HeyDay is not a spa, it is a facial shop. It means it's easy to book a facial appointment, there are no robes/shoes or changing clothes, and you will experience noise during the treatment. Be aware of this type of business to plan your visit accordingly and avoid any disappointment or misunderstanding. More importantly, the menu is general because they work or concentrates on each client's concern and customize when you arrive and suggest enhancement based on that. I saw HeyDay on Instagram and was curious about their services, so I booked my first facial appointment on the same day without waiting for weeks/months. They have a special for new clients with $31 OFF, and you can decide whether to purchase the membership with a two-month commitment. It's up to you. Members get facial and enhancement (check their menu for 50% off) with different pricing. Since it was my first time, I just let it flow and did not have many expectations, but first impressions are fast to book the service and show up 10 mins at the Beverly location, and there are substantial outdoor seatings to hang or relax after the treatment. After check-in with the host, I got called right away and walked into the area where the facial begins with the curtain and open spaces where I can hear everything from other clients. This might not work for you if you're a big person on privacy and noise and tend to relax/sleep during your session. It's an introductory facial session, they will do extractions based on your concerns, but there are no tools ( I think Cali laws or nowhere allow this except Med Spa). They mainly focus on them since it's 50 mins and will perform steaming face with hot towels, head and facial massage, cleansing, extractions with hands, and for less than 5-10 mins, LED therapy (depends on your concerns or what the suggestions for the enhancement) and all the skin care after the session. Check-out is fast, and gratitude is appreciated. They suggest booking a session after one month with the host, or you can call back to book. In general, I had a great first-timer experience and will be back for a basic facial to take care of my skin. I go somewhere else to comprehensive acne treatment :) Parking are plenty in front of the shop and free.

Going on my 3rd month of monthly facials with Adi at this location and absolutely recommend! I had my first facial ever at heyday and have truly noticed a difference in the clearness and hydration of my skin with my monthly visits. Adi is the best and takes time to learn about you and your skin with each visit 🩵 The location itself is very cute and I feel their pricing is reasonable, especially for LA. I always look forward to my visits!

I've been a member at Heyday Beverly for about a year now and I can confidently say I love everything about it! I've been seeing Mackenzie for microdermabrasion and nano infusion and she's worked wonders for my acne scarring, plus i get all of the goodies and extractions for my skin!! I highly recommend Mackenzie to anyone who's looking to give their skin some love. Plus there's tons of member perks.

I’ve been to over 10 shops and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The front desk ladies were INCREDIBLE they were so friendly, so personable, so helpful. Amanda, my esthetician, was so talented, thoughtful, careful with my face and products, personable as well, and made me feel like she truly cared about my well being and self care. The shop is by far the prettiest I have seen.

Amazing! I am a regular at NY Nomad location, but was visiting Los Angeles and decided to book an appointment at Heyday Beverly. This location is an experience of its own. Understandably, the location is more spacious than NY. Therefore, each facial sections are a little more private. And there's a patio area for lounging before and after your facial. It was perfect as I needed to make an important business call right after my facial. Friendly and polite staff! Who don't push you to purchase rather inform and recommend products.

This place is an absolute must for your monthly facial! I have a membership and it is so worth it. Catherine was my aesthetician the last I came in and she was so knowledgeable in everything skincare and I left with the most glowy, Hydrating skin

Crystal has been my go to for some time. I took and break, but realize how I need it. She’s so knowledgeable about my skin type and just knows what to do after I had a break out. Love her energy, love how genuine she is and Love how my skin looks after the treatment!

The new Exosome BioBoost is incredible. I can't stop staring at how smooth and glowing my skin looks. Haley did an amazing job! When I first started going to HeyDay my skin was in such a bad place that I felt like hiding when I was out in public, really ashamed of my skin. Now I can run errands or grab coffee, sans makeup, and not overthink about what I look like. Really, thank you to Haley and Melat for saving my skin.

Lesley gave me an incredible facial! It was my first one and she was really kind, taught me everything I need to know and I walked out feeling more relaxed than I've felt in months... Truly life changing.. thank you again, Lesley!!!

