"Located in the centre of Évora, just a few metres from the town’s unusual clock museum (Museu do Relógio), this small, unpretentious and relaxed restaurant with just five tables showcases its bold, innovative cuisine in recipes that are almost experimental, and where there’s a complete focus on sustainability. Dishes on the menu vary greatly in line with the seasons and highlight the importance of provenance and working with small-scale local producers." - Michelin Inspector

I’ve traveled all around the world and eaten so many different restaurants and different cuisines, etc. and this was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I want to come back to Evora just eat at this restaurant again. Can’t recommend enough. I did the tasting menu, five option which I really wish I did seven because it was so good each meal got better and better. The service was amazing and their bread was incredible again highly recommend.

Very nice waitress and the concept of the food is appealing. But, I’m sorry to say, portion is tiny for that price. Main course was 29€ for 4 small pieces of meat. It’s terribly expensive, it can’t cost this much, that is not the Michelin restaurant or a high end dining. So wouldn’t recommend it, only for drinks and a starter, maybe.

Staying near here, we walked by the restaurant. After a chat with the owner/ chef, we made a reservation (and lucky we did as it was full and there are only six tables). Our best meal so far in Portugal and the seasonal menu was brand new We had six dishes between four persons plus two desserts. Service, intimate atmosphere, presentation and flavors were just amazing, all dishes. Locally sourced, regional cuisine with artistic and creative approaches. The chef asked us afterwards which dishes we liked. We highly recommend! And make a reservation.

I’ve visited a few really good restaurants around the region and hibrido is the most exciting. I was shook by the way the chef cook and was curious why is he not featured in the Michelin guide. The way that he execute the dishes was exceptional, brave and a good balance. If you’re looking to try portugese food, this is a place you HAVE to come. It’s not fine dining but it’s fine dining standard. I can see the restaurant making it big in the long run! Kudos to the chef.

Such a sensational find! Delicious lunch - we had the pork and chicken pot pie with an excellent wine. Shared the chocolate mousse for dessert. Wonderful service! Wish we had time to return on a different day for dinner.

Great experience! Waitress was friendly since booking call until the end of meal. Nice and cosy place, small menu but all options have their own unique flavor and presentation. I really enjoyed the mix of berries, salad and fish. Only wish that “pescada xerem tomate” dish could have a bit bigger portion of fish.

Delicious food, creative dishes. Included a contemporary take on a dish developed by the royal chef in the 1800s. Service was excellent. Server recommended a local wine to pair with fish and beef which was fantastic. All in all a wonderful experience!!

That's a gem in Évora! Definitely a must go! The food is incredible, an unforgettable experience, blending Modern, Asian, and Alentejo taste, it's just mind-blowing! Besides the service, the lady called Eva is such a nice person, adding a special touch to the experience. If you are in Évora, or planning to go, just be sure you book a table!
