This place is the best!!!I can get all fresh fruits and vegetables. They take cash and debit card. Some fruits are hard to find but whenever Wed comes I know where to go. I literally changed my schedule at work to go to the market on Wednesdays and it's walking distance from my house. There's this one food stand that I particular love that sells hot food 😌 it's sooo yummy. If you're ever in the area, stop by the blaisdell center around 3 pm and you will see all the vendors and tents, mahola😀

Google
A must go for all locals and tourists alike. It’s a wonderful environment with may options to choose from, whether you’re looking for something to eat or produce to purchase. Most produce stands are locally grown and for the most part are very reasonably priced and quality. The food is quite expensive though so be aware that you’ll probably spend close to $20/person for a good full meal. La Tour bakery has the best sourdough on island, while their sweets and treats are really expensive (think $6 for a brownie), the loafs are reasonable. They are taking COVID precautions so you’re no longer allowed to eat on site and must wear a mask at all times. They have also moved it to the side due to recent COVID vaccines, parking can get tough but there’s plenty to go around. Bus #2 will let you off right out front. Overall a great and fun place for the entire family!

Google
Really good food options. Prices are reasonable for some, but totally worth the money and some others are pretty cheap for amazing food as well! Small, beautiful, convenient, and good prices! Loved it. 😍

Google
Only 10% were selling farmer's products like fruits and vegetables, the rest is more like a food (truck) market. The food is mainly Thai, Vietnamese or Chinese style. Maybe the other food markets are different.

Google
The Koshari, Egyptian food and hibiscus tea is my favorite. Followed by Paniolo Chocolate ice cream.

Google
Wish there was more produce vendors, but the two that weee there were pretty good. Great prepared food options! Bahn Mi from Pig and the Lady… Lots to try so back next week.

Google
overall okay 👌 overpriced " YES " everything except for fruits and vegetables is high in price " they even " ask for tips. Mainly food, bakery and beverages offered.

Yelp
Stopped at the Honolulu Farmers Market on a Wednesday evening. It was smaller than I expected, but it was also filled with great small businesses! Everyone was nice and the market was cozy! A couple places had fresh fruit and vegetables. Lots of places to get great foods! Definitely worth checking out! My only complaint is that we weren't sure where to park.

Jason H.

Yelp
Location is great Free parking is awesome Selection of booths are minimal but decent More booths would be great Fresh produce selection was decent. Could be better but the prices and quality is really good Food booths are good but need more to choose from I definitely recommend Pets are welcome unlike California Farmers Markets

Yelp
Farmers' market or a foodie market? Please see my pictures. Arena parking lot today as there was an event at the Concert Hall. Quality/Quantity - If you are looking for a farmers' market, you might be disappointed, only 2 vendors. If you are looking for a foodie market, this is the place to be. We frequented so many new vendors, and some familiar ones! Supporting the locals. We got the Youpo Noodles HI (hand pulled noodles), and it was fantastic! Very good! Spicy!!! Atmosphere - Food market. We Ubered, so can't tell you about the parking. Clean bathrooms in the building, so much better than outhouses, thank you. Service - Good, nice to feel like a local again. Took a week, but finally people thought we were from here. Price - Depends where you shop. Owner Comment - Hosted by the Farm Bureau; congrats on your success since 1948.

Yelp
Looks like fruits were bought somewhere else and just resold at this market . I walked from Hilton Hawaiian village to Marriott Waikiki and passed by 2 farmers markets , both of them had exactly the same items for sale... seems like franchise chain with overpriced fruits and souvenirs. Tourist trap

Yelp
Ah....the joy of a Wednesday night trip the Honolulu Farmers Market can not be beat. It doesn't hurt that I live across the street.... One of my favorite moments of the week is the post market elevator ride with fellow building residents where we can compare notes on our favorite vendors! Speaking of.... Here are my favorite vendors: Pig & the Lady...Bahn Mit perfection. Little Sparrow...spaetzle dishes reimagined. Ho Farms...excellent produce and pickles Papi's Empanadas...great selection of empanadas but try out the quinoa salad too. The Local General Store...excellent meats and prepared goods. Get there early if you want one of their amazing house-made cookies or desserts! Youpo Noodles....get your noodle hand-pulled by an expert then tossed with cumin lamb. You won't be sorry. Alex Produce...it is a farmers market after all.

Yelp
Got lots of great food from all kinds of different vendors. This farmer's market is more like a food market though. There are lots of food vendors but very little stands that sell just fruits and veggies. But super nice people all around and very welcoming! Overall would recommend if you just want to taste some fruits which there's a vendor that sells a whole box that they cut up in front of you! And also just wanting to try different kinds of popular foods. I got this seared ahi with shrimp from a vendor (sadly don't remember the name) and it was heavenly especially the sauce they use!