My experience was really bad. I went in for facial based on reviews and never signed up for membership but they registered my card for monthly subscription which I never used. I have been calling them to refund the money they charged me for 6 months. And I have not gotten any response

Very overpriced, not relaxing whatsoever, and extremely gimmicky. I went here for the first time bc my friend recommended it to me for a facial. My booking was for 2:10 and I arrived a few minutes after that, I was given a form to fill out which I quickly did and then waited for my esthetician. Once they came to get me and brought me back to the space she told me that our booking would no longer be for the 50 mins I paid for but instead 30 mins. I asked her why that is and if she had someone right after me, and she said she did but offered for me to come back HOURS later to get my 20 mins I paid for. I told her lets just start then please since my time is running down so quickly already. Im already pretty annoyed at this point. She continues to talk to me and ask me questions for an additional 5-6 minutes before starting on my face. She then starts on my face and automatically starts trying to upsell me on other services. I tell her I dont want anything else just my normal facial, (in my head Im thinking how does she have the time to give me these extra services if she claims my booking is now only going to be 30 mins bc of time.) She then tries to sell me on a membership which I was maybe interested in at first but after the whole experience I would never want to go back to them again. The facial space itself was extremely odd and not relaxing in any way, they have it set up as a large open space separated by curtains with bright beaming overhead lights all around you. In the space next to us I could hear loudly another esthetician with her client talking about someone else there. I tried to close my eyes to enjoy the services that I spent $115 on but before I can even start to relax it quickly ends. Afterwards she walks me out and tries upselling me on skincare products that I dont need or want and tries to tell me, a 25 y/o, that I should buy some expensive eye cream they sold bc, "You dont have crows feet now but in the near future you likely will, so you should start on that now." I dont buy anything and then check out with the front desk who gave weird vibes since I first checked in with them, and they ask me if I want to leave a tip. I leave a small tip bc I didnt get all my services and frankly was not at all happy with any of part of the experience. The front desk worker loudly asks me if thats the amount back as if I offended her, I say yes and leave. Never will be going back there and would not even recommend this place to someone I hate.

I read the reviews before I came for my facial, yet I STILL walked away feeling like I wasn't properly advised of the pricing and what to expect. So let me break it down. The facial is ~$145 a pop. For first-timers, there is a ~$31 discount. Each of the enhancements are an additional $80 apiece - no discount on those. However, when you book your appointment as a first-timer, the appointment system quotes you a discount of $70 and enhancements are half-off at $40 each. Then, when it's time to check out, you learn that's only the price if you sign up for their membership/subscription service of ~$115 per month. I believe there's a minimum commitment of 2 months or else 3 months. Obviously, this ends up being quite a lot more than anticipated. I ended up paying ~$120, which isn't crazy but is much more than the advertised price on Instagram. You can tap to pay or swipe. There is a $25 fee for last-minute cancelations. As far as the ambience and environment, this is an open space separated by partitions and curtains. Expect to hear a lot of the same upselling during your 55-minute facial. There's quite a lot of patrons on the weekends. No change of clothing, and not a place with complimentary snacks and drinks. Small parking lot in front with an outdoor seating area included. As far as the actual facial goes, it was a good-enough experience. I'd rate it a 3 out of 5 stars for the facial and overall. The creams felt nice and I do like how my skin feels afterward. No red spots, no irritation showed up until the next day, and the purging process can be annoying. At one point, though, I remember that I received a "head massage" which consisted of the specialist getting her fingers lost in my hair (and I had a hell of a time fixing the frizz in the restroom afterward). That was quite uncomfortable. Instead of a steam machine, they use a hot towel several times throughout the hour. At other places, the LED light or wand products are part of the facial - here, it's $80 extra and considered an "enhancement." In short, this place is intended for people who don't really know about skincare, don't have much of a routine, and/or have the money to spend on hyped-up products. They will educate you on a lot and make facials more feasible on a monthly or quarterly basis, kind of like how The Joint compares to a chiropractor or how Drybar compares to a full-service hair salon - it's more of a bite-sized version of the real thing. If you get facials often, this won't be the best experience for you and there is definitely no spa environment here. Instead of a blanket, they wrap the ends of the bed cover up around you. My specialist talked about products and enhancements for most of my appointment, at least until I made it clear that I wasn't interested. After that, she was just going through the motions and that was fine. My advice: ask about pricing early and often to avoid the bait and switch trick that others have complained about. I made sure to double-check the charge list when they rang me up, too, in case a membership was tacked on somehow. Oh, and expect 4-5 follow-up spam/sales emails after your appointment until you opt out two times. There are a TON of wellness spas and medical centers that offer this and more for a comparable experience in a much more relaxing setting.

