Ya know, I love a good buffet from time to time. After discussing this with a friend, we decided to go here and check the place out.
Walking in, the place was pretty darn busy. We were seated by the hostess and I was immediately overwhelmed with the entire food selection here. So much to choose from! Do I pull up a chair to the buffet and just start eating like a wild animal? NO. I decided it was best to grab a plate and attack each section one at a time.
I immediately skipped the salad portion (to healthy for me at the moment) and went right to the sushi section. It was delicious and when I went back for more, the one that I liked the most was out and they had something else in it's spot. UGH WHY!
I got some really good egg drop soup, fried rice (which was DELICIOUS), noodles of some sort, and two different types of chicken. All of it was fantastic. My friend went with some shrimp along with a few other dishes as well.
Overall, it was a good experience, but two things bothered me. In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't really matter, but there was literally signs everywhere saying "Don't waste food and only take what you're going to eat." Ma'am, this is a buffet. I'm not stuffing food in my purse. I eat what I can, and my stomach can only hold so much food in one sitting.
Also, prices here are kind of high considering all the "don't be a pig and eat all the food we just cooked and you might have already paid for" type establishment. I mean, you charge $18 for me to eat here, but don't eat to much? I'll be the deciding factor in this!!
Anyway, I would probably return but very mediocre. Food's good, lots of variety, but the prices are a bit steep.
