"Located in the centre of Évora, just a few metres from the town’s unusual clock museum (Museu do Relógio), this small, unpretentious and relaxed restaurant with just five tables showcases its bold, innovative cuisine in recipes that are almost experimental, and where there’s a complete focus on sustainability. Dishes on the menu vary greatly in line with the seasons and highlight the importance of provenance and working with small-scale local producers." - Michelin Inspector

Cozy and relaxed dining room with very friendly and attentive wait staff (English-speaking which was very helpful for our group). Eclectic menu, the crawfish starter was divine, the wagyu starter had good flavor but the meat itself had an unfortunate piece of gristle running through it. The Alentejo pork was similar - delicious accompaniments but just an average piece of pork. We finished with the Tarte de Ovo which was the perfect end to the meal.

Lovely restaurant! Small and intimate with fantastic food. We tried three restaurants in Evora and this was the favorite. Veal with hollandaise sauce was fantastic as was crayfish appetizer and sourdough cake with walnuts and ice cream. Highly recommend!

Staying near here, we walked by the restaurant. After a chat with the owner/ chef, we made a reservation (and lucky we did as it was full and there are only six tables). Our best meal so far in Portugal and the seasonal menu was brand new We had six dishes between four persons plus two desserts. Service, intimate atmosphere, presentation and flavors were just amazing, all dishes. Locally sourced, regional cuisine with artistic and creative approaches. The chef asked us afterwards which dishes we liked. We highly recommend! And make a reservation.

I’ve traveled all around the world and eaten so many different restaurants and different cuisines, etc. and this was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I want to come back to Evora just eat at this restaurant again. Can’t recommend enough. I did the tasting menu, five option which I really wish I did seven because it was so good each meal got better and better. The service was amazing and their bread was incredible again highly recommend.

This was an original and excellent experience. We had chosen the 7 moments menu and each single dish brought us different flavors and textures. Defenitely to be repeated when back in Evora.

That's a gem in Évora! Definitely a must go! The food is incredible, an unforgettable experience, blending Modern, Asian, and Alentejo taste, it's just mind-blowing! Besides the service, the lady called Eva is such a nice person, adding a special touch to the experience. If you are in Évora, or planning to go, just be sure you book a table!

Intimate restaurant with a small but precious menu. Hope to see them getting their first star soon!

I’ve visited a few really good restaurants around the region and hibrido is the most exciting. I was shook by the way the chef cook and was curious why is he not featured in the Michelin guide. The way that he execute the dishes was exceptional, brave and a good balance. If you’re looking to try portugese food, this is a place you HAVE to come. It’s not fine dining but it’s fine dining standard. I can see the restaurant making it big in the long run! Kudos to the chef.