Bruce P.

Yelp
No place to sit. Thumbs down when you are crippled Don't believe that one review on the page of that one truck that says it has lemon meringue pie. The truck that supposed to have it doesn't. I'm sure they have a lot of stands that have a lot of tasty food. I didn't try them. I wanted lemon meringue pie. You would probably go there and have a great time.

Beth R.

Yelp
Small market with mostly food vendors. The food was just okay. We tried some Thai, some French fries, a milkshake and spring rolls. There are two fresh veggies and fruit stands, honey and one bakery. Lots of dogs visiting and free parking. People running the market were friendly.

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
Support local and attend the monthly Farmers Market at Ala Moana Center. Local vendors with everything from pot holder, Hinode Rice bags repurposed as reusable grocery bag to hand made specialized jewelry to Lihing snacks and seasone gummies. They even had stands with baseball mits and washi tape. The list goes on. Every booth unique and special units own way. I got a my melody reusable drinking glass with a leak proof bamboo life and straw and some washi tape. All the vendors were friendly and answered any questions we had. I do wish they had more vendors. It's a quick walk through with about 20 stalls but the space is limited. It was a nice easygoing time with no pressure to buy. Just local people making things through creativity and skill. It was a nice time. Oh yeah my daughter and her friend bought jewelry from Aj jewelry. She makes some great pieces. Definitely worth a visit.

Yelp
Honestly this is one of my favorite Farmers' Market...others may disagree due the size being just a fraction vs others and probably the choices of vendors participating. I am truly blessed to be working and with that just about NEVER have weekends off, though even if I did I'd still be a regular here whenever possible. Honolulu Farmers' Market is here every Wednesday nights 4pm to 7pm with the most convenient free parking just steps away from the beautiful lawn of the Blaisdell concert hall. Being a crafter as far as I can remember and have done a few craft fairs myself I can't imagine the struggles some have gone through since COVID has taken over with the change we now must adjust and live through. I have deep compassion for farmers and small business who have put so much passion into their dreams. I've know and seen some businesses that were forced to shut down and it broke my heart, so this is just one way that I can help and love to hear and get to know some that has stories to tell and always do their best to take care of us and I feel grateful and thankful...thank you!!

Yelp
Over the past year and a half since its inception (December 2018), it seems that the Blaisdell Farmers Market has been renamed to Honolulu Farmers Market also decreased in the number of vendors. They've rotated their location between the lawn at the Blaisdell Concert Hall facing King Street or the parking lot of the Blaisdell Arena facing Kapiolani Boulevard. This farmers market meets regularly on Wednesdays from 4:00 pm to 7 pm. There is free parking available in the Blaisdell Concert Hall & Arena's parking structure. Through our several visits to this farmers market, it appears that there are more food stalls than farms being represented. You can get lots of ethnic, artisan, and local food items ranging from appetizers to desserts. Our past visits have been "beelines" to either the Sweet Revenge or The Pig & The Lady food booths. We always make sure to bring our own insulated bags to maintain the proper food temperature of our purchases as we walk to and from this market. We look forward to getting either a mochi bento (every 3rd week of the month) or a Thai curry chicken pot pie from Sweet Revenge and a teriyaki shoyu chicken plate from Hawaiian Style Chili Company this week.

Yelp
Okay, I've only been here technically once, but I have to say: The first time I went here and got Thai food. The pumpkin curry bowl with sticky rice and the pork skewers are AMAZING. The second time, my boyfriend got produce from vendors bring home ingredients to make pico de gallo, and it was so fresh that a quart and a half disappeared in two days. BUT the main reason I'm writing this is for the gentleman that makes one of the TOP THREE pastas I've had IN HAWAII. First is probably Uni pasta (or something else pasta) from Arancino Kahala. Second is La Cucina. Third, but coming up very close is this random never would have suspected it farmer's market pasta. Carbonara and Amatriciana. Just get those. It's gonna take 30 minutes, even if you get there early. It's one guy making pasta from scratch, fresh, with noodles and sauces that he made from scratch. Just put your order in, go buy your veggies and bread, wander around to look at booths, then come back. My boyfriend hates waiting in line but he said he would wait an hour for this. We left some of it out and ate it five hours later and it was STILL delicious, even all cold. Even the best restaurant stuff you save isn't THIS good later on. I don't like that I spilled this secret spot, but I really hope he opens his own restaurant one day, if he wants to. I would eat his pasta and bread every day and enjoy every pound that I put on!

