I had a very disappointing experience today at this Heytea location. A female staff member took my order, but the menu did not clearly show cup sizes, so I assumed there was only one size. When she first asked me “medium or large,” I politely asked if there was only one size. She responded very impatiently.
She then asked if I was ordering the Grapefruit Boom. I said yes, and again she replied in a very annoyed tone and repeated “medium or large.” Throughout the interaction, her attitude felt rude and unfriendly.
When the drink was ready, she called out the drink name in an impatient way, put it on the counter quickly, didn’t ask if I needed a bag, and immediately walked away as if she didn’t want to interact with me at all.
This was a very, very bad experience, especially for a brand like Heytea that’s known for good service. I hope management can provide better staff training on customer service.