Went to do a facial yesterday and let me tell you how highly disappointed I was So for starters after I left my nose and areas such as my T bone was still clogged. She didn't do a good job at extraction as nothing came out and I added a enhancement to my facial which was an additional $80 for literally nothing I got more of a expensive facial massage than an actual facial @which was highly upsetting. I got home did my own extraction for my nose and was just so upset of the fact I paid $214 total for a facial I never received.

I had a facial here on my birthday. Zoe was AMAZING. My skin looked incredible and glowy and dewy like the skin of my literal dreams. She was so cute and sweet and explained everything as she went along. It's super peaceful and serene there, I can't wait to go back!

Meliat is a skin genius. I left feeling so relaxed and glowy. The vibe at Heyday is perfect. I got a nano infusion with my service and it was totally worth it.

I had a great male facialist who catered my facial to my needs - I have bad TMJ and he spent a lot of time massaging it!

I had booked a 10:15 am appointment, but 19 minutes before the appointment was set to begin, I received a text canceling. The reason? "No one able to open the front door to the shop." I had driven across town (in the rain) for this appointment. Inconsiderate and completely unprofessional.

I've never had a facial before, but came here to give it a try and see what my family was raving about! First off, the place is so cute. They have about 6 parking spots in the front which was nice. Their front desk area looked like an aesthetic Sephora shop full of products and the staff was super nice and friendly. If you're a first-timer, you fill out a pretty thorough form on an iPad with your facial goals, skin type and sensitivities. Then you wait for your skin therapist in their trendy outdoor patio. There are plenty of stalls inside, I was surprised by how many stations they had. My skin therapist was really nice and asked me my goals again and routine once in the chair. She was knowledgeable and educated me about the products going on my face and examining my skin for recommendations. It was such a nice experience, and the extractions weren't as painful as I thought. I liked all the products used during my session and felt like a glazed donut when I walked out. I enjoyed my experience here and would come back again, although I don't have many other facial places to compare it to. My only comment is that it's not as "zen" as I thought it would be. It was relaxing, but you can hear a lot of dialogue from other rooms and it's just a very open setting. We also did a fair amount of talking but we were whispering. I envisioned a little more quiet spa-like experience, but it wasn't a huge deal since the facial was great.

My skin was acting up recently and I got a few breakouts, that bothered me a lot. I felt self conscious and decided to book a last minute facial. This place is definitely more fast paced then your average beauty salon. The reception area is pretty nice, but there is not that much of relaxing atmosphere while you're getting the facial. Feels more like you're at the dentist. But I don't really care that much about that as long as my facialist is knowledgeable and gives me the right treatment. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. From the beginning I was saying that I want help with my breakouts and I was interested in some add ons and asked her what would she recommend. She started talking how they have this new awesome treatment hydro wand infusion. So I asked her why would I need it. Her response was, that it will give me GLOW. Hm, and the glow is going to help my breakouts how exactly??? It's just seemed like she didn't care about what I need, just did her usual thing and tried to push unnecessary stuff on me. Her facial massage felt pretty rough, rushed and without much technique. I added microdermabrasion and LED, so my facial turned out to be $275 before tip for roughly 1 hour. I felt like an idiot that just waisted money on the useless thing. Later I went to a different facialist in Van Nuys, which is a bit far away, but I got all of those things and more in a great facial that lasted 80 minutes for $150.