Troy P.

Yelp
I've only been once but really enjoyed our visit. Almost more places to eat fresh cooked food versus getting produce or other grocery type items. Not sure if that's the case all the time but I thought there would be more actual farmer vendors. Either way it's a great little market near the Blaisdell Center in the middle of Honolulu, oh and there is FREE Parking! We scored some mac nut banana bread, apple banana, rambutan, ice cream, and Thai noodles. I'd it were a little later in the afternoon I would be totoally happy just eating my way around the whole place and sample something from every booth. Good crowd of people, nice to see the city show up for the vendors. Almost everyone masked up too, wasn't sure if it was required with current Hawaii mandates but definitely a strong majority wearing them.

Lora C.

Yelp
COVID times are hard.... Here's to me trying to help support local... We're all struggling. Feels like there was less vendors than usual. I don't blame them. Some of the vendors veggies didn't look as fresh as I had hope. I miss pre covid times with more vendors and more food options.

Demi F.

Yelp
Despite it's name, Honolulu Farmer's Market is more like a night market for food vendors rather than a farmers market that sells fresh fruits and produce (I believe there was one or two vendors selling produce). I knew this coming here, so I came on an empty stomach and prepared to eat my lunch/dinner here. There is free parking in a garage/lot adjacent to the farmer's market, and there are lots of helpful signs you can follow. Since the farmers' market is on a nice grassy spot, many people will walk their dogs through here. There are some tables for you to stand and eat your food, but there are also lots of families who bring picnic blankets and sit around to eat, which is really cute as well. While the size of this farmer's market is on the smaller side, there are plenty of options to choose from for dinner and in fact, I came here twice (Honolulu Farmers' Market goes on every Wednesday from 4-7 pm) to try out all the foods I wanted. There are a good array of food choices, including Vietnamese food, Hawaiian plates, noodles, sliders, takoyaki, chicken pot pies, ice cream, boba, etc.

Grace W.

Yelp
Pretty awesome farmers market. I think it was better than the Waikiki one bc there is just so much more cooked food varieties found here. We grabbed our dinners here and even found a dessert. It wasn't too crowded. We didn't have to wait in too many long lines.

Andy F.

Yelp
If you're looking for an actual Farmer's Market filled with multiple vendors selling fresh fruits and vegetables, and other locally grown products, this is not it. This is far from it, so I advise avoiding this "Farmer's Market" if you're looking for that. What this Farmer's Market should be called is a weekly "Mini Eat The Street." 98% of this market are food vendors with only one small, and extremely limited produce stall that close to all its produce were old and soon to be discarded. Everything looked like those $1 packaged veggies in Chinatown, but worse. I did not buy anything. It wasn't like this before. Come to this market if you're looking for a meal because you'll find a wide variety of food here with The Pig and the Lady as it's main attraction. There's plate lunch, Mexican, burgers, musubis, desserts, Filipino, Thai, and etc. The only positive here is this market is conveniently located in front of the Blaisdell Concert Hall at the corner of S. King Street and Ward Avenue with FREE parking inside. The gates are up, so you can freely enter and exit. It's hours are 4-7PM every Wednesday. Overall, I'd give it four stars for free parking and variety of food vendors, and zero stars for the severe lack of produce and being an actual Farmer's Market selling farmed products.

Rand E.

Yelp
A great local food vendor market! Come here regularly for the Wednesday market for dinner. It's great with a wide variety of choices...hand thrown noodles, pizza, Vietnamese, bentos, laulaus, fresh drinks, Italian style pasta to name a few. Theres a small selection of vegetable stalls as well.

Lily F.

Yelp
Farmers Market is located at Blaisdell Center where parking is free. On Wednesday, hours are from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. They rotate locations between Blaisdell Arena parking lot or concert hall lawn. A list of vendors is on Hawaii Farm Bureau's website at https://hfbf.org/farmers-markets/honolulu/ I haven't been here for ages. La Tour Bakery is gone. Old vendor are Olay Thai food and Pig and the Lady Vietnamese food. New vendors are Bao Bites which sells bao with sweet and meat filling; Sweet Revenge which sells fruit and meat pies; and Side Street Inn.

Rachie P.

Yelp
Who doesn't love a farmers market? Support local, get fresh and maybe non GMO and chemicals... I'm not sure how the parking situation goes but there is a lot and street metered parking available. I pretty much follow Sweet Revenge and Olay's around. I love their food. In following them, I discover different vendors wherever they're at. Nice to get out of the box once in a while. I just wish I had enough funds to support every vendor I see... There weren't many produce vendors. More hot or ready made foods available. But seriously, come check this farmers market out. Since I have a different work schedule, I'm able to catch this one more often! Ill be back with an update soon enough.

