July 2025 Hidden in the forest you can find this nice place. A good restaurant with a nice terrace and open kitchen. A nice winelist (and cellar). Very nice personal and attending service. Swift service, nice pase in passing the different courses. Good wine options / recommandations. Make a reservation and try it out.

I am literally just finishing one of the best meals I’ve had in The Netherlands. It is so good that I have to review it before leaving. Recommended by a coworker, each course has been “lick the enamel off” good, paired with a wine list that bursts with a joy approachable by both sommeliers and everyday diners alike. Though the star of the show is Dr. Rik’s cheese cart. A local whom loves both cheese and Het Koetshuis so much he was invited to run their cheese cart, Dr. Rik’s cheese cart is the 9th inning closer that clears the gastronomical bases. The Amsterdam and Rotterdam crowd need to make the trip because they are missing out otherwise.

Cozy restaurant located in the middle of the first in Bennekom. Granted with a Michelin star, we went for the "Guess who's back" menu --a six-course meal. The attention was outstanding, the table was perfectly arranged with small details. Our waiter was very attentive and explained the wine menu in English. We had some appetizers courtesy from the house and the waiter gratefully explained the menu. The meal lasted a few hours, time we enjoyed eating and talking. The attention was even in the details, if we need more bread or we ran out of olive oil. The menu itself was outstanding, each plate with it's own different flavors, blending each one in a dance in your mouth. It was super refreshing to enjoy this type of meal and they were not in a rush, we had the table for us the whole night! I completely agree with that Michelin star!

We had an exceptional Evening. The food was top notch. The interior and atmosphere was superb. We were serviced in a very professional way and felt very welcome in this fine restaurant. Well worth the drive. The sauces were to die for. I highly recommend it.

He had an amazing experience at Het Koetshuis. The service was impeccable. The food included 3 amuse bouche, bread with butter and a 5-course menu. The wine list was very long, for those seeking a unique wine pairing. The food was very well presented, tasty and all the preparations were 'out of the box'. The combinations of flavor were something like art. It is a 3+ hour experience, so keep it in mind when making other plans. Definitely recommended! And a bonus... They had asked for my birth date so they new it was my birthday and wrote a wish with chocolate on dessert plate. Very much appreciated!

The terrace is simply beautiful with the nature view. The food is as expected in a Michelin restaurant inventive and bold flavours. We only didn’t like 1 of the many dishes we tried. Highly recommended experience
