Hexclad pans are second to none. These non-stick pans are steady, durable and great for retaining heat which makes them perfect for serving meals straight out of the pans. Though the pans are great, let’s talk about the lids for a minute. I love the slick design and heavy duty weight of the lid which helps to trap the heat well creating even cooking for my food. I am a home cook (low key fancy chef) and recently I had an accident where the lid of my 7 quarts pan fell and I thought my lid was damaged completely. There was only a small dent from the impact area, there were no scratches and the rim did not pop off. I was thoroughly impressed and will recommend these to my home cooks as well as my friends in restaurants.

Don't believe what you hear about Hexclad not providing their promise to their lifetime warranty. My 10in pan wasn't even a whole year and I sent them a video of it flaking off the top around the sides and scratches from using just silicone utensils and always use low heat and they are now sending me a new pan and don't need me to return the other one. I will be recycling my old one when the new one arrives as they said you can since mine is unsafe to use. Moral of the story listen to what they say register your pans do what they ask you to provide for your claim and they will and DO stand by their lifetime warranty! Thank you Hexclad!

Some of the best pans and cookware I have used, they are very versatile. After 1.5 years, my 10" pan was showing some areas of problems. I contacted Customer Support and Patrick was very quick to respond and take care of the issue. Within 3 days, I had a new pan, incredible service! HexClad truly delivers on their lifetime warranty without having me jump through hoops.

I bought a 13 piece HexClad set about 3 years ago and they are still amazing to cook with. I did have an issue with my Wok, but I put in a warranty claim and the very next day they got back to me and said they were issuing a replacement. The customer service of HexClad is just as great as the pans!

We received the pot and pan set for Christmas and were so impressed. We ended up buying an additional hybrid pot for making paella and large meals. These pans are excellent, easy to clean easy to use and they can all go in the oven which is a bonus. We did have an issue with one of our pots and sent it back, there was great and quick response and they are sending out a new replacement pot. This is the best customer service that I’ve experienced.

Hex clad is the best pan we’ve ever used. The salesman at Costco was very informative and had a great personality. Just finished registering for the lifetime warranty and that fellow was excellent. Customers should check out hex clad and see the difference. Boiled linguine noodles in the walk. Did an excellent job heated up almost immediately chicken in the pan and you never use high heat eggs bacon were excited.

Bought the 12 pc set. Is a terrific set. Had an issue with a pan and contacted the warranty people and sent them everything the requested and the claim was handled from start to finish in under 25 min. Now just waiting for my pan to arrive. Have never experienced customer Service as exceptional as I have with HexClad. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Definitely recommend their products. Will continue to buy from HexClad and share my experience with everyone