Kim B.

Yelp
I always try to buy fresh and local. However it's getting a bit expensive here and I'm really irritated when I see people selling absolutely something that is NOT local. I mean I think some farmers must think I'm off my rocker not knowing that a beautiful Sunkist orange is still a Sunkist orange without a sticker. Today I found some awesome cucumbers, fresh ginger, cilantro (I say the bunches are smaller and smaller), won bok, choy sum, and great local oranges all this ran me close to $50. Is this really the price of produce? I'm sad because I went to the farmers market in SF and they had so many delicious fruits and more seasonal veggies and not as nearly as expensive as Hawaii. I remember even in Hilo their farmers market prices were reasonable. Somethings got to give. I mean I know farming is hard work and possibly the rent is high but at these prices Costco shopping is cheaper but I don't want that!! Wishing for better prices in 2022 I can't afford it. Lol. However I will always be a farmers market fan to get my produce that lasts way longer than any store bought ones. *deep sigh*

Yelp
Visiting Farmers Markets is my jam. I visit them frequently when home and enjoy visiting them while away on vacation. To me, farmers markets give a good insight into the local produce and food scene. So I try to visit them whenever possible. The Wednesday farmers market at Neil Blaisdell Center has just a few produce vendors and a lot of food vendors. Ironically, there are very few places to sit down and eat. While I have only visited a handful of times when in the area, it looks like it has shrunk at least 30% compared to a year ago. Typically we visit this FM because of Pig & The Lady. It's much more convenient to get our pho banh mi fix here than in Chinatown. Plus, they're the only vendor with actual seating! We also enjoy the Guava Smoked fried rice. It's super tasty and the owner is the nicest guy. We recently bought kulolo and poi from a vendor that I think is called Momona but I'm not exactly sure since his table lacked any signage. There are about 3-4 produce vendors. However for the prime produce, you'd have to get here early because the good stuff is gone quick! The produce is local so it's common to find papaya, pineapple, long beans, purple sweet potato, and daikon. I haven't found much in terms of herbs or flowers. I think this FM could be so much more if they had a dedicated eating area and a few more produce and food vendors. It's decent but not one that i'd go out of my way to visit.

Meg P.

Yelp
This was an unexpected treat. We actually rode the bus there. We were most impressed by the spetzel and the fresh Italian noodle guy. The produce was fresh too. We said we will return when we are next in Oahu

James G.

Yelp
Great food vendors local Asian and Mexican Covid safe with officers patrolling Mix of prepared hot foods and produce Live music sets the atmosphere Nice lawns for pick nicking Most vendors take care but have cash Not much crafts shops like other markets Bathroom available Vendors friendly mostly

Sheryl M.

Yelp
The Honolulu Farmers' Market is a nice middle of the week break that occurs each Wednesday afternoon from 4p - 7p. I don't get to come here very often because my work schedule doesn't always allow it, but when it does, I like coming here to grab a bite to eat and just chill. The last time I came here, they were set up at the corner of Ward Ave. and King St., but last night they were at the corner of Kapiolani Blvd. and Ward Ave. They rotate? Vendors come and go but one that still appears to be going strong here is The Pig & The Lady. Unfortunately, by the time we got there at about 630ish, lots of things were already sold out so we got food from Guava Smoked and Burritos and Burgers Hawaii. Not bad, but I would like to go to each restaurant and try other menu items too. Local farmers also set up booths and sell fresh fruits and vegetables too if you're interested. Admission is free, so if you get the chance, go!

Mo S.

Yelp
If you happen to be in the area on Saturdays I would highly recommend the diamond head market. Wow what a choice of food, vegetables and fruit and the coffee and honey local choices are excellent. We really enjoyed being there and would have gone again had we stayed another Saturday.

Brooke N.

Yelp
I love this Farmer's Market! I come nearly every Saturday to buy up some fresh, local veggies and bread for the week, grab some food for brunch and then I enjoy it outside under the covered eating area while jamming to the music from the local band. The live music group plays a variety of Hawaiian and nostalgic old schools jam. I love their smooth sound! The vendors are also great, everything from wood fired pizza, freshly cut coconut water, local honey, fresh flowers and succulents, local chef making gourmet omelets, crepes, Thai food - go for the Mango Sticky Rice!, red beet hummus, Waimanalo Fresh Farms, etc. Go for the great prices on the produce and unique local vendors; stay for the music and grind on some fresh food!