The team at Heyday Beverly was simply fabulous. From booking the appointment to the warm welcome upon arrival and the exceptional facial experience, they convinced me to become a lifelong member. Zoe was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my skincare strategy, making it one of the best experiences I've had. Thanks Ladies, see you soon!!

Had a facial with Jordan and have nothing but great things to say. He is calming and professional, super thorough and addressed all my skin's needs. I've seen a few different estheticians at this location and while all have been good, Jordan is at the top!

I had such a nice experience! As soon as I walked through the door everyone was extremely welcoming. My esthetician, Jordan, was so kind and took the time to explain each step during my facial. I felt so relaxed and I'm looking forward to coming back!

Debbie x a million !! Just had a facial over the weekend with Debbie and she is the most sweetest, thorough, patient and amazing esthetician ever. She never was too pushy to sell me something I didn't want but only offered the best services. We had such great conversation I hardly noticed the minimal "painful" parts of the facial. She had my face looking so fresh, and glowing for a few days after the facial. I cant wait to go back for more!

I loved the set up of the shop and everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the range of products and the custom recommendations at the end! Cynthia was amazing and her background in massage really helped me to feel relaxed.

This place is amaaaazing. Definitely on the pricier side but you can save money with their monthly subscription service. They give you a personalized facial based on your skin's needs and offer great product recommendations after your service. My skin is glowing so much, it looks amazing without makeup or a filter.

I love the place! So clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff are always friendly, and the quality of the facial is great. The aesthetician I go to is wonderful and she does a great job. I always leave feeling great. But, the drive home to Pasadena is rough. Please open one in Pasadena!!!

Haley was my esthetician during my facial. She was very knowledgeable on all the products she used on me and helped me feel relaxed the entire time I was with her. Haley recommended the Gua Sha too, which helped reduce my puffiness! I'm the happiest I have ever been with my skin thanks Haley. I highly, highly recommend her for a flawless complexion!

I've been going to Heyday for multiple years. All of the aestheticians are great, but I really resonated with Mackenzie. As a psychologist, I can say the process is like finding the right fit for your face! It might take time. But, Heyday has a fit for everyone. Just take the time to find yours.

The service wasn't that good compared to other places that I have been. My tire was slashed in their parking lot. I am very handicapped and ended up with a slashed tire in the pouring rain. Aparently, it is known that the owner will slash tires. I got video surveillance feom another store of this happening. Be ware!

i didnt enjoy my experience here and having gone to several facial places...for this price I recommend you just get a real facial with someone who will take time and care on your skin. the few times my facialist said something to me during my facial was when she was trying to upsell me. i didn't find this enjoyable from both a service aspect and also a facial aspect. when my facialist came, i found her not to be very friendly (she made a snide remark about my outfit as soon as she came to get me) but i let it slide. i got on the bed, she asked me a few questions about what I wanted to do - i told her i had some breakouts and my skin was dry - she then immediately tried to upsell me on an $80 microderm add on and membership. i said sure i'd get the microderm add on but not sure about the membership. then for the remainder of the facial she didnt explain what she was doing or what products she was using on my face. throughout my facial i didn't feel like she was educational. she didn't recommend anything in my routine to make my skin better, other then of course getting a membership. she did the microderm machine -- which felt off -- i have had this done at other places and they take more care and attention - this was about 4-5 mins of her passing the microderm machine on my face. she then did some extractions - again, very half done. her hand slipped and now i have a red mark on my jawline from one of the extractions. it happens, but it was just the icing on the cake. and then she rubbed lotions etc on my face and i left. for 130+$80+ tip. this was not worth it. my provider wasn't friendly, came off judgemental and it just felt like a very impersonal and half done experience. i feel like this place caters to people who are getting into skin care, and from my experience i'd tell those people to go somewhere else where they can get a higher level of care and expertise. this just felt like a good for instagram branded place. also for what it's worth, when i went to check-in, there was a girl at the front complaining a peel caused her to have a bad reaction and another girl waiting to get a billing issue resolved and was asking for the manager.

