This is a review for the restaurant.|Today, we had an amazing dinner at this stunning restaurant! I had a tartar and my friend a filet and it was delicious! The staff is super friendly and the views and the atmosphere stunning. A big thank you to the staff for this amazing evening!

This hotel is right outside of Merano, which for our family is a great place to roam the area. First and foremost the reception and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and gave excellent recommendations! The rooms are very nice and well appointed. The beds very comfortable and the linens perfect! I would certainly stay here if coming back to the area! ||We did not get a chance to go in the pool and spa area but it looked amazing on the tour. Excellent for families as the suites are very well sized!

Delightful evening, pleasent food. I had the carpaccio japense wagu, too cold to taste and only one piece, the other two slices were alto adige sliced meat, tasty but nothing memorable. Meal was enjoyable but service wasn't great.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Good service from reception and the breakfast was delicious. It's expensive but worth it as there was nothing we would change. It was exceptionally hot when we stayed and a fan for the bedroom would have been a help, but we realised that it was not the normal temperature.

We had the penthouse apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them ensuite. Big roof terrace equipped with dining furniture, sun beds and parasol.||The finish of the apartment was exquisite and everything was of high quality. Well equipped and spotless clean.||The surroundings was quiet as the apartment is a bit outside the town. Wonderful view over the mountains and the apple farms nearby. You can hear the traffic from the motorway who runs in the valley, but it's not disturbing as it's quite far away. ||The staff both at check in/out and breakfast was welcoming and effective.||We only tried the restaurant for breakfast, and that was quite nice. ||You have access to a cozy and green garden where they grow flowers and herbs, and even some fruits. In the garden you also have a jacuzzi. As it was very hot when we were there it wasn't a jacuzzi we longed for...||The only reason I put 4 stars in stead of 5 is the lacking of a proper pool...

We spent two nights in one of the suites. They were spacious and felt like home. Everything was spotlessly clean & the bed was super comfortable. Wonderful place. Also, the breakfast was personally served by one of the receptionists who was very friendly & caring. Absolutely recommending it!