Michelle A.

Yelp
I work close to Blaisdell so going to the farmer's market after work is very convenient. I did so on one of the Wednesdays that they are always there. Pros: -Free parking in the structure. If you go to the market, just let the attendant know, just make sure there isn't an event that day. -Good amount of food vendors that are diverse. My fav is the Pig and the Lady. So good everytime I go. -there are about 3-4 produce vendors that have reasonably priced items. I like to get the kabocha that is cut into pieces since it's so hard to cut it myself. -another of my favs is La Tour bakery. I love getting their taro bread, croissants, and cookies. Cons: -I wish there were more vendors especially other types of vendors like textiles or crafts -if there are events at the concert hall, then the market moves to the back parking area of Blaisdell which I don't like since I have to walk farther, but that's probably just my opinion. Overall, I enjoy coming here to get produce and sometimes to get dinner since the options are so yummy.

Michael C.

Yelp
Forget Old MacDonald. THAT farm couldn't possibly compare to THIS farmer's market. From produce, breads, flavorful drinks, and delicious food, this farmer's market surely has something will catch your attention. NOTE: For more information on other farmer's markets taking place on Oahu, please visit http://hfbf.org/markets/ LOCATION: On the lawn fronting the Neal Blaisdell Concert Hall. HOURS: Wednesdays, 4-7pm PARKING: Free parking available in the Blaisdell Center parking garage. *side note*: There was no attendant in the parking booth on the day I visited this farmer's market, and therefore I just drove thru into the garage. I was told by other yelpers that if an attendant is present, just inform them you are going to the farmer's market. VENDORS: 1. Aloha Sweet Potato: Catherine T. and I had sampled their sweet potatoes fries while waiting for other Yelpers to arrive. These were so good!! The fries were still warm and served with just a touch of salt. Recommended. 2. Sweet Revenge: Thanks to a recommendation by Jacob N., this was the MAIN reason I was looking forward to this farmer's market. After much deliberation (sometimes I can take forever to make a decision!), I decided to order the special of the day: Quiche with bacon, mushrooms, and spinach. And the verdict: Delicious!! Thanks to the generosity of others in our group, I was also able to sample the chicken pot pie, and the s'mores and mango dessert pies. All the pies I tried were delectable and well-prepared. I look forward to trying more items from Sweet Revenge in the future. 3. Bonfire Pizza Company: Some Like It Hot. Yes, of course, I am referring to the NAME of the pizza that our group ordered. It's made with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese. We waited for about 5-10 minutes for the pizza to be cooked, as it was absolutely worth the wait. Surely recommended. TIP: CASH ONLY at most vendors, but some accept credit cards (look for signage or credit card logos). BOTTOM LINE: Good food. Wonderful assortment of vendors. FREE parking. Don't forget most vendors/businesses are CASH ONLY.

Nat N.

Yelp
Came here last night for dinner with some friends and we had a blast! The ironic thing is that we didn't buy a single vegetable or fruit - we just bought food to consume on the spot: 1) The Ultimate Burger and Ultimate Fries from The Ultimate Burger - awesomeness! They use grass-fed beef from the BI. We had to wait a while for the food, but it's worth the wait. 2) Sweet potatoes from a Japanese vendor that heats it up on coals right on the spot - best sweet potatoes I've ever eaten - so soft, tender, and warm. She has both purple and yellow sweet potatoes for sale. 3) Kettlecorn - they don't make it on the spot but it still tasted fresh and crunchy. They have mastered the right combination of sugar and salt. 4) Inferno pizza - order your pizza when you get there, then shop around, because it takes about 30-40 minutes since they can only bake 2 at a time in their wood-fire oven. 5) mochi from Made in Hawaii foods - their mochi is ultra-soft and they don't skip on the fillings! If you can score one of two tables with chairs, you are set for a wonderful evening of great food and live music! But even if you don't score one of the tables, you still have a lil picnic on the lawn. They also make available the bathrooms in the concert hall!

Kao S.

Yelp
I love farmers markets and since I was here in Hawaii, I had to come and buy some fresh fruits to enjoy. With many vendors you have many options and different items to buy. Everything look so fresh and smelled so good but I had to limit myself as I couldn't eat all of it before heading back home. However I did buy quite enough to last my trip there. Half dozen fresh guava Bunch of bananas Two papaya And a fresh cut pineapple All for $15 When you're in Hawaii again, please go to the farmers market. You will not regret it.

Nelson Q.