This is my 3rd place to try the monthly facial program. So far, so good! The esthi is very knowledgeable and she walks me through the entire process. Massage amazing! I'm doing the peel enhancement with every facial. Must say I'm really happy with the results.

The price point does not reflect the service.. went twice and signed up for the membership at first but ended up at the derm because of the service. Someone reached out when I canceled and when I wrote back that I had a negative experience and didn't want to continue they just *didn't reply* Also if you like quiet you can hear everything around you because it's just curtains separating you from other clients. This place was not it for me plus a derm bill and lots of upselling at the end.

I didn't have super high expectations because Heyday offers more of an "express" facial than a soothing, ultra private spa experience, but I was blown away. Parking: small lot with about 4-5 spaces, which were gone by the time I arrived. Luckily, free street parking wasn't hard to find on a Friday afternoon. Check-in: Front desk staff were super friendly, and their outdoor patio (their equivalent of a lobby) is adorable. As a new customer, I had to fill out a questionnaire about my skin, concerns, goals, etc., and it was the most thorough I've ever filled out...which probably explains why my facial was perfect. Facial: Don't expect meditative music or ultra privacy. The playlist is upbeat and modern. There are long, thick curtains that divide each facial station from the other, so you can hear others and they can hear you. However, it didn't detract from my experience. My esthetician Mackenzie was super kind, knowledgeable about my skin concerns (rosacea, sensitivity), and even dug down into my pores to get out gunk that they didn't even remove at my last facial last month (different business, not Heyday). I'm not a skincare newbie, so we were about to chat about different ingredients, and she even dropped some knowledge about ingredients I'd never heard before that might work for me. I ended up signing up for a membership on the spot, which is not at all what I expected to do when walking in (which was prompted by a discount offered by an influencer). They didn't push it on me, nor any products, but I was so impressed that I took the plunge. My skin feels super smooth and I can't wait to see how it looks and feels in the coming months if I keep up my membership. Thanks, Heyday!

Heyday gives a good maintenance facial. My skin always looks fresh and glowing afterwards. The staff is super friendly and they make great product recommendations after your treatment. I'd say that if you are looking for a lot of extractions or a relaxing massage, this isn't the place for you. The "rooms" are partitioned with curtains so you can hear everything going on around you. Also, the chairs feel like you're at the dentist. It's not spa like at all so be warned. My only major complaint is that it's always cold!!!! Even though they provide a blanket make sure you bring a sweater. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. I've seen a number of estheticians and they're all great. There are some parking spots in front which is convenient and it's never difficult for me to get an appointment time.

Screenshots attached speak for themselves - HeyDay advertise 50% off for first time facial clients. Pricing mechanism about add-ons was not explained at any stage and facialist suggested we do a LED red light. At the checkout, the staff immediately tried to upsell me to a membership and book in the next appointment in 4 weeks, to which I said I will need to have a think. I then questioned why the price was so high at the check out and they said because of the tip being on the full service price. At home I reviewed the receipt sent through via email and it became clear I was charged an add-on fee for the LED light. Not only this, but this was not discounted at the 50% off for first facial. At no point was this disclosed or was I asked, also when look at the original offer on their website this was not explained. Customer support then ignored the request for refund and after I emailed back proceeded to ghost me. I then emailed the non-branch specific customer email who also never responded. This is very strange treatment of first-time customer. Whilst the facial itself was good, this is a bad way of establishing a new relationship with a place you would visit frequently. I felt tricked and don't think I can trust this brand after this experience. If it hadn't been for this customer service experience, I would have definitely come back and gotten a membership.

