This is a fancy poolside restaurant inside an amazing hotel and resort. The service was very friendly and the food was great. I had the burger and the meat was fantastic- really tender and flavorful, even though the burger looked basic. Fries were crispy despite the thickness. My friend had a Caesar salad that was not the best, came without dressing and looked overall bland. I would have loved to spend some time in this pool area and garden, but not sure if being a restaurant guest is enough to access the rest of the facilities.

I rarely write reviews for restaurants but my god this was good.. scallop ceviche was one of the best things I've ever eaten, and the service was absolutely impeccable. Desserts were too fruity, but overall definitely a 5/5

Questo ristorante è davvero molto particolare, i piatti sono curati nei dettagli e deliziosi. Il personale è cordiale e simpatico, Mattia, il cameriere che ci ha servito, in particolare è stato di grande aiuto sia nel consigliare i piatti sia nella scelta dei vini per il mio ragazzo e di alcuni cocktail analcolici per me. L' atmosfera del ristorante è tranquilla e accogliente, lo consiglio a tutti!

Wir hatten einen unglaublich tollen Abend. Das Restaurant bietet ein sehr schönes Ambiente, einen klasse Service und ein top Essen. Das Auge isst bekanntlich mit und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Das Beste am Abend war das Parmesanrisotto. Auf den Punkt gegart. Das übrige Essen war gut, aber leider nicht mehr. Ich glaube ihr müsst eine Stufe zurück gehen. Die Küche versucht extravagant, modern und optisch Ansprechend zu sein. Was auf der Strecke bleibt ist der abgestimmte runde Geschmack. Zum Beispiel war der Heringskaviar bei einem Wolfsbarschfilet völlig überflüssig. Man muss sich hier hinterfragen, warum man das Gericht mit exquisiten Zutaten verzweifelt versucht zu verteuern. Dem Kalbstartar fehlte der Geschmack. Generell war alles zu wenig Gewürzt. Hier könnte man mit wenig, sehr viel erreichen. Die Konsistenz ist Geschmacksache, für mich persönlich zu pampig. Beim Dessert störten mich 2 Sachen. Zum einen war die Panna cotta schon lange auf dem Teller vorbereitet worden und bis zum Verbrauch kühl gestellt worden. Das hat man Geschmeckt, weil die Panna cotta kondensierte, einfach alt und lasch schmeckte. Unbedingt frisch auf dem Teller anrichten ;-) Das andere unpassende war den Minzspiegel in der Mitte. Zuviele verschiedene Geschmacksnoten verderben das Ganze. Auch beim anderen Dessert wurde der Fokus auf Geschmsckskontrast, anstatt auf einen abgerundeten Geschmack gesetzt. Zu dem zarten Geschmack einer Kokosglacekugel und Schokomousse passt keine saure Passionsfrucht. Die caramelisierte weisse Schokolade war das Highlight des Desserts. Der Service war excellent. Das Ambiene ebenfalls. Ausgenommen die unbequemen grossen Stühle.