Yelp
We drove past the Blaisdell Concert Hall and saw that the Honolulu Farmers Market was going on and we've never been, so we decided to check it out. Its a pretty small farmers market that happens on Wednesdays that offers a wide variety of produce, baked goods, and other ready to eat onolicious grindz. We shared the following: Poke Bowl from Hibachi Vegan Lasagna from Greens and Vines Arancini and Kalamansi Lime Refresher from ???? Everything we tried was pretty good, but the Arancini was kinda bland.. Wifey also picked up some sweet Pineapple to eat afterwards. Plenty of free parking here, so come on down and support local businesses! ALOHA!!! Shaka Meter: \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ 3 YELP 365 CHALLENGE 2014-(64/365) "Food Filled Wednesdays"

Krysten I.

Yelp
I've decided I should attend more farmers markets. I decided this thinking I would buy more local produce, eat healthier etc. On my last visit to the Honolulu Farmer's Market, however, I didn't even get a chance to visit the "farmers". I was too distracted by the prepared foods side. There are so many great prepared food options, but I have to say, Sweet Revenge and the Pig and the Lady are definitely my favorites! I had a lemongrass/pork meatball sandwich fromt the pig and the lady and a beliini pie from Sweet Revenge. both were SOOOOO delicious. I like the flavor combinations at the Pig and the Lady and I love that Sweet revenge makes sweet pies that aren't ridiculously sweet. I wish there were more seating options to enjoy your food (the Pig and the lady booth always has their own tables, but if you don't get food from there, youre a little more out of luck). The parking situation is a little tight and I hate the parking lot here. My friend and I ended up walking a bit from our parking space, but there is a high turnover, so if you're patient, you can wait for a good spot. Parking is also free!! Next time, I will definitely check out the produce side before I hit the pies and vietnamese sandwiches.

Val D.

Yelp
Looking around to find a place to eat dinner, I noticed that there were a lot more food vendors at this event, so I decided to stop by. Open right at dinner time, a convenient place with a variety of food vendors to choose from for a quick take-out dinner for the family! This time we chose to try: Macadamian Nut crusted Mahi Mahi at Hui in the Pot Pandan Claypot Chicken and stuffed tofu at The Pig and the Lady Thai Coconut Chicken Curry at Da Spot The above are rated separately on Yelp. There were so many vendors in different rows this time, that it was too late to buy from them since I had a limited time to order that night.

Toma C.

Yelp
Throw place was a disappointment for me. I was excited to go get some yummy food. The only place that has a sitting area is the pig and lady. I would have ate here but I could bust out the 14.00 or 16.00 for pho, plus I don't like the thicker noodle. The waffle place see my photos looked the best to get. I didn't try it but maybe another time. The Mary at the macadamia tent was nice and we bought the glaze and cinnamon glaze. They were practically out of nuts when we got here around 8ish maybe close to 9 I am not sure but we got here around 8. The fruits were reasonable @2.50 papaya and 3.00 for pineapples. The vegetables were price reasonable a bag of lettuce 3.00. The one star is the disappointment of food vs the price. I rather eat where I can sit and enjoy my meal. The exception would be something you can just hold and eat like hot dogs, corn on the cob ...not a full on meal or soup. I couldn't pay 4.00 for a corn on the cob. I will be back but it seem more like for tourist this farmers market.

Connie M.

Yelp
By far, my favorite Farmers' Market in town! Personally for me, I would hate to wake up early to shop, so the Farmers' Market at KCC isn't really on my list of places to go. What's nice about the Honolulu Farmers' Market is the fact that it opens around 4 PM and it's not as crowded compared to other markets. Sad thing is that it's only open on Wednesdays! PS: free parking!