Heyday was on my list to try as soon as it opened. I went for a 50 min facial 7 days ago. Great service, very informative during my facial, and very comfortable. 2 Downsides; I can hear other peoples conversations. It's all separated by curtains and not rooms. A day after my facial my face/ neck broke out in a rash. My assumption is the reaction to the ingredients in the product used on my face. Everyone reacts differently, that's just part of skincare. It was probably one of the worst break outs I've ever had. As much as I did like the place, I probably won't be returning for the reason of the skin condition I had after. I do suggest trying out the Heyday because I thought the facial was great, and so was the experience, just my skin didn't like it to much. ENJOY!

I had the best facial with Haley!!! She made my skin feel so smooth and hydrated. My texture is a lot better. She is super knowledgeable and has taught me a lot about my skin! I was so relaxed- such a luxurious experience it's also super cute inside!!! Love the vibes. Book Haley if you go!

The decor and service here is splendid! I had dry and congested skin and needed a pick me up. Laciann took very good care of my skin and listened to my skin concerns. She was familiar with the medical skin issues I had and the topical medicines I was already using. After a few extractions, a nice consultation, and informative and relaxing 50 min facial my face had a nice supple, toned, glow. They didnt sell me on any products- they just guided me into products I felt like I really needed based off my skin concerns and needs. Not like your average sephora visit where you dont know what youre buying and playing guessing games.

What a lovely place! Everyone I've spoken to here is just so sweet, and accommodating. They're also super patient answering questions and booking is pretty easy online. Melat, the racialist/esthetician is fabulous! She really listens to your skin concerns and makes great recommendations. I was nervous going in to get a facial (I'm a newbie) and everything Melat has done has truly been so gentle but effective. I'm glowing y'all! Side note: the patio is SO lovely!

Stopped in here for a promotion, and decided to check out what a professional facial feels like. It's good, really good. Think I'm going to have to add this to my routine...kinda like a haircut. The vibe is clean, authentic, and friendly. This isn't a zone out zen music place, there's a great playlist and my skin therapist (I think that's what they're called) calmly explained every step of the process. Honestly, I was so relaxed and in my happy place that I barely noticed all the details, but I should wear sunscreen. The aromas, lotions & potions & touch were uplifting. Great experience... I will be back!

Getting a membership for myself has been the best decision I've made. You can't go wrong with any estheticians at Beverly. I leave feeling so refreshed and clean every single time. Appointments are always super timely and prompt. Thank you Heyday!!

No idea why people bother to come here instead of going somewhere that gives real skincare advice. All they do is upsell you on product and smear creams around your face. I've been getting facials here for 6 months and seen no improvement in my skin. Cute murals though

I have been known to be particular when it comes to spa experiences, but Annie was lovely: perfectly communicative about what they were doing and why, and super intuitive and attentive to my needs -- and my skin :) Left feeling supremely relaxed and glowy, with no downtime at all.

The best my skin has ever been... A promise i made to myself for 2022 was to take really good care of my skin and work towards not wearing makeup anymore. I had a chemical peel / gua sha from Annie recently and my skin has honestly never looked better. this was the type of motivation i needed to really get excited about my skin and take good care of it. Annie walked me through the entire process (of which i knew 0), helped me make sense of my current skincare routine and recommend products to use and how to use them. I cant say enough good things about Annie! If you're a facial regular - you should go. if you're a facial newbie like me - GO!!! thank you Annie!! thank you Heyday for a beautiful environment, kind staff and for hiring such talented estheticians

I LOVE this place!! Yes, the whole place, not only are the facials great but the entire space is an oasis and it'll have you in a good mood from before you walk in to well after you've left. When you step in you're promptly greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. If it's your first time you'll be asked to fill out a survey that really gets to know your skin/lifestyle. They carry several clean beauty brands that range from affordable to splurges and while the staff is knowledgable and up to answer any questions you may have, they're not pushy about making a sale or judgmental if you're just curious and asking questions. Since you can ask for samples on almost anything they use on you during your facial, you'll have a great chance to see if the products truly work for you at home when you're not being pampered by a professional. Stephanie (I think her name is spelled differently) is my favorite esthetician, she has the gentlest hands and is so knowledgable about skin care! If I had unlimited funds and time I'd definitely go in daily just to have her wash my face! Seriously, you'll feel like you just went on a week long meditation/spa/yoga retreat after feeling the calming sensation of Stephanie's work! After your facial, they'll send you a typed up recap email mentioning what you got done during your facial, any problem areas you addressed, answers to questions you had, and product suggestions that might have come up. I wish the extractions were a bit more thorough but they emphasize not forcing what isn't ready to come out yet a lot so I respect that. When you're done (you'll be sad to have to get up) but will quickly feel better once you're walked over to the mirror to see your new face all dewy and radiant. I cannot wait for Heyday to open up its doors again!

