"The cookware company, described as “born and headquartered in LA,” announced it will be donating 10,000 frying pans to folks impacted by the fires; “Product will be distributed to multiple relief organizations across the region over the coming weeks,” a representative told Eater. Stevie from HexClad put on a fantastic demo at Costco today. He clearly showed how effective the pans are—great heat distribution, easy food release, and quick cleanup—and backed it up with practical cooking tips. He answered every question with patience and zero pressure, which made me confident in the quality and value of the set. This is customer service at its best. HexClad and Costco, please recognize Stevie—he’s a star. Highly recommended!

I bought the pot set on Black Friday and used it for the first time on Thanksgiving. I made mashed potatoes in the 8qrt big pot and used my mixer to whip the potatoes. The video on HexClad shows them using a mixer similar to mine and bragged it wouldn’t scratch. Mine scratched & pitted my pot which I didn’t notice until after we had eaten & my family consumed the potatoes with the metal and coating mixed in. I contacted HexClad & had to go through a huge ordeal proving I bought & paid for my pots even after they were already registered which I did the day I received them. I had to send pictures & a video. They said they will send me a new one but that’s not really the point. Lorelei E. Handled my email claim & she was very nice but for the price I am a little disappointed in HexClad. This was my Christmas gift and I was so excited to get rid of my old pots. I also ordered the pans but they have not arrived yet. I’m hoping for a better experience but super skeptical. Please save your money & read the reviews first. This seems pretty common so a known defect and false advertising.

Not positive review due to lack of quality. As it is advertised, the customers are promised life long warranty, however I personally bought a set of two pans. At first I was super happy, I was thinking perhaps event making a potential investment. However after a year or so, the pans started deteriorated, even though I use it only at home. False promises for domestic use, and definitely not suitable for any professional cooking. Not impressed and will not be using warranty scheme to get a new set. Waste of money, not suitable for sustainability or environment and false promises all over the world. Not impressed Mr Ramsy. A lot of rude language over something simple. I expected better from you.

Best product and best customer service one can ask for. We've used these pots and pans daily in our home for over 5 years. Awesome quality. I will say that we've used them so much that we've had a couple of pans slightly deteriorate, but with the life time warranty, we don't worry. Their customer service takes a proactive approach to helping you and they are truly second to none. We highly, highly, recommend HexClad Cookware to everyone.

So thankful for Patrick and his team. My daughter and son in law are pregnant with their first child (my first grandchild) they are currently living with my wife and I as they had a house fire last March and are currently trying to rebuild. Patrick and his team were amazing and helped us make Christmas special with this beautiful set from hexclad. I love the damascus steel knife set and am jealous. I can't thank you all enough. I’ve been extremely impressed with HexClad cookware. The performance is excellent, heats evenly, cleans easily, and holds up beautifully. It truly delivers on its promise of combining stainless steel durability with nonstick convenience. I did have a minor question related to shipping, and their support team addressed it instantly. It turned out the issue was actually my mistake, but they were still patient, helpful, and professional throughout the process. That level of service really reinforces the quality of the brand. Highly recommended.

A 4 1/2 Star Product!!!! Purchased this 10" fry pan just to give the Hexclad brand a test to see if it was worth all the hype. Based on the initial performance, it is a first-rate product that cooks well and produces great results. Would like to buy the entire set but was out of my budget so I purchased the piece that I wanted the most to give the product line a whirl. Results are great and consistent as long as you follow the heating level and cleaning suggestions. For example, there is no need to use this pan on very high heat. And seasoning pre use, is definitely recommended. To be fully transparent, I did have to return the pan that I bought because it developed white stains in several areas of the pan. I worked with the Hexclad Support team who were VERY responsive to my emails about the issue. After following all their recommendations and steps to see if the problem could be cured, they decided to issue a new pan which will ship shortly. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the team in address this issue. Give the team themselves 5 stars *****. Based on the overall experience I would rate my experience with this vendor, the product, and support team, 4 1/2 stars. Great overall experience but based on the quality promises and performance level, I would not expect a product like this pan that is used almost every day, to have had that stain problem. Would definitely purchase again.