Yelp
When I hear the phrase, "Farmers' Market", I think of veggies and homegrown or homemade goods. This Honolulu Farmers' Market is like a Foodie Festival to me - there are so many vendors with prepared dishes that it's so overwhelming. It's best that you come with an empty stomach or at least a large tote bag so that you can carry all of your goodies home! Note: There were about 4 fresh produce booths - all well-stocked. First of all, this extravaganza is open on Wednesdays from 4pm to 7pm on the lawn of the Neal Blaisdell Center (NBC). Instead of the usual $6 fee, there is FREE parking at the NBC (enter on King Street). If you need the restrooms, the concert hall facilities are available. Sit on the few benches around the lawn, or bring some chairs and/or a mat for a picnic... Enjoy the live music! I did my best to take photos of all of the vendors present on 6-8-16. This is what I got: Hanalei Taro & Juice Company Hawaiian Style Chili Company Kahuku Sea Asparagus Bon Appetit Hawaii Akamai Foods The Corn Project - 4 flavors: Mexican, American, Local, and Italian Otsuji Farms (get the sliders) BBHI (Burgers & Burritos Hawaii) Onada Pasta Aikane Plantation Coffee Company Loho Street Farms Indai Café BaLe La Tour - Kouign Amann & Custard Cruffin! Nosh Hawaii - Brazilian Hot Cheese Bites made w/tapioca flour (gluten free!) Guava Smoked Mochi Lab - Popular flavors: Ube, Buko Pandan, Pumpkin crunch, and Coffee. Cute bunny logo! Pacifikool - I got the Ginger Pineapple drink (refreshing!) Coldfyyre - this is what I was aiming to get: Green Asparagus Ice Cream - YUM! 'Nalo Farms No Ka 'Oi Cookie Company All Hawaiian Honey Petit Suisse Crepes Olay's Thai Food The Pig & The Lady Bonfire Pizza (made fresh in 5 minutes!) Ono Kettle Pop 'Nalo Made Lemonade Sweet Revenge (I got 2 pies) Kihene Hawaiian Herbal Tea Hokkaido Brug There's such a wide variety and a great location! It's so convenient to have dinner and dessert at one place instead of driving around, wasting time in traffic, and looking for parking! Because it's outdoors, food can be cooked right in front of you on a grill, fryer, etc.! I will have to come back and support our local businesses! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and patient! Just come after work and check it out!!! Easy!

Yelp
The farmers market it's really small and the parking it's a nightmare. Absolutely not worth the visit to fight traffic on Honolulu peak hours traffic.

Yelp
When I'm not working long hours and have my Wed afternoons off I love to come here for the offerings of local vendors and seeing an occasional friend or relative here. I frequent Guava Smoke, Olays, No Ka Oi Cookie Company and Coldfyyres. They're either located in front the concert hall or the area and open from 4-7pm. Most vendors now take cards but cash is best. Parking is free for those that need to drive over and pets are NOT suppose to be there, but owners never read the sign. The market also offers fresh vegetables, poi, breads, lemonade, pizza, pasta, Thai, hamburgers and the all popular Pig and the Lady. Be careful on what your eyes and stomach want, because the cost adds up quickly. I can spend $20 on myself easily here, but so worth it each time. Grind On! Pau!

Yelp
The Honolulu Farmers' Market is my favorite one on the island. It's every Wednesday from 4PM-7PM. It's located on the Blaisdell lawn (King Street & Ward Avenue) in front of the concert hall. Parking is FREE in the structure, entrance on King & Victoria. I like the fact that this FM is not overwhelming like KCC on Saturdays, but not dinky not KCC on Tuesdays. Trust me! I've seen my fair share of FMs on this island and I buy most of my produce from FM almost every day of the week (different locations, of course! (;) There are definitely more food stands than actual produce stands, but the 2-5 produce stands do not disappoint! They have such a a wide variety at such AMAZING prices! It's a one stop shop, really. They even have a fresh baked goods stall as well. Some weeks have entertainment, and you can borrow a mat to relax on the grass. Lemonade Lovers NOTE: 'Nalo Lemonade turf, not Aloha. So bring your reusable to jar to score some discounted, refreshing 'nalo lemonade! I love FMs because they're fresh, local & (mostly) organic. That means healthy food for you (and your family), less of a carbon footprint for the environment and stimulating your local economy. Wins for everyone! If you're here at the farmers' market, then I'm already cheering you on! Go you! TIPS: Bring REUSABLE GROCERY BAGS. Although produce stands will offer bags. Let's help them cut that cost AND also be sustainable by caring for the environment! Bring CASH. Some stands accept CC, but they are small businesses - cut them some slack and bring cash.

Yelp
So glad biked the 20 minutes! Authentic and affordable food from local vendors. Everything we tried was delicious, especially the Thai food. Vendors are in the grass area with pop up tents- can't miss it. It is grab and go because of COVID, so be prepared to walk across the street to the park to eat or take it with you.

Yelp
One of the cool things about living in Kaka'ako. I enjoy these farmers' markets, and this is a good one. Great produce, a variety of food vendors, and even entertainment. Always a good idea to support our local farmers and businesses. Wednesdays from 4-7pm. Their new website: http://hfbf.org/honolulu-night-weekly-tip-sheet/ Funny, but I've always thought that this should be held at the underutilized Thomas Square.

Yelp
One of the most popular and convenient farmer's market in metro Honolulu, held every Wednesday, from 4pm-7pm, in front of Neal S. Blaisdell Concert Hall. Do your shopping for fresh produce, or grab a bite for late lunch or early dinner from the various vendors featured. Every other week or months vendors change, so check it out if you're in the area. Free parking as well in the parking lot. In case there is a worker in the parking kiosk, just tell them you're here for the farmer's market and they'll let you in for free.