I gifted my sister a facial from here for her birthday, and was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and care she received. I was worried the spot may have been all pomp and no circumstance, seeing as how many trendy, cutesy, readily-Instagrammable places are these days, but it was genuinely an establishment dedicated to good skincare. I look forward to returning post-COVID. Really loved the vibe of this place!

I really enjoyed my first appointment at Heyday! This location has such a nice and relaxing vibe and I love their open air patio waiting area. Jordan was amazing and talked me through every step of the facial. I came in looking for some new products for my routine and he recommended a couple of things to add without it breaking the bank. My skin looked so smooth after and feels great. I also have to say Jordan did the least painful extractions I've ever had! He was great. One other thing I personally liked is they don't use the steam wand thing that blows directly in your face like other places which I prefer as I find it too overwhelming. Ava was amazing! I did the 50 min with micro dermabrasion add on. She was so thorough in every step, including extractions, which some facialists don't get everything. Im also happy to hear she'll be moving to the new silverlake location, which is closer to me. I'm excited to continue my skincare maintenance with her! I'm docking a star for the price given the set up (no rooms and dentist style chairs, not beds). It's really loud with other guests/facialists talking around you through the curtains. Ava went above and beyond to make it relaxing nonetheless, but that was certainly a distraction. With my add on, my facial was the same price as many of the luxury spas I've been to in LA (ex: $120 at Queen Bee) so I do think they should either make the set ups more private or lower the price a bit.

I really had a wonderful experience! This location has parking which is such a plus. Everything was super clean and efficient and everyone was very nice. My esthetician was Jordan G. He did a great job in explaining everything he used, as well as at home maintenance and product recommendations. He did a thorough job and I left with my skin feeling bright and rejuvenated. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

They may change your appointment time same day and expect you to reschedule on their behalf. Kinda ruined an already stressful day and the staff could care less- they blamed the tension all on me. The place feels like a cheap chain with bad vibes anyway, so glad to never return.

I went here today . I loved the experience . The oils and creams felt great . I loved their little store . It was pricey but worth it .

Simply the BEST facial experience ever. Very polite and professional staff. My facial itself was very relaxing, yet informative, and my skin looks so hydrated and clear! The facility is clean, calming and welcoming. Highly recommend if you need a spot for routine facials and extractions.

My first facial here at heyday...heard great things about it on social media so decided to check it out. Adi K. was super nice and examined my skin and then got to work on making it better. My first session was great, I will be back next month!

This is a wonderful spot. The service is great and they execute the concept perfectly. It's a chill vibe and I really like the music they play (kind of want the playlist, if I'm being real). I have had two 50-minute facials with Jessika. She really takes the time to understand my skin needs and help adjust/optimize my routine. She's thorough and nice and I always leave feeling and looking totally brightened and refreshed. Definitely recommend.

I never leave reviews but I feel ripped off my Heyday. Having gotten many facials over the years, I know that sometimes you "purge" after a facial but I woke up the day after with red, blotchy patches on my face - completely out of the ordinary. During the facial itself, the facialist kept mentioning "enhancements" but never stated that it was $40 extra for each enhancement so I ended up with a bill far larger than I initially anticipated. To add onto this, I was thereafter charged $99 every month for 3 months - I thought I had my identity stolen, but I someone at Heyday had signed me up for the monthly membership that I never expressed any interest in. I am in shock from the service of this company and extremely disappointed.
