I LOVE all the stuff they have here especially the rilakuma stuff, which is hard to find in shops since it’s not as popular as hello kitty. —Most of what they sell is sanrio, sanx, and anime merch but only thing I will note is that the place doesn’t have any music and what I assume is the owner of the place is very serious and hard to understand so that does make the shopping experience a little awkward if you’re paying attention to that stuff. It isn’t that big of a deal tho except at checkout but besides that I’m always happy with the stuff I come out with <3

⚠️SCAM STORE⚠️ Stole our money!!!! 😧😖😭😿 💸💸💸💸 Half of this business's revenue is made off screwing people out of their refunds. We bought an outfit a few days ago, it didn't fit, came back under a week for the promised 7-day refund & waited while the cashier got on the phone with the owner for 10 minutes trying to find every excuse outside the box to not give us a refund or exchange!!!! They LIE about giving refunds so that you'll feel more comfortable buying here, but then when you need one, it is refused. We were so upset that we just left the whole purchase and receipt behind, which they will resell the same item to their next victim. Just look at all the other customer's Google reviews on this store and you'll see what I'm talking about. It's so sad too because they have really cute stuff, and we just wanted a good ole mall shopping experience without having to search reviews. 0/5 STARS 🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳, which is what over half of your customers give you. That many people vs 1 mean deceptive tricky scammy stealing store disguised in cutesy merch can't be wrong! I dunno, maybe the owner is tired of running a business and willing to just milk it out until it falls apart maybe? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Honestly, I love coming here to shop and buy plushies or whatever I want, but I will have to say the staff won't welcome you or will just stare at you weirdly. Also, the store is overpriced, and the staff people are not patient, they are in their phone or etheir looking at you. It makes me a bit insecure, but the stuff in the shop is very cute.

I'd give them a 0 star if I could. My mom bought me a kuromi mystery box and I opened it for Christmas. It was dirty, missing paint, chipped, and glued back together with a part from a different character from the same mystery box series. I went back today to get a new one and I opened it and yet again it was missing paint, chipped, with plastic melted on it from probably re sealing the bag it was in. I'm completely disappointed and I understand why the store has bad reviews will never shop again and do not recommend to anyone else.

The worst manager I ever experienced in my life and I’m 50 years old. She has no shame no manners. I hope they gonna close this store for her. She sold me dirty pajama and she doesn’t want to return it back accusing me used it. I left the item on her desk without return the money back to me .

you can find pretty much anything in this store off aliexpress for 2-4x cheaper. i wanna like this place cause there's barely anything in the pdx area that caters to oshi culture but c'mon man edited: falsely accused of stealing an oddly specific item... under a review on my anonymous account with no identifying features 🤨🤨 at least take a long enough look at my icon to be able to tell i'm a cinnamoroll guy before making up an item that i allegedly stole... i didn't even steal when you guys price gouged my favorite sanrio plushies (mizuiro days cinnamoroll and pochacco) from 2,270 JPY (not even $16) to almost $40 😐

Sells knockoff items that are overpriced and bad quality. One of my items ripped and came apart only 2 days after purchase, not to mention they’re also always eyeing you down in the store and following you around. The accusations in the reviews are definitely true, and they are racist to POC. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone ever goes there and wastes their money. I witnessed the store manager search a minor, roughly grab her arm, and dump her stuff all over the floor over two stickers. I think this is upsetting because just because you don’t have customers doesn’t mean you have to let your anger off on others.

Had a very rude interaction with a terrible young sales clerk here today. My 6 year old daughter had a few dollars of birthday money to spend and really wanted a Hello Kitty item. She chose chopsticks but then changed her mind after we checked out. The clerk printed a receipt but threw it in the bin when I declined to keep it. When we returned to the store 30 seconds later she was willing to help with an exchange to a notebook and said we were all set, but when I asked her to refund the $1 difference to my daughter she refused. As we were leaving the store I voiced my displeasure and she followed us and RIPPED THE NOTEBOOK FROM MY 6 YEAR OLD’s hands and told us to leave with the chopsticks. Said it was company policy. Nice policy, picking on little kids. Way to hire kind and professional staff!!