Yelp
Wednesday farmers market at Neal Blaisdell Center may be a pretty well kept secret, even though they've been going on for about 5 years now. Since I have bumped into a few people who didn't know about it, I decided it's time for a brief review. Did you know that parking at the Blaisdell is free on Wednesdays during the market? And if you're attending another event at NBC it's a great place to pick up a casual dinner before your show? This farmers market seems to have more prepared foods than I'm used to at farmers markets, maybe just for this reason. I think it's a nice "destination" farmers market to attend just for that reason--it's fun to grab dinner and also some produce, bread and whatnot on hump day instead of eating in. There's a wide variety of foods available at the market from places that also have "brick & mortar" locations--Guava Smoked (my favorite), Greens & Vines, The Pig & the Lady, Ba Le come to mind. Probably the most unique product that we heard about and then had to check out was Coldfyyre Ice Cream's sea asparagus flavor. We didn't try it, but may have to someday. Check out this market & support local businesses!

Yelp
So many yummy places to pick up food. My favorite treat is the Original Mochi Cupcake from Mochi Lab. It's this chewy, but airy cupcake that's got the perfect amount of sweetness with sooo many flavors to choose from (so I got a few to 'share' lol).

Yelp
I haven't really encountered a lot of flies in Hawaii but dang! My nephew Dylan would of been screaming his head off (afraid of flies). Enough about the flies. The location was ideal, in the middle of Ala Moana at the Blaisdell Center lawn. Its spacious enough but could use more vendors. Dont get me wrong, there were vendors. Im just used to San Diego's Mercado in downtown where it takes up at least 4-blocks. But non the less, the Honolulu farmers market had a decent amount of food vendors, but not enough vegetable stands or local made crafts Im used to seeing at other markets. We did purchase some hot food items, just to test it out. The mushroom fries and kale chips topped with ahi, avocado and some siracha mayo dressing. It was pretty good, but the portions are small. Good for me not so good for my husband. If your up for gastro fried food, this would be a good choice. But thats me, I like my veggies even though its fried. Unfortunately, I dont remember the vendor that sold this.. Pig and the Lady: Now this has been highly recommend by yelp, travel channel, Hawaiian airlines commercials, etc. So I was expecting something big to my taste bud. I purchased the Grilled Pork Belly Banh Mi and a papaya salad. I liked the salad, it had the perfect combination of sweet, salty, and crunchy. My daughters who ate the grilled pork belly said it was alright. They were comparing it to the normal bbq pork sandwiches in the San Diego. I would still like to visit their restaurant and check out the pho. Mochi Lab: Gluten free cupcakes.. heck yeah! Loved the mochi with taro! no photos, I ate it all. Guava Smoked: purchased the guava rice and guava smoked pork. I was under the impression (i guess from the name) that everything had guava. So I was fairly excited to try this out. The rice was good, chunks of meat... but no guava. hahaha..It was a really heavy, but good and tasty fried rice. The bbq pork was tasty as well, caramelized chunks of tender pork.

Yelp
This is by far my favorite Farmer's Market! Lots of free parking, easy access to clean restrooms, and friendly varied vendors makes me happy. I really pretty much only come here for The Pig and the Lady. There have so many dishes to choose from and every dish is always made so well. Also, fair prices and quick preparation times keeps me coming back. In addition, there are vendors selling assorted vegetables, coffee, ice cream, shrimp, fish, and more! Although The Pig and the Lady has limited seating, a lot of people just sit on the grass to enjoy their food. It's nice having a picnic sometimes. Many vendors accept credit cards through the Square credit card reader. Sometimes the farmer's market can be found on the King Street side of the property and sometimes it can be found on the Kapiolani Boulevard side.

Yelp
Really great place to stop by and get a refreshment, a snack, or a whole meal. I loved the mango lemonade, the popsicles made with real fruit and real sugar, all the fruits and veggies they have, and, of course, the food. So many options, so little space in the stomach. But that's aright cause you get to relax on the green grass as you eat or take a break for the next course. Will sure be back next time Im in the island

Yelp
Not always a fan of this Farmers' Market because every so often the handicap parking is taken by folks with no handicap placard or license plate. To make matters worse this time it was a SUV that stuck over the line into an additional handicap parking space. I did not stay around to see who owned the vehicle but in the past vendors have used the handicap parking to off load their stuff when getting ready to set up.
