coke Zero 😅 I didn’t try dessert, but my friend had the mango sticky rice and said it wasn’t very good, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. We came for a Friday morning breakfast, and it was the first day of a new menu so it was not as we saw on the website. The food was really good! Just not what we expected for breakfast. It felt more like lunch to us..
